Taking advantage of our knowledge of the capacity of DIBAL-H to de-O-alkylate, we propose an alternative mechanism for a spiroketal rearrangement described by E. Suàrez. A series of α,ω‐boryl(bromo)alkanes of the general formula R2B? (CH2)n? Br (n=3, 4, 5, 6) was obtained in high yield following a standard hydroboration protocol. Upon treatment with Mg turnings and formation of the respective Grignard species, all alkanes with n=4 to 6 underwent an unprecedented boron‐centered cyclisation reaction with formation of boratacyclopentanes, ‐hexanes, and ‐heptanes, respectively. All new compounds were isolated in high yields as colourless, crystalline materials and characterised in solution by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. Four representative examples were chosen for X‐ray diffraction studies, thus providing the first structurally characterised ring systems of that size at a tetraalkyl borate centre.  相似文献

 以金属镁粉为触媒,以六角氮化硼为原料,其中加入适量比例的氧化镁,在国产六面顶压机上,在约5.0 GPa压力、1 500~1 800 K温度条件下,合成出了颜色均匀、晶形完整的黄色立方氮化硼单晶体。实验结果表明,在Mg-hBN体系中,氧化镁对合成cBN晶体的颜色及合成温度有很大的影响。  相似文献

In photochemical vapor deposition of aluminum film on silicon using dimethylaluminum hydride, (CH3)2AlH, a surface reaction dominated below a (CH3)2AlH pressure of 0.3 m Torr at 200°C, which was induced only with the 160 nm band emitted from a deuterium lamp. A gas-phase reaction occurred above 0.3 mTorr at 200°C, which could be induced by both 160 nm and 240 nm emission bands from the lamp. To distinguish between surface ad gas-phase reactions, a thickness profile was used. At 240°C the surface reaction could be induced even by the 240 nm band, while the deposits formed under illumination of the two bands were thinner than those obtained with only the 240 nm band, indicating occurrence of vacuum ultraviolet (VUV)-enhanced desorption. The mechanism responsible for the observed wavelength dependence in unclear. The electrical resistivity of the films deposited at 200°C was 4.5 μΩ cm, which did not change with wavelength.  相似文献

The solid—liquid equilibria of the ternary system H2O—Al(NO3)3—Mg(NO3)2 were studied at –30, –20, –10 and 0°C by using a synthetic method which allows to detemine all the characteristic points of isothermal sections. The stable solid phases which appear are respectively: ice, Al(NO3)3·9H2O, Mg(NO3)2·9H2O and Mg(NO3)2·6H2O. Neither double salts nor mixed crystals are observed in the temperature and composition field studied. Polytherm diagram layout show two invariant transformations correspond with an eutectic point and a peritectic point.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Experiments for the determination of mono-, di and tri-butyltin (MBT, DBT and TBT) by hydride generation/gas chromatography/atomic absorption spectrometry in various matrices (sediment, suspended matter, mussel, algae and water) have revealed that poor butyltin recoveries are obtained in sediments displaying high sulphur and hydrocarbon contents; very poor recoveries were also observed for TBT in sediments with high chlorophyll pigment contents as well as in algal samples. It was however not clear whether the hydride generatin was inhibited by these infering compounds, as was previously assumed in the case of hydrocarbons, or whether interferences affected the atomization rate. Further studies were performed to solve this problem in order to validate this method in the case of analyses of, for example, oil-contaminated sediment and algae. This paper presents the results obtained. It is concluded here that the poor recoveries were due to an inhibition of hydride generation rather than to interference at the atomization stage.  相似文献

A novel chemical reduction method using an activated alkaline hydride (LiH or NaH-t-BuONa) in tetrahydrofuran solvent has been applied to antimony salt reduction. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy studies have been carried out to characterize the morphology and structure of the materials. Alkali hydride nature influence has been proved. In both cases the process allows to prepare antimony particles in nanometer range from few nanometers to about 20nm which could be used as anodic materials for lithium–ion batteries. With lithium hydride well-crystallized particles inclined to agglomeration were observed whereas finely dispersed amorphous particles were pointing out after activated sodium hydride reduction.  相似文献

研究了不同的表面改性剂对超细氢氧化镁的表面改性.并分别以水和乙醇为溶剂,研究了表面改性后氢氧化镁的分散行为.实验结果表明,以水为溶剂的体系,六偏磷酸钠分散性能最好,而以乙醇为溶剂,硅烷偶联剂KH-550分散性能最好,其用量为基体量的5%左右,可使制备的超细氢氧化镁粒径达到0.2 μm尺度以下.试验结果对进一步认识超细氢氧化镁的性质及其应用具有重要意义.  相似文献
