We experimentally investigate the transmission performance of 60-GHz signals over standard single-mode fiber (SSMF) and wireless links at different bit rates. Experimental results show that in a transmission of over 10-km SSMF and 1.3-m wireless link, bit rate reaches up to 5 Gb/s and bit error rate (BER) is less than 10 4 . The main limiting factor in such radio-over-fiber (ROF) systems is intersymbol interferences caused by the so-called walk-off effect when BER is below 10 8 . In addition, a transmission of over 20-km SSMF without chromatic dispersion compensation is briefly investigated. For a BER of 10 8 , the optical penalty is 2 dB. 相似文献

We create a GaN photocathode based on graded Alx Ga1-x N buffer layers to overcome the influence of buffer-emission layer interface on the photoemission of transmission-mode GaN photocathodes.A gateshaped spectral response with a 260-nm starting wavelength and a 375-nm cut-off wavelength is obtained.Average quantum efficiency is 15% and short wavelength responses are almost equivalent to long wavelength ones.The fitted interface recombination velocity is 5×104 cm/s,with negligible magnitude,proving that the design of the graded buffer layers is efficient in obtaining good interface quality between the buffer and the emission layer. 相似文献

In this paper,wave and vibratory power transmission in a finite L-shaped Mindlin plate with two simply supported opposite edges are investigated using the wave approach.The dynamic responses,active and reactive power flow in the finite plate are calculated by the Mindlin plate theory (MPT) and classic plate theory (CPT).To satisfy the boundary conditions and continuous conditions at the coupled junction of the finite L-shaped plate,the near-field and far-field waves are entirely contained in the wave approach.The in-plane longitudinal and shear waves are also considered.The results indicate that the vibratory power flow based on the MPT is different from that based on the CPT not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.The influence of the plate thickness on the vibrational power flow is investigated.From the results it is seen that the shear and rotary inertia correction of the MPT can influence the active and reactive power at the junction of the L-shaped plate not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.Furthermore,the effects of structural damping on the active and reactive power flow at the junction are also analyzed. 相似文献

六取代三环喹唑啉分子可以作为液晶半导体材料。使用电子传输的半经典模型和密度泛函理论方法在B3LYP/6-31G**水平上对六取代三环喹唑啉分子的电荷传输性质进行理论研究。结果显示,该分子的正电荷传输速率为负电荷传输速率的30倍。与苯并菲和六氮杂苯并菲比较,该分子更有利于正电荷传输。 相似文献
