Summary. Hydrolytic reactions between various palladium(II) complexes of the type cis-[Pd(L)(H2O)2]2+ in which L is ethylenediamine (en), 1,2-propylenediamine (1,2-pn), isobutylenediamine (ibn), 1,2-diaminocyclohexane (1,2-dach), N-methylethylenediamine (Meen), N,N,N,N-tetramethylethylenediamine (Me4en), S-methyl L-cysteine (MeS-L-HCys), L-methionine (L-HMet), and 2,5-dithiahexane (dth) and dipeptide N-acetylated L-methionylglycine (MeCOMet-Gly) were studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The reactions were carried out in the pH range 2.0–2.5 and at 50°C. In all these reactions, palladium(II) complex bound to a methionine residue effects the regioselective cleavage of the amide bond involving the carboxylic group of methionine. We found that the rate of hydrolysis and mechanism of this reaction are strongly dependent from the nature of the chelate ligand L in palladium(II) complexes of the type cis-[Pd(L)(H2O)2]2+. 相似文献

The hydrolysis necessitates the study of NHC complex formation in anhydrous media. The synthetic investigation of the CuII/maleamate(−1) ion (HL−)/N,N′,N′′-chelate general reaction system has allowed access to compounds [Cu2(HL)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2·H2O (1·H2O), [Cu(HL)(bppy)(ClO4)] (2) and [Cu(HL)(terpy)(H2O)](ClO4) (4) (bppy = 2,6-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine, terpy = 2,2′;6′,2′′-terpyridine). In the absence of externally added hydroxides, compound [Cu2(L′)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2 (3) was obtained from MeOH solutions; L′− is the monomethyl maleate(−1) ligand which is formed in situ via the CuII-assisted HL− → L′− transformation. In the case of tptz-containing (tptz = 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) reaction systems, the CuII-assisted hydrolysis of tptz to pyridine-2-carboxamide (L1) afforded complex [Cu(L1)2(NO3)2] (5). The crystal structures of 1–5 are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the ligands. 相似文献

Summary. An efficient synthesis of tri-O-methylemodin aldehyde was achieved via bromination of tri-O-methylemodin utilizing N-bromosuccinimide yielding the monobromo and dibromo derivatives. Sommelet reaction of the monobromomethyl derivative as well as hydrolysis of the dibromomethyl analog with aqueous silver nitrate afforded the protected aldehyde in good yield. Accordingly, both bromo derivatives can be used even when they are obtained as a mixture of the bromination reaction, which could not be controlled easily to yield the bromo products selectively. From the aldehyde the tri-O-methylemodin nitrile was prepared in a one-pot reaction using hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid.Received February 18, 2003; accepted March 3, 2003

利用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲基硅氧烷的受控水解反应即A2-B3单体对法来制备超支化聚硅氧烷,并对合成出的聚合物通过FT-IR、1H-NMR和多角度激光光散射技术(MALLS)进行了表征.结果表明,所得聚合物具有超支化结构且分子中含有大量活性官能团,从而可以实现紫外光引发固化.通过等温差示光量热实验(DPC)研究了聚合物结构、引发剂用量、光强度和聚合温度对聚合物光固化行为的影响规律,并得到了其中一种聚合物的光固化动力学参数,光固化反应总级数约为3,表观活化能为16.9kJ/mol. 相似文献

Despite wide application of cellulose-azure as a substrate for measuring cellulase activity, there is no quantification of hydrolysis rate or enzymatic activities using this substrate. The aim of this study was to quantify the hydrolysis rate in terms of product formation and dye released using cellulose-azure. The amount of dye released was correlated with the production of glucose and the enzyme concentrations. It is shown that the lack of correlation can be due to (1) repression of the release of the azure-dye when azure-dye accumulates, (2) presence of degradable substrates in the cellulase powder which inflate the glucose measurements and (3) the degradation of cellulose which is not linked to the dye in the cellulose-azure. Based on the lack of correlation, it is recommended that cellulose-azure should only be applied in assays when the aim is to compare relative activities of different enzymatic systems. 相似文献
