纳米晶Cu薄带的单辊法制备及结构分析

 采用单辊法制备出纳米晶Cu薄带，利用X射线衍射对纳米晶Cu薄带的结构进行分析，并研究了工艺参数对结构的影响。实验发现：纳米晶Cu薄带的平均晶粒度为65.17～121.8 nm，辊轮转速越快，喷铸压力越小，保护气压越大，保护气体越冷，薄带的晶粒尺寸越小；纳米晶内部均存在晶格畸变和晶胞参数的涨落，说明采用单辊法制备纯金属薄带会在材料内部产生不同程度的晶格扭曲，Cu带处于非稳定状态；所有样品均发生(200) 晶面择优取向，原因可能与单辊法的快淬工艺有关。     

Linewidth Reduction in an Inversionless Laser with Pump phase Fluctuations

We have studied the asymmetric behavior of the polarization beats in a four-level system when the pump beams have either narrowband or broadband linewidth, we attribute this asymmetry to the shift of the zero time delay which is due to the dispersion of the optical components.     

Sm和Ce复合掺杂Skutterudite化合物的制备及热电性能

用熔融法结合放电等离子快速烧结(SPS)制备出了单相的Sm和Ce复合掺杂的Skutterudite化合物Sm_mCe_nFe_1.5Co_2.5Sb₁₂，研究了Sm和Ce复合掺杂总量对其热电性能的影响规律.结果表明：随着Sm和Ce复合掺杂总量的增加，p型Sm_mCe_nFe_1.5Co_2.5Sb₁₂化合物的Seebeck系数增加、电导率和热导率降低.当掺杂总量相近时，和Sm、Ce单原子掺杂相比，Sm和Ce复合掺杂使Skutterudite化合物的热导率低10%—40%.Sm_0.22Ce_0.20Fe_1.54Co_2.46Sb_11.89化合物的最大热电性能指数ZT_max值在775K时为0.84. 关键词： 复合掺杂 方钴矿 热电性能     

I型锗基笼合物Ba8Ga16-xSbxGe30的合成及热电性能

用高温熔融结合放电等离子烧结（SPS）方法合成了Sb掺杂的单相n型Ba8Ga16-xSbxGe30化合物，探索了Sb对Ga的取代对其热电性能的影响规律．研究结果表明：随着Sb取代分数x的增加，Seebeck系数逐渐降低，Seebeck系数峰值对应的温度向低温方向偏移．电导率随着x的增加先增大后减小，当x=2时达到最大值．Sb取代Ga后对化合物的热性能有较大影响，其热导率和晶格热导率都有不同程度的降低．在所有n型Ba8Ga16-xSbxGe30化合物中，Ba8Ga14Sb2Ge30化合物的ZT值最大，在950K左右其最大ZY值达1．1．     

空心阴极辉光放电包覆铜纳米粉末

 简要叙述了自悬浮定向流方法制备铜纳米粉末的原理和包覆层薄膜的生长机理，采用空心阴极辉光放电对铜纳米粉末进行有机包覆，实验中CH4和H2的流量分别为6 ml/min和12 ml/min，工作电压为450 V，衬底与空心阴极的底端距离为2 cm，背景真空和工作气压分别为6 Pa和100 Pa，沉积速率为7.5 nm/min。用透射电镜(TEM)对铜纳米粉末进行了观察和分析，结果表明：铜纳米粉末呈球状，其粒径分布在10～100 nm之间, 平均粒径大小为50 nm；其包覆层的厚度大约为15 nm，而且该厚度可以通过调节空心阴极辉光放电的参数来控制。     

Accurate measurement of the main refractive indices and thermo-optical coefficients of the calcite crystal

The main refractive indices of calcite crystal are measured by the means of auto-collimation,and the thermo-optical coefficients are calculated.The coefficient expression of SeUmeier equation is obtained by solving Sellmeier equation strictly and the refractive indices of different wavelengths are calculated,which accord with experimental results very well.The measured main refractive indices of calcite at 488-nm wavelength are identical with the values obtained by Sellmeier equation.     

Study on the Supramolecular Interaction of β-Cyclodextrin with Gemfibrozil by Spectrofluorimetry and Its Analytical Application

The supramolecular interaction of gemfibrozil with β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） was studied by spectrofluorimetry. The mechanism of the inclusion was discussed by spectrofluoremetry, infrared spectrum and ^1H NMR spectrum. The results showed that a 1 ： 1 （β-CD ： gemfibrozil） complex was formed with an apparent association constant of 3.844 × 10^3 L·mol^-1. Based on the enhancement of the fluorescent intensity of gemfibrozil, a spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of gemfibrozil in bulk aqueous solution in the presence of β-CD was developed. The linear range was 3.30 ng·mL^- 1 -6.00 ug·mL^-1 with the detection limit of 0.980 ng·mL^-1. There was no interference from the excipients normally used in tablet composition and the serum main compositions. The proposed method was then successfully applied to the determination of gemfibrozil in capsules and serum.
