基于3×3平行排列耦合器的全光光开关的特性分析

提出了一种新型的基于3×3平行排列耦合器的全光光开关。此种光开关具有两个独立的输出端口且具有极好的偏振稳定性,消光比可达20dB。介绍了其工作原理,详细分析了信号光强度、控制光强度、光纤长度及耦合器分光比偏差等因素对各端口消光比的影响。比较了不同种类和长度光纤环的开关性能,首次得到了耦合器分光比偏差对消光比的影响曲线。     

Growth studies of m-GaN layers on LiAlO2 by MOCVD

This paper reports that the m-plane GaN layer is grown on （200）-plane LiAlO2 substrate by metal-organic chemical wpour deposition （MOCVD） method. Tetragonal-shaped crystallites appear at the smooth surface. Raman measurement illuminates the compressive stress in the layer which is released with increasing the layer＇s thickness. The high transmittance （80%）, sharp band edge and excitonic absorption peak show that the GaN layer has good optical quality. The donor acceptor pair emission peak located at -3.41 eV with full-width at half maximum of 120 meV and no yellow peaks in the photoluminescence spectra partially show that no Li incorporated into GaN layer from the LiAlO2 substrate.     

Structural and thermodynamic properties of AlB2 compound

We employ a first-principles plane wave method with the relativistic analytic pseudopotential of Hartwigsen, Goedecker and Hutter (HGH) scheme in the frame of DFT to calculate the equilibrium lattice parameters and the thermodynamic properties of AlB₂ compound with hcp structure. The obtained lattice parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental data and those calculated by others. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, obtained successfully are the dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/a₀ and c/c₀ on pressure P, the normalized primitive cell volume V/V₀ on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion α with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the Debye temperature \Theta_D and the heat capacity C_V on pressure P and temperature T.     

变频率压缩态光场与原子的相互作用

研究了频率随时间变化的压缩态光场与二能级原子的相互作用，主要讨论了光场频率随时间作正弦调制和脉冲调制两种典型情况下，原子布居数反转随时间的演化特性。当光场频率随时间作正弦调制时，不仅光场频率调制，而且压缩态的压缩系数和压缩相位均对原子布居数反转的崩塌—回复过程有影响。当光场频率随时间作脉冲调制时，在原子布居数反转随时间演化过程中诱导出新的崩塌—回复过程，尤其在脉冲出现的区间内，原子布居数反转表现出持续的小幅快速振荡，这与压缩态的压缩系数无关。     

Upconversion luminescence of Tm^3＋/Yb^3＋ codoped oxyfluoride glasses

Novel oxyfluoride glasses are developed with the composition of 30SiO2-15Al2O3-28PbF2-22CdF2-0.1TmF3 - xYbF3 - （4.9 - x） AlF3（x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0） in tool fraction, Furthermore, the upconversion luminescence characteristics under a 970nm excitation are investigated. Intense blue, red and near infrared luminescences peaked at 453nm, 476nm, 647nm and 789nm, which correspond to the transitions of Tm^3＋： ^1D2 →^3F4, ^1G4 →^3H6, ^1G4 →^3F4, and ^3H4 →^3H6, respectively, are observed. Due to the sensitization of Yb^3＋ ions, all the upconversion luminescence intensities are enhanced considerably with Yb^3＋ concentration increasing. The upconversion mechanisms are discussed based on the energy matching rule and quadratic dependence on excitation power. The results indicate that the dominant mechanism is the excited state absorption for those upconversion emissions.     

EIT介质中光场噪声特性研究

在原子相干效应条件下，场与原子之间的相干耦合过程不仅导致原子能态发生相干叠加，同时也会使与之作用场的光场特性发生变化。我们对电磁感应透明（EIT）介质中量子化光场的噪声谱特性进行了研究，实验和理论结果均表明，在光场与原子发生相干作用过程中，由于EIT过程的吸收减小，色散增强效应，导致作用场的位相噪声被转化为输出场的强度噪声，因而使输出场的强度噪声由三部分所决定，输入光场的强度噪声、位相噪声以及由原子而引入的额外噪声。并分析了噪声随探测光失谐、分析频率等的变化关系以及总噪声谱不对称的原因，实验与理论结果定性吻合。     

离心泵快速启动过程外部特性的试验研究

介绍离心泵快速启动试验装置和试验方法,对一台出口直径为80 mm的小型管道离心泵进行试验研究,分别测试了试验泵的稳态性能和各项瞬态性能,比较分析了两者的区别。结果显示,启动过程中,离心泵的扬程紧跟转速到达最大值,转速稳定后的瞬态性能与稳态假设对应,流量和扬程的上升历程与管路阻力特性直接相关,而转速与其基本无关; 在启动初始阶段,无量纲扬程呈现很大值,继而迅速减小到低于稳态假设值,表现出明显的瞬态效应。     

A New Type of Terahertz Waveguides

A new type of THz waveguides, which employs a solid polyethylene rod as the core and polyethylene tubes in a periodic array of square lattice as the cladding, is proposed. Optical properties of this new THz waveguide, especially in dispersion, confinement loss and single mode property, are investigated in detail with the plane wave expansion method and the beam propagation method. Numerical results demonstrate that the new THz waveguide can reach not only low dispersion but also low confinement loss at single mode propagation. Therefore, the square lattice structure is a better candidate as THz waveguides than the triangular ones.     

The acoustic characteristics of clause, sentence and paragraph boundaries in Chinese Putonghua

The acoustic and perceptive characteristics of discourse units, including clauses, simple sentences, compound sentences and paragraphs, were studied. The acoustic characteristics were based on the analysis of a speech corpus consisted of ten monologues. The Perceived Boundary Strength (PBS) of the monologues was labeled on a five-point scale by 25 participants. The main results are as follows: (1) There is a significant difference in the PBS of clauses (corresponding to intonational phrase), sentences (including simple sentences and compound sentences) and paragraphs. But the PBS of simple sentences and compound sentences is the same, and the pitch reset and pause are also not significantly different between these two kinds of boundaries. (2) The pitch-based cue used to distinguish clauses, sentences and paragraphs appears to be the difference between pre- and post-boundary syllables, but not simply the pitch value of either syllable alone. (3) Declination mainly occurs within intonational phrases, whereas there is no consistent global declination in sentences or in paragraphs. (4) Pauses are longer and more varied at the boundary of larger discourse units. Moreover, there is a significant positive correlation between pause duration and degree of pitch reset at clause boundaries, but not at sentence or paragraph boundaries.     

进气畸变对压气机稳定性的影响

在低速大尺寸单级压气机实验器上,实验研究了动态进气畸变对压气机稳定边界的影响。并采取在静子叶片表面埋入微型压力传感器的方法,分析了压气机流场的动态压力特性。实验结果表明,动态总压畸变的旋转频率和旋转方向对压气机稳定性有很大的影响,当畸变相对转速n在0~+0．5之间时,压气机失速推迟;分析动态压力的频谱特性后知道,在压气机失速前一般存在与失速相关的压力扰动,动态总压畸变影响这种压力扰动,从而影响压气机的不稳定流动状态。
