Tumor microenvironment is a multicomponent system consisting of tumor cells, noncancer cells, extracellular matrix, and signaling molecules, which hosts tumor cells with integrated biophysical and biochemical elements. Because of its critical involvement in tumor genesis, invasion, metastasis, and resistance, the tumor microenvironment is emerging as a hot topic of tumor biology and a prospective therapeutic target. Unfortunately, the complex of microenvironment modeling in vitro is technically challenging and does not effectively generalize the local tumor tissue milieu. Recently, significant advances in microfluidic technologies have provided us with an approach to imitate physiological systems that can be utilized to mimic the characterization of tumor responses with pathophysiological relevance in vitro. In this review, we highlight the recent progress and innovations in microfluidic technology that facilitates the tumor microenvironment study. We also discuss the progress and future perspective of microfluidic bionic approaches with high efficiency for the study of tumor microenvironment and the challenges encountered in cancer research, drug discovery, and personalized therapy. 相似文献

本研究主要采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)等手段测定5个产地白术41种矿质元素含量和土壤41种化学成分指标, 结合聚类分析法、偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)法和Pearson相关性分析研究了不同产区白术矿质元素特征以及不同产区土壤因子的差异, 并对它们的相关性进行了探讨. 结果表明, 采用无监督的聚类分析和有监督的PLS-DA均能正确判别不同产地的白术和土壤, 其中稀土元素在浙江白术与土壤间呈正相关. 另外, Li、V、Mn、Co、Cu、Rb、Cd、Cs、Ba等微量元素是白术产地溯源的关键因素. 研究发现在白术生产实践中可以通过适量控制种植地的土壤湿度、增施特定肥料等措施调控白术矿质元素含量. 本研究将为解释道地白术的品质形成机制, 保证白术药效质量的有效性提供一定帮助. 相似文献

Phase transitions in molecular crystals are often determined by intermolecular interactions. The cage complex of [Co(C12H30N8)]3+ ⋅ 3 NO3− is reported to undergo a disorder-order phase transition at Tc1 ≈133 K upon cooling. Temperature-dependent neutron and synchrotron diffraction experiments revealed satellite reflections in addition to main reflections in the diffraction patterns below Tc1. The modulation wave vector varies as function of temperature and locks in at Tc3≈98 K. Here, we demonstrate that the crystal symmetry lowers from hexagonal to monoclinic in the incommensurately modulated phases in Tc1<T<Tc3. Distinctive levels of competitions: trade-off between longer N−H⋅⋅⋅O and shorter C−H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bonds; steric constraints to dense C−H⋅⋅⋅O bonds give rise to pronounced modulation of the basic structure. Severely frustrated crystal packing in the incommensurate phase is precursor to optimal balance of intermolecular interactions in the lock-in phase. 相似文献

Growing concerns related to antibiotic residues in environmental water have encouraged the development of rapid, sensitive, and accurate analytical methods. Single-drop microextraction has been recognized as an efficient approach for the isolation and preconcentration of several analytes from a complex sample matrix. Thus, single-drop microextraction techniques are cost-effective and less harmful to the environment, subscribing to green analytical chemistry principles. Herein, an overview and the current advances in single-drop microextraction for the determination of antibiotics in environmental water are presented were included. In particular, two main approaches used to perform single-drop microextraction (direct immersion-single-drop microextraction and headspace-single-drop microextraction) are reviewed. In this paper, a flower-like molybdenum disulfide material was prepared by hydrothermal method and was first used as adsorbents in the solid-phase extraction process for enriching N-nitrosoamines. Molybdenum disulfide exhibited three-dimensional petal-like microspheres with about 500 nm in diameter. The relevant analyte extraction and elution parameters (sample volumes, solution pH, washing solvents, elution solvents, and elution volumes) were optimized to improve the solid-phase extraction efficiency. The solid-phase extraction process coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for determining N-nitrosoamines in environmental water samples was established. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.01–0.05 ng/mL. The satisfactory recoveries (68.9–106.1%) were obtained at three different spiked concentrations (2, 5, and 8 ng/mL) in water samples, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.96 and 8.38%. This proposed method not only showed high sensitivity and good reusability but also provided a new adsorbent for enriching trace N-nitrosoamines in environmental water samples. 相似文献

