NEUTRON-POWDER-DIFFRACTION STUDY OF THE STRUCTURE AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF Nd2Fe14Si3

The crystal and magnetic structures of Nd₂Fe₁₄Si₃ at room temperature were refined by Rietveld analysis of neutron-powder-diffraction data. It was found that silicon atoms occupy preferentially both 18h and 18f of Th₂Zn₁₇-type structure with occupancies 0.36 and 0.14, respectively, The Fe-Fe bond-lengths computed with the refined crystallographic parameters have optimum values, as compared with those of Nd₂Fe₁₇ compounds, which can explain well why the Curie temperature rises strongly when the unit cell volume reduces with the substitution of silicon for iron in Nd₂Fe₁₇.     

中子非弹性散射对Bi_(12)GeO_(20)和Bi_(12)SiO_(20)旋声性的研究

通过用中子非弹性散射测量旋声晶体高对称方向的横声学支声子色散曲线的劈裂,从三个方面研究了同构异质晶体Bi_(12)GeO_(20)和Bi_(12)SiO_(20)的旋声特性。值得注意的是,沿〈111〉方向传播的左旋、右旋圆偏振声子具有不同的衰减。其中传播速度快的圆偏振声子衰减较大,该结论为这两种晶体所证实,这是在晶体旋声性研究中首次观察到的现象。实验还直接确定了衰减较大的这支声子的寿命约为2×10~(-11)S。     

POWDER NEUTRON DIFFRACTION STUDIES OF THE CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC AND MAGNETIC STRUCTURE OF Ho2Fe9Ga8 and Ho2Fe9Ga6AI2

The crystallographic and magnetic structures of Ho₂Fe₉Ga₈ and Ho₂Fe₉Ga₆AI₂ were studied by powder neutron diffraction at room temperature. The atom fractional occupancies of Ga and Al and the magnetic moments of Ho and Fe were obtained by using Rietveld analysis program. The magnetic structures of the two samples show an easy-axis anisotropy, with the Fe magnetic moment being ferrimagneticlly coupled to those of Ho.

YBa2Cu3O6+δ的高频模及其随氧含量δ的变化

在中国原子能科学研究院新建的宽角(～30°)Be过滤探测器中子非弹性散射谱仪上,在入射中子能量从10直至150meV的范围内,测量了几种不同氧含量的YBa₂Cu₃O_6+δ样品的中子非弹性散射能谱。结果表明:(1)在δ=0和0.2时,在60至150meV能量范围内,发现有强的高频模存在,当其温度高到Nel点(～410K)以上直至466K时,没有观察出高频模强度的减弱。而δ=0.78和0.97时,在75至150meV能量范围内,散射强度在测量误 关键词：     

(Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)V_2)H_x的声子谱与超导性的关系

本文报道了用Be过滤探测器谱仪对C-15相的(Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)V_2)H_x等五种样品的声子谱的测量。观察到了它们的声子谱随含氢量而变化以及声学支有规则的软化现象。表明Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)V_2H_x的T_c随x的变化,主要是声学支的贡献,声学文软化有利于T_c的提高,而光学支“软化”可能会抑制超导性。

YBa2Cu3O7—δ掺Co样品的中子衍射研究

对磁性金属钴掺杂的ＹＢａ２（Ｃｕ１－ｙＣｏｙ）３Ｏ７－δ超导体进行了中子衍射研究。研究表明：钴原子择优占据Ｃｕ（１）晶位；随着钴一的增加，单胞中平均氧含量增加；晶胞的晶格常数α增大，ｂ减小，至ｙ＝０．０３８时，ａ＝ｂ，而ｃ是先增大再减小。

A NEUTRON POWDER DIFFRACTION STUDY OF THE STRUCTURE IN Nd2Fe17Nx(x = 2.5, 3.0, 5.5)

The crystallographic and magnetic structures of Nd₂Fe₁₇N_x(x = 2.5, 3.0, 5.5) at room temperature were refined by Rietveld analysis of neutron powder diffraction data. We found that Nd₂Fe₁₇N_x has a Th₂Zn₁₇ type structure (S.G. R3m) and the nitrogen atoms occupy both 9e and 18g sites simultaneously and at different rates.
