A new Sequiterpenoid from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng

A new sequiterpenoid compound 8aα-hydroxy-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,6,8a-hexahydro-naphthalene-2,6-dione(1),together with seven known compounds anti-HH-dimer-coumarin(2),(-)-5-exo-hydroxy-bomeol(3),O-hydroxyl cinnamic acid(4),9β-hydroxy-ageraphorone(5),10Hα-9-oxo-ageraphorone(6),10Hβ-9-oxo-ageraphorone(7)and 9-oxo-10,11-dehydroageraphorone 8,was isolated from the leaves of Eupatorium adenopho-rum Spreng.The structures were elucidated by IR,~1H and ~(13)C NMR,EIMS,HMBC and single-crystal X-ray spec-tral data.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,7,7-Trimethyl- 1-phenyl-4-（3-nitrophenyl）- 4,5,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]quinoline-5（6H）-one

The title compound (C25H24N4O3) has been prepared by the cyclocondensation of 5-amino-3-methyl-l-phenypyrazol, m-nitrobenaldehyde and dimedone in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction to be orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a=16.3331(10), b=13.8329(9), c=19.4163(12) A, V= 4386.8(5)A3, Z=8, Dc=1.298g/cm^3,μ=0.087 mm^-1, F(000)=1808, Mr=428.48, the final R=0.0519 and wR=0.1019. X-ray analysis revealed that the pyridine ring is of boat conformation and the six-membered ring fused with it adopts twist boat conformation.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure, UV-vis and EPR Studies of（ NH3CH2CH2NH2 ） 2.5 [ Mo0.5^（V）W0.5^（VI）O2 （ OC6H4O ） 2]

Cis-dioxo-metal complex ( NH3CH2CH2NH2 ) 2.5 [ Mo0.5^(V)W0.5^(VI)O2 ( OC6H4O ) 2] 1 was obtained by the reaction of tetra-butyl ammonium hexamolybdotungstate with 1, 2-dihydroxybenzene in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and ethylenediamine,and characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis and EPR analysis. Compared with its analogous complexes (NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo^(V)O2(OC6H40)2] 2 and (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[W^(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2] 3, the results show that tungsten(VI) is less active in redox than molybdenum (VI) and that the change of the valence induced by substitution of W(VI) for Mo(V) in EMO2(OC6H40)2]n- does not influence the coordination geometry of the complex anion in which the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo catechol. The responses to EPR of complexes 1 and 2 are active but complex 3 is silent,and the UV-vis spectra exhibited by the three complexes are obvious different because of the different electronic configuration between the central Mo(V) and W(VI) ions in the complexes.It is noteworthy that complexes 1 and 2 have the similar EPR signal to flavoenzyme, suggesting that the three complexes have the same coordination geometry feature with the co-factor of flavoenzyme.     

离子液体存在下脂肪醛的环化三聚反应

Aliphatic aldehydes such as ethanal,propanal,n-butanal,isobutyraldehyde,n-valeraldehyde,isovaleraldehyde,n-hexanal and n-octanal were converted into the corresponding 2,4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-trioxanes through cyclotrimer-ization in the presence of the ferric chloride based ionic liquids at room temperature without solvent in high selec-tivity.The effects of different ionic liquids,acidity of ionic liquids and temperature on cyclotrimerization were alsostudied.The results showed that the ferric chloride based ionic liquids(apparent molar fraction of FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62))were a kind of efficient catalysts for the cyclotrimerization of aliphatic aldehyde which could be separatedconveniently from the reaction mixture and recycled without loss of catalytic activity.The conversion of isobu-tyraldehyde and the selectivity to 2,4,6-triisopropyl-1,3,5-trioxane were 91.1% and 99.8% respectively under opti-mum reaction condition(isobutyraldehyde 25.0 g,[Et_3NH]Cl/FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62)1.0 g,25 ℃for 1 h).     

食品中维生素D与25-羟基维生素D检测技术及含量分布研究进展

维生素D是一种对于维持人体健康具有重要作用的脂溶性维生素,25-羟基维生素D是其在人体内循环和存储的主要形式。食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D前处理的通常采用碱皂化、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取或者半制备色谱净化;其测定方法多为放射免疫法和液相色谱法。液相色谱串联质谱凭借高灵敏度和高准确度,目前在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D测定中发挥重要作用。近年来二维液相色谱和超高效超临界流体色谱由于其强大的分离能力,在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的分析中表现出强大的潜力。该文综述了近年来食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的检测方法及二者在动物食品和植物食品中的含量分布研究,以期为建立适合不同食物样品的测定方法,指导居民合理膳食,进行膳食摄入量评估等研究工作提供参考。     

含轴手性磺酸配体的镉配合物(英)

The crystal structure of [Cd(BDA)(phen)₂(H₂O)](H₂O)₂ (1) (BDA=6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline)consists of a cadmium center whose coordination environment can be best described as a slightly distorted octahedron defined four nitrogen atoms from two phen ligands and two oxygen atoms differently from BDA ligand and water. There are strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between water and sulfonate group of BDA ligands to construct the 3D network. CCDC: 277921.     

具有无限时滞中立型泛函微分方程零解的渐近性态

本文利用 D算子的某些性质及 Liapunov泛函的方法 ,研究了具有无限时滞中立型泛函微分方程零解的一致稳定性与一致渐近稳定性 ,得到了新的结果 .     

紫外光度法间接测定脱脂乳中的芽孢数量

为了有效控制乳制品生产过程、保证质量,克服芽孢杆菌传统计数方法周期长的缺点,本实验通过分光光度法检测芽孢中特异性物质2,6-吡啶二羧酸(DPA)。根据DPA浓度与芽孢数量的关系,建立了快速检测脱脂乳中芽孢数量的方法。本研究对脱脂乳及其芽孢处理、DPA释放及采用紫外分光光度法检测做了研究。通过准确度和加标回收率检验,建立DPA含量与芽孢数的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.2084x-0.9363,r=0.6998,经验证可有效估测脱脂乳中芽孢数量(P<0.05)。     

间接光度法测定药物中的抗坏血酸

研究了一种简便的选择性高的药物中抗坏血酸含量的测定方法。该方法基于在弱酸性介质中 ,有盐酸羟胺、碘酸存在下 ,抗坏血酸还原对氨基苯磺酸与N 1 萘乙二胺盐酸盐混合体系生成的有色物质 ,体系的最大吸收波长为 5 40nm ,工作曲线的线性范围为 0 .5～ 4 .0 μg·ml- 1。方法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,对药用维生素C中抗坏血酸含量进行测定 ,结果满意
