An almost fourth order uniformly convergent difference scheme for a semilinear singularly perturbed reaction-diffusion problem

Summary. This paper is concerned with a high order convergent discretization for the semilinear reaction-diffusion problem: , for , subject to , where . We assume that on , which guarantees uniqueness of a solution to the problem. Asymptotic properties of this solution are discussed. We consider a polynomial-based three-point difference scheme on a simple piecewise equidistant mesh of Shishkin type. Existence and local uniqueness of a solution to the scheme are analysed. We prove that the scheme is almost fourth order accurate in the discrete maximum norm, uniformly in the perturbation parameter . We present numerical results in support of this result. 热丝CVD生长金刚石薄膜喇曼散射研究

本文报道热丝化学气相沉积法（ＨＦＣＶＤ）生长金钢石薄膜的喇曼散射结果。选取多种峰型，对金钢石薄膜喇曼谱（１１０－１８００ｃｍ－１）采用最小二乘法进行非线性拟合，得到最佳拟合模型，其计算得到的拟合曲线怀实验谱图符合得较好。该模型揭示，石墨Ｄ峰（１３５５ｃｍ－１）是金刚石薄膜喇曼谱中不可缺少的一个组份，并且结合石墨Ｄ峰和金刚石喇曼的空间相关线型，可以解释金刚石喇曼区特殊峰形的物理机制，拟合参量的进一步     

A theoretical study of electronic excited states of photosynthetic reaction center in Rhodopseudomonas viridis

The electronic singlet vertical excited states of photosynthetic reaction center (PSRC) in Rhodopseudomonas (Rps.) viridis were investigated by ZINDO and INDO/S methods. The effects of the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein on the electronic excitations were examined. The calculation results showed that the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein play an important role in reasonably assigning the experimental absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectra of PSRC in Rps. virids. By comparing the theoretically computed excited states with the experimental absorption and CD spectra, satisfactory assignments of the experimental spectroscopic peaks were achieved.     

二氧化钛光催化体系中的羟基自由基的测定

通过ESR光谱测定表明TiO2悬浮液在紫外光照射下产生羟基自由基氧化物种.羟基自由基氧化酸性桃红(sulforhodamine B,SRB)使其褪色,在565 nm处用分光光度法测定其吸光度值的变化,可间接测定羟基自由基的生成量.确定了体系的最佳实验条件pH为2.5;SRB浓度为2.0×10-5mol/L;TiO2浓度为0.1 g/L;光照时间为12 min.采用抗坏血酸为羟基自由基清除剂,测定了其自由基清除率,表明拟定该体系可作为筛选抗氧化剂的方法之一.     

肟醚-酰胺衍生物的合成与生物活性研究

为了寻找高效、低毒的新农药,采用活性结构拼接法设计并合成了12个新型肟醚-酰胺类化合物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR、LC/MS及元素分析确证。初步生物活性测定结果显示,部分化合物具有明显的杀菌活性,其中化合物3a和3h在500mg/L的浓度下对小麦白粉病菌的盆栽活性均达80%以上。     

A time dependent density functional theory study of alpha-84 phycocyanobilin chromophore in C-phycocyanin

The optical characteristics of absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy of an alpha-subunit of C-phycocyanin (C-PC) were investigated by using time dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) combined with the polarizable continuum model (PCM). When the protonation of alpha-84 phycocyanobilin (PCB) and its interaction with the protein moiety in C-PC have been taken into account, satisfactory assignment of the absorption and CD spectra of alpha-84 PCB can be achieved. The TDDFT-PCM calculations conclude that in the visible absorption region the main peak arises from the pi electron excitation of the pyrrole rings and the shoulder peak comes from the charge transfer from Asp87 (a nearby amino acid residue) to PCBH(+).
