裸玻碳电极伏安测定甲氰咪胍

提出了裸ＧＣＥ不需任何处理测定甲氰咪胍的方法，浓度在３×１０＾－７－６×１０＾－５ｇ／ｍＬ，范围内与峰电流呈线性关系，ＲＳＤ为２．２％，回收率为９６％－１０２％。该方法操作简便快速，大多数金属离子和多种有机生化物质不干扰测定，方法用于片剂和加标尿样中甲氰咪胍的测定与药典方法对照，获得满意结果，并对电极反应进行了初步探讨。     

药物分子在玻碳电极上的电分析化学研究──Ⅴ．安乃近的伏安行为及测定

提出了一种测定安乃近新法。由于安乃近没有电活性，故将安乃近和盐酸在１００℃共热后生成电活性产物，用玻碳电极在０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ中得一良好的阳极氧化伏安峰，Ｅｐ＋０．３５Ｖ（ｖｓ·Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ）左右，峰电流与安乃近浓度在０．１～１００ｍｇ／Ｌ之间呈线性关系，分析了制剂安乃近的含量，实验证实电极反应属于扩散控制的不可逆过程。     

A novel synthesis of allyl and propargyl selenides in aqueous media promoted by indium

Allylic and propargyl bromides react smoothly with diorganyl diselenides in aqueous media to give allylic and propargyl selenides in moderate to good yields. The reaction need not be carried out in inert atmosphere. The speed is quicker than the same reactions in organic media.     

羟乙芦丁在玻碳电极上的阳极微分脉冲伏安法测定

本文对羟乙芦丁在玻碳电极上的阳极微分脉冲安行为进行了研究，发现在Ｎａ２ＨＰＯ４溶液中（ｐＨ＝８．９５）于＋０．６４Ｖ（ｖｓ．Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ）左右产生一个良好的阳极氧化伏安峰，浓度在５～６０ｍｇ／Ｌ之间与峰电流呈线性关系，不需分离直接测定了片剂中的羟乙芦丁含量。电极反应为扩散速率控制的不可逆可程。     

Synthesis of Allyl-Type Selenides and α-Selenoesters in Aqueous Media Promoted by Cadmium

Promoted by metallic cadmium which was produced by reduction of CdCl₂ H₂O with samarium in situ, allyl bromide and α-bromocarboxylates react with diorgano diselenides in aqueous solutions to give allylic-type selenides and α-selenocarboxylates in moderate to good yields.     

The first chlorogenic acid ester saponin from <Emphasis Type="Italic">Lonicera macranthoides</Emphasis>

An original triterpenoid saponin, named lonimacranthoide I, was isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides (Caprifoliaceae). It has hederagenin as aglycone. Lonimacranthoide I is a rare chlorogenic acid ester acylated at C-23 of hederagenin. The structure of the saponin was established based on chemical and spectral methods.     

Carbon-Carbon Bond Formation Reaction Promoted by Cadmium In Aqueous Media

Promoted by metallic cadmium allylilic and propargyl bromides react smoothly with aldehydes in aqueous DMF to give homoallylic and homopropargyl alcohols in moderate to good yields. It can also promote pinacol coupling of aromatic aldehydes. The metallic cadmium is produced in situ by the reduction of CdCl₂ H₂O with samarium metal.

双水相体系中Proline/CuI催化Heck反应的研究

以双水相为反应溶剂,丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯与多种芳卤化合物在催化剂碘化亚铜、配体L-脯氨酸的存在下,在较低的温度(75～85 ℃)下得到了产物,该方法具有反应时间短、产率较高、选择性较好等特点,为该反应及该类化合物的合成提供了一种新方法。产物通过熔点、红外、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱等方法的表征。
