A novel potentiometric immunosensor for detection of Japanese B encephalitis vaccine was developed by immobilizing antiserum of Japanese B encephalitis on nano-Au/polymerized o-phenylenediamine (o-PDA) film on the platinum (Pt) electrode. The performance and factors influencing the performance of the resulting immunosensor were studied. The immunosensor showed a specific response to Japanese B encephalitis vaccine in the range 1.1 × 10−8 to 2.0 × 10−6 lgpfu/ml (plaque forming unit) with a detection limit of 6 × 10−9 lgpfu/ml. The correlation coefficient is 0.9986. The incubation time, incubation temperature, pH, reproducibility and stability of the immunosensor were also studied. The present work supplied a promising test method for biological products.  相似文献

A simple preconcentration and clean-up liquid-liquid-liquid microextraction of aromatic amines is described in this paper. The compounds were extracted from 2.0 ml aqueous samples (donor phase) into an organic phase, layered on the donor phase, and then back extracted to a microdrop of aqueous receiving phase, suspended in the organic phase. After extraction, the microdrop was injected into the HPLC system directly for analysis. Optimal conditions of the extraction were donor phase (a1): 2 ml of water sample adjusted to pH 13 with NaOH-NaCl; organic phase (o), 150 microl ethyl acetate; and receiving phase (a2) of 2 microl aqueous solution at pH 2.1. The a1-->o extraction time was 15 min and for o-->a2, 30 s. 18-Crown-6 ether, which can complex with amine, was added to the aqueous receiving phase to improve the extraction performance. Enrichment factors ranged from 218 (for 4-nitroaniline) to 378 (for 4-chloro-2-aniline). The calibration curve for these anilines was linear within the range 2.5 ng/ml-2.5 microg/ml (r2=0.998). Detection limits ranged from 0.85 to 1.80 ng/mi (at S/N=3). This procedure can be a selective preconcentration method for aromatic amines present in water samples.  相似文献

Luminescent metallo‐supramolecular polymers are a type of functional supramolecular architectures which integrates the advantages of emission, metal‐coordination, supramolecular chemistry as well as polymeric properties to realize advanced functions. Due to the abundant stimuli‐responsiveness of supramolecular assemblies and the light‐emitting properties, they have been widely applied as chemo‐sensors, light‐emitting devices, contrast agents for bio‐imaging, etc. In this review, we classify luminescent metallo‐supramolecular polymers based on the types of species (lanthanides, organometallic compounds, oligomer or polymer‐based ligands, small‐molecule‐based organic ligands) used to generate the luminescence and summarize recent developments of luminescent metallo‐supramolecular polymers. We mainly focus on the functions and applications of luminescent metallo‐supramolecular polymers and hope to give our reader a snapshot of research on luminescent metallo‐supramolecular polymers and encourage more scientists to devote into this promising area.  相似文献

The efficient passivation of in situ NH3-plasma pre-treatment and its regulation of the band alignment between HfO2 and 4H-SiC have been investigated by XPS. With in situ NH3-plasma passivation by PEALD, a VBO of 0.72 eV and a CBO of 1.54 eV can be obtained across the HfO2/4H-SiC interface. The Si-O bonds components reduction in the passivated interface layers will lead to band bending or band shift at the interface and regulate the band alignments between HfO2 and 4H-SiC. The physical mechanism investigation of band alignments can be a cornerstone for the application of HfO2/4H-SiC heterojunctions in the high-power devices.  相似文献

在苯乙烯单体的对位引入具有亲水性链段的乙二醇单元, 利用可逆加成断裂链转移聚合方法(RAFT), 可控合成了几种新的两亲性嵌段共聚物聚(4-乙烯基苄基乙二醇单甲醚)-b-聚丙烯酸(PMnEOS-b-PAA, n=1~3), 对其温敏和pH敏性质进行了初步研究. 同时, 研究了PMnEOS-b-PAA分别在亲水性环境下(四氢呋喃/水)和亲脂性环境下(四氢呋喃/甲苯)自组装体的形貌. 将聚对二乙二醇单甲醚苯乙烯-b-聚丙烯酸与聚苯乙烯-b-聚丙烯酸按质量比1:1[m(PMDEOS-b-PAA)/m(PS-b-PAA)=1:1]共混进行共组装, 在四氢呋喃/甲苯体积比为2∶1的混合溶剂中, 发现了一类新型具有均匀分布内部孔道且表面光滑的球形组装体. 进一步研究了该组装体的可重复性和组装机理, 为其后期应用于工业上的负载催化、 小分子识别与释放提供了一种新的策略.  相似文献

The new nonlinear optical crystal Rb3V5O14 has been synthesized by solid state reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal Rb3V5O14 crystallizes in the trigonal system with space P31m (No. 157), a=b=8.7134(12) Å, c=5.2807(11) Å and α=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, Z=1, ρ=3.516 g/cm3. It is a layered structure that is very flat and strongly parallel to c. The V5O14 layer structure consists of corner-linked square and triangular pyramids. The layers are separated by Rb+ ions, which fit equally well on the V5O14 layer. The Kurtz powder SHG measurement, using 1064 nm radiation, showed that the second-harmonic generation efficiency of Rb3V5O14 is about two times that of KDP.  相似文献
