The reactions between ammonium sulphate and three metal oxides (Cr2O3, MnO2 and Fe2O3) were studied. It was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis that stable reaction intermediates were formed consecutively in the course of the reactions.These were (NH4)3M(SO4)3 and NH4M(SO4)2 for Cr2O3 and Fe2O3 and (NH4)2Mn2(SO4)3 for MnO2. The thermal decompositions of these intermediates and of the metal sulphates were carried out. The contracting-volume equation was valid for the decomposition of all the intermediates. The Arrhenius parameters were determined.
Zusammenfassung Es wurden die Reaktionen zwischen Ammoniumsulfat und drei Metalloxiden (Cr2O3, MnO2 und Fe2O3) untersucht. Durch Röntgendiffraktion und chemische Analyse wurde bestätigt, dass im Verlaufe der Reaktion stabile Zwischenprodukte gebildet werden. Es handelt sich dabei um (NH4)3M(SO4)3 und NH4M(SO4)2 im Falle von Cr2O3 und Fe2O3 und um (NH4)2Mn2(SO4)3 im Falle von MnO2. Diese Zwischenprodukte und die Metallsulfate wurden thermisch zersetzt. Die Volumenkontraktionsgleichung war für die Zersetzung all dieser Zwischenprodukte gültig. Die Arrheniusparameter wurden bestimmt.

[Structure: see text]. Citrinadin A (2) is a pentacyclic indolinone alkaloid isolated from the cultured broth of a fungus, Penicillium citrinum, which was separated from a marine red alga. The absolute stereochemistry of the pentacyclic core in 2 and its new congener, citrinadin B (1), was elucidated by analysis of the ROESY spectrum for the chlorohydrin derivative (3) of 1 as well as comparison of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra for 1 and 2 with those of known spirooxiindole alkaloids. On the other hand, the absolute configuration at C-21 bearing an epoxide ring was assigned as S by comparison of the vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectra of 1 with those of model compounds 2S- and 2R-2,3-epoxy-3,3-dimethyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one (4a and 4b, respectively).  相似文献

Three novel quaternary indole alkaloids with an unprecedented 1-azoniatricyclo[4.3.3.0(1,5)]undecane moiety, subincanadines A-C (1-3), as well as two new indole alkaloids with a 1-azabicyclo[5.2.2]undecane moiety, subincanadines D (4) and E (5), and a new indole alkaloid with a 1-azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane moiety, subincanadine F (6), have been isolated from the barks of Aspidosperma subincanum Mart, and the structures of 1-6 and the stereochemistry of 1-3 were elucidated by spectroscopic data and chemical means.  相似文献

This paper describes mechanistic studies on the functionalization of arenes with the diboron reagent B(2)pin(2) (bis-pinacolato diborane(4)) catalyzed by the combination of 4,4'-di-tert-butylbipyridine (dtbpy) and olefin-ligated iridium halide or olefin-ligated iridium alkoxide complexes. This work identifies the catalyst resting state as [Ir(dtbpy)(COE)(Bpin)(3)] (COE = cyclooctene, Bpin = 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolanyl). [Ir(dtbpy)(COE)(Bpin)(3)] was prepared by independent synthesis in high yield from [Ir(COD)(OMe)](2), dtbpy, COE, and HBpin. This complex is formed in low yield from [Ir(COD)(OMe)](2), dtbpy, COE, and B(2)pin(2). Kinetic studies show that this complex reacts with arenes after reversible dissociation of COE. An alternative mechanism in which the arene reacts with the Ir(I) complex [Ir(dtbpy)Bpin] after dissociation of COE and reductive elimination of B(2)pin(2) does not occur to a measurable extent. The reaction of [Ir(dtbpy)(COE)(Bpin)(3)] with arenes and the catalytic reaction of B(2)pin(2) with arenes catalyzed by [Ir(COD)(OMe)](2) and dtbpy occur faster with electron-poor arenes than with electron-rich arenes. However, both the stoichiometric and catalytic reactions also occur faster with the electron-rich heteroarenes thiophene and furan than with arenes, perhaps because eta(2)-heteroarene complexes are more stable than the eta(2)-arene complexes and the eta(2)-heteroarene or arene complexes are intermediates that precede oxidative addition. Kinetic studies on the catalytic reaction show that [Ir(dtbpy)(COE)(Bpin)(3)] enters the catalytic cycle by dissociation of COE, and a comparison of the kinetic isotope effects of the catalytic and stoichiometric reactions shows that the reactive intermediate [Ir(dtbpy)(Bpin)(3)] cleaves the arene C-H bond. The barriers for ligand exchange and C-H activation allow an experimental assessment of several conclusions drawn from computational work. Most generally, our results corroborate the conclusion that C-H bond cleavage is turnover-limiting, but the experimental barrier for this bond cleavage is much lower than the calculated barrier.  相似文献

The diffusion coefficients of Li in the NaTl-type Li intermetallic compound of β-LiGa have been measured by using a short-lived radioactive diffusion tracer. As the tracer, the α-emitting radioisotope of 8Li delivered as the energetic and pulsed beam from Tokai Radioactive Ion Accelerator Complex (TRIAC) was implanted into the β-LiGa compounds with the composition in the range of about 43 to 54 at.% Li. By analyzing the time-dependent yields of the α-particles measured according to the repetition cycle of the beam, the tracer diffusion coefficients were extracted over the wide range of Li composition. Abnormal composition-dependence of Li diffusion coefficients in β-LiGa was observed; the stoichiometric β-LiGa showed the highest diffusivity of Li. By referring to the composition-dependent diffusivity of Li in the iso-structural β-LiAl and β-LiIn, we could identify the abnormal diffusion of Li in very Li-poor composition of β-LiGa. The anomaly has been discussed qualitatively in terms of the formation of defect complex and the interaction between the constitutional defects.  相似文献

During the search for new antitrypanosomal drug leads, three new antitrypanosomal compounds, hexatenuins A–C (13), were isolated from the fruiting body of Hexagonia tenuis. 1 and 3 possessed an unusual malonate half-ester functional group at C-3 position, and 1 and 2 had a spirostructure in the side-chain. Their structures were elucidated using MS analyses, extensive 2D-heteronuclear NMR data interpretation. Compounds 13 showed in vitro antitrypanosomal activity against Trypanosoma brucei brucei with IC50 values of 0.57, 8.60 and 5.62 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

A method is described for the determination of total arsenic by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrophotometry using a mixed acid as a pretreatment. Hydride generation is done by the flow-injection method. The authors investigated in detail the temperature and time of decomposition using inorganic, organic arsenic and environmental standard samples, pretreated with nitric-perchloric-sulfuric mixed acid. By using a mixed acid as a pretreatment agent at 220 degrees C, the decomposition time could be shortened and the blank value of arsenic from the reagents used was reduced. The mixed acid of nitric-perchloric-sulfuric was also found to be effective as a pretreatment agent for organic arsenic compounds in which a dimethylated compound, sodium cacodylate or biological samples, is known to be one of the indecomposables. The present approach was proved to be satisfactory as a pretreatment for the quantitative analysis of trace amounts of total arsenic in liquid or solid environmental samples, such as geothermal water, sediments and biological samples.  相似文献
