字符串匹配算法在DNA序列比对中的应用

高通量测序技术的飞速发展让生物信息领域迎来了大数据时代。新技术在提供海量生物遗传信息的同时,也给分析这些数据带来了新的挑战。DNA序列比对是信息分析流程中的关键步骤,为后续的变异检测提供序列比对信息。2015“深圳杯”数学建模夏令营B题以DNA序列比对为研究课题,希望参赛学生给出序列快速比对的最佳方案。本文简要点评了各参赛队伍的解答情况,然后介绍了现有DNA序列比对软件中用到的算法和数据结构。     

Nonlinear study of the dynamic behavior of a string-beam coupled system under combined excitations

In this paper,the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a string-beam coupled system subjected to external,parametric and tuned excitations is presented.The governing equations of motion are obtained for the nonlinear transverse vibrations of the string-beam coupled system which are described by a set of ordinary differential equations with two degrees of freedom.The case of 1:1 internal resonance between the modes of the beam and string,and the primary and combined resonance for the beam is considered.The method of multiple scales is utilized to analyze the nonlinear responses of the string-beam coupled system and obtain approximate solutions up to and including the second-order approximations.All resonance cases are extracted and investigated.Stability of the system is studied using frequency response equations and the phase-plane method.Numerical solutions are carried out and the results are presented graphically and discussed.The effects of the different parameters on both response and stability of the system are investigated.The reported results are compared to the available published work.

Bianchi Type-V Magnetized String Cosmological Model with Variable Magnetic Permeability for Viscous Fluid distribution

We investigate the Bianchi type-V magnetized string cosmological model with variable magnetic permeability for viscous fluid distribution. The magnetic field is due to an electric current produced along the x-axis. Thus the magnetic field is in yz-plane and F23 is the only non-vanishing component of electromagnetic field tensor Fij. To obtain the deterministic model in terms of cosmic time t, we assume the condition ξθ const where ξ is the coefficient of bulk viscosity and θ the expansion in the model.     

Bekenstein-Hawking Cosmological Entropy and Correction Term Corresponding Cosmological Horizon of Rotating and Charged Black String

Utilizing the quantum statistical method and applying the new state density equation motivated by generalized uncertainty principle in quantum gravitaty, we avoid the difficulty in solving wave equation and directly calculate the partition function of bosonic and fermionic field on the background of rotating and charged black string. Then near the cosmological horizon, entropies of bosonic and fermionic field are calculated on the background of black string. When constant A introduced in generalized uncertainty principle takes a proper value, we derive Bekenstein- Hawking entropy and the correction value corresponding cosmologicaJ horizon on the background of rotating and charged black string. Because we use the new state density equation, in our calculation there are not divergent term and small mass approximation in the original brick-wall method. From the view of quantum statistic mechanics, the correction value to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of the black string is derived. It makes people deeply understand the correction value to the entropy of the black string cosmological horizon in non-spherical coordinate spacetime.     

Some Magnetized Bulk Viscous String Cosmological Models in Cylindrically Symmetric Inhomogeneous Universe with Variable ∧-Term

Some cylindrically symmetric inhomogeneous viscous fluid string cosmological models with magnetic field and cosmological term A varying with time are investigated. To get the deterministic solution, it has been assumed that the expansion （θ） in the model is proportional to the eigen value σ^11 of the shear tensor σ^ij. The value of cosmological constant for the model is found to be small and positive, which is supported by the results from recent supernovae Ia observations. The effect of bulk viscosity is to produce a change in perfect fluid and hence exhibits essential influence on the character of the solution. The physical and geometric properties of the models are also discussed in presence and absence of magnetic field.     

On Hawking Radiation from a Charged Black Hole of Heterotic String Theory

We investigate the Hawking radiation of a GMGHS charged black hole from the heterotic string scenario by the massive particles turmeling method. We consider the spacetime background to be dynamical, incorporate the self-gravitation effect of the emitted particles and show that the tunneling rate is related to the change of Bekenstein- Hawking entropy and the derived emission spectrum does not deviate from the pure thermal spectrum of Schwrzschild＇s black hole.     

某型相控阵雷达信号处理系统故障诊断系统设计与应用

针对某型相控阵雷达信号处理分系统故障部位难以定位,严重影响雷达工作能力这一难题,本文通过对故障现象进行分类,建立相应的故障匹配文件库,采用精确单模式串匹配算法,设计开发了一套故障诊断软件。该软件实现了故障部位准确定位功能,为快速、及时排除故障提供了技术支持,并在实际应用中验证了其正确性。     

基于Log-Polar变换的星图识别方法

基于Log-Polar变换提取特征模式,并将特征模式进行字符串编码,在KMP算法的基础上给出一种适合于星图识别的字符串匹配算法用以实现观测星和导航星的匹配识别。与栅格算法在相同实验条件下的比较表明:该方法对星点位置噪声和星等噪声具有更强的抗干扰能力,且具有更小的存储容量,但其识别速度还有待于进一步提高。     

Bianchi Type-IX String Cosmological Models for Perfect Fluid Distribution in General Relativity

The present study deals with Bianchi type-IX string cosmological models for perfect fluid distribution. We consider two cases： （i） ρ ＋ λ = 0, （ii） ρ - λ = 0, where ρ and λ are the rest energy density and the tension density of a string cloud, respectively. The physical and geometrical properties of the models are discussed.
