聚酞菁硅氧烷多晶型现象的HREM观察

把酞菁硅二醇单体置于440℃、1Pa的动态真空下,升华到新的NaCl单晶体的(100)解理面上,使之聚合并外延生成薄膜晶体,也用事先聚合好的聚酞菁硅氧烷作升华源制备了这类薄膜晶体。发现分子链垂直于薄膜平面。并用HREM观察了其多晶型现象。其中β-晶型为四方晶系,a=1.4nm,c=0.66nm,z=2;α-晶型属正交晶系,a=1.4nm,b=2.8nm,c=0.66nm,z=4;γ-晶型属正交晶系,a=1.4nm,b=5.6nm,c=0.66nm,z=8;θ-晶型为正交晶系,a=1.4nm,b=5.6nm,c=0.66nm,z=8。     

Incorporation Behaviour of Arsenic and Phosphorus in GaAsP／GaAs Grown by Solid Source Molecular Beam Epitaxy with a GaP Decomposition Source

The incorporation behaviour of arsenic and phosphorus in the GaAsP ternary alloy under phosphorus-rich conditions is studied based on the incorporation coefficient model and the growth diffusion model combined with the alloy composition data obtained by high resolution x-ray diffraction analysis. It is found that As adatoms have longer surface lifetime and longer migration length than those of P adatoms, which leads to an arsenic incorporation efficiency much higher than that of phosphorous. With the increase of arsenic flux, the surface lifetime of arsenic adatoms decreases due to the competition of As adatoms. The detailed analysis and discussion are given here.     

Adjuvant Effects of Dual Co-stimulatory Molecules on Cellular Responses to HIV Multiple-epitope DNA Vaccination

Designing adjuvants that can induce strong cytotoxic T cell responses is largely required for preparing DNA vaccines. In this study we explored dual costimulatory molecules 4-1BBL and OX40L as adjuvants to improve the efficiency of the HIV multiple-epitope DNA vaccine. 用Zn/F离子先后注入和热退火法实现ZnO量子点的可控生长

将Zn/F离子先后注入到非晶二氧化硅中并分别在400,600,700 ℃下进行了退火.用光学吸收谱、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对退火的样品进行分析,发现在600 ℃退火后ZnO量子点已经形成.二次离子质谱仪(SIMS)测试发现在溅射时间为2 s时Si,Zn元素同时出现,说明没有在衬底的表面形成ZnO薄膜.从原子力显微镜(AFM)图像看到有少量的颗粒被蒸发到衬底的表面,说明在衬底的内部形成了ZnO量子点.F离子注入的作用为在衬底的内部形成ZnO量子点提供了O2分子.     

数据缺失机制不明确时的分布函数估计

研究了在数据缺失机制不明确时如何估计随机变量Y的分布函数FY(y),该问题不同于可以用参数模型刻画数据缺失机制时的情形,考虑到此时可能出现不可识别现象,获取一些辅助信息是必要的.借助一个可以完全观察到的随机变量X提供必须的辅助信息,构造了随机变量Y的分布函数Fy(y)的估计量,并研究了它的大样本性质.     

ZnSe-ZnTe应变层超晶格远红外反射谱

本文首次报道室温下测量的分子束外延生长的ZnSe-ZnTe应变层超晶格的远红外反射谱.得到了ZnSe、ZnTe横光学声子摸.用长波长超晶格介电理论和多层吸收薄膜理论进行曲线拟合,确定Ⅱ-Ⅵ族ZnS、eZnTe材料的一些基本材料参数,如横光学声子频率、模衰减常数、模振荡强度、高频介电常数等.本文首次报道这些参数.