为研究并解决测试生物质样品中碱金属和碱土金属含量的干扰,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法对生物质中的碱金属和碱土金属钾、钙、钠、镁元素进行测定,考察了样品消解后不同的酸体系,共存元素干扰对钾、钠、钙、镁含量测定的干扰研究。经过研究表明,接近分析标准曲线酸浓度的样品干扰小,铅、铟、钛、锰元素对钠元素测定造成干扰,砷、铜、镉对钙元素测定干扰,铝对钾元素测定有干扰,镁测定不受共存元素干扰影响,运用干扰系数法可以减少共存元素对测定元素的误差。各待测元素标准曲线相关系数大于0.9996,检出限为0.0014~0.023 mg/L,玉米芯各元素的相对标准偏差为0.98%~1.9%,加标回收率为80.2%~106%;西瓜皮的各元素相对标准偏差为0.91%~2.3%,加标回收率为85.3%~106%。方法用于测定国家标准物质GBW07603,各元素结果均在标准值参考范围内。方法用于测定生物质中碱金属和碱土金属的结果,用t检验法与离子色谱测定值进行比对,结果无显著性差异。 相似文献

为了降低城市交通拥堵及空气污染程度,本文在现有研究的基础上引入罚款政策,利用系统动力学方法原理构建了机动车污染物减排管控模型。通过仿真和比较分析来探索空气污染收费(Air pollution charging fee,简称APCF)、罚款(penalty)和补贴(subsidy)政策(简称A-P-S策略)的作用效果。研究结果表明:一方面,组合策略具有多重绩效,不但能够降低污染损失(经济-环境效益)、死亡人口的生命价值(社会-经济效益)、交通拥堵程度(社会效益)和机动车污染物总量(环境效益),而且能大大改善环境生态承载力(环境效益)和机动车非法出行增长量(社会安全绩效);另一方面,政策在实施过程中也会遇到一定的局限性,如初期的滞后性,后期的“褪色”效应和“反弹”效应,因此,从长期来看,需要及时调整组合方案。最后,根据仿真结果提出了相应的政策建议,进而为城市交通和环保等相关部门提供决策参考。 相似文献

While the standard model is the most successful theory to describe all the interactions and constituents of elementary particle physics,it has been constantly scrutinized for over four decades.Weak decays of charm quarks can be used to measure the coupling strength between quarks in different families and serve as an ideal probe for CP violation.As the lowest charm-strange baryons with three different flavors,Ξ;baryons(composed of csu or csd)have been extensively studied in experiments.In this study,we use state-of-the-art lattice QCD techniques to generate 2+1 clover fermion ensembles with two lattice spacings,a=(0.108,0.080 fm).Then,we present the first ab-initio lattice QCD calculation of the Ξ;→Ξ form factors.Our theoretical results for the Ξc→Ξl;v;decay widths are consistent with and approximately two times more precise than the latest measurements by the ALICE and Belle collaborations.Based on the latest experimental measurements,we independently obtain the quark-mixing matrix element |V;|,which is in good agreement with results from other theoretical approaches. 相似文献

既有高速铁路进一步提速受限,构建低真空管道运行超高速列车的发展趋势日益明显。运用滑移网格技术,建立动车组列车和低真空管道的三维耦合模型,考虑管道气体的瞬态压缩效应,分析低真空管道横截面积、动车组列车运行速度、管道环境温度和环境压力对车体表面压力的影响。研究表明,低真空管道横截面积、动车组列车运行速度、管道环境温度和环境压力不变时,测点的压力沿着车身长度方向基本不变;同一横断面测点的压力也基本相等。头车、中间车和尾车的车体表面压力幅值与列车运行速度的2.2次方成正比,与低真空管道横截面积成线性递减关系,与环境压力成线性递增关系,基本不受环境温度影响;列车运行速度越高,低真空管道横截面积越小,环境压力越大,列车运行时产生的车体表面压力波动幅值越大。 相似文献

针对苯系物泄露次生突发环境事件的应急响应问题,研究了基于案例推理和处置效果的应急方案生成方法。首先,在计算案例相似度时,为避免历史案例不全产生的情景要素遗失,基于随机森林算法,结合专家知识构建了权重求解方法,采用案例检索方法得到相似案例集;然后,构建了应急处置效果评估指标体系,以全面评价相似案例对应的处置效果;进一步,考虑多专家评价可弥补决策者知识、经验等的不足,引入了自适应群共识调整算法,得到群体评价意见,通过集结相似度与处置效果,得到了方案的综合评价值并生成最优方案;最后,用算例说明了方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献
