食品接触材料中添加剂残留量的测定为食品接触材料从源头进行安全监管具有重要意义。然而目前的大多数研究只针对食品接触材料中有害物迁移量的测定,对于食品接触材料中有害物含量的测定方法仅局限于残留单体、低聚体、重金属,以及邻苯二甲酸酯类、双酚类化合物等环境污染物,对食品接触材料中添加剂残留量的测定较少。该研究系统地优化了样品前处理过程及仪器分析中影响8种添加剂分析准确度与响应灵敏度的各主要因素,建立了超高效液相色谱同时测定聚乙烯材料中8种添加剂的定量分析方法。聚乙烯样品冷冻研磨后,取2.0 g样品采用甲苯作为萃取溶剂,80 ℃, 10.34~11.72 MPa (1500~1700 psi)下对其进行加速溶剂萃取,取10 mL上清液,氮气吹干后用10 mL初始流动相(甲醇-水,7∶3, v/v)定容。采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)进行分离,柱温30 ℃,进样量5 μL,以乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)在210~400 nm范围内扫描,230、250、280、330 nm监测,外标法定量。8种目标物在0.2~10 μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R 2)>0.999。空白聚乙烯样品添加含量为0.05%时,加标回收率在83.8%~103.4%之间,RSD在0.14%~7.86%之间。对于含量为0.2%~0.9%之间的质控样品,8种目标物的平均回收率在63.5%~118.5%之间,RSD在4.61%~15.6%之间。8种目标物的定量限为0.02%。应用该方法测定10份市售聚乙烯食品包装袋和手套,其中6份样品均检测出含有亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁苯基)酯(抗氧剂168),含量为0.02%~0.07%,均小于GB 9685-2016规定的聚乙烯类食品接触材料中抗氧剂168的最大使用量(0.2%)。该方法能够满足聚乙烯类产品中8种添加剂的分析要求,可用于食品接触材料风险监测。 相似文献

The era of information explosion is coming and information need to be continuously stored and randomly accessed over long-term periods, which constitute an insurmountable challenge for existing data centers. At present, computing devices use the von Neumann architecture with separate computing and memory units, which exposes the shortcomings of “memory bottleneck”. Nonvolatile memristor can realize data storage and in-memory computing at the same time and promises to overcome this bottleneck. Phase-change random access memory (PCRAM) is called one of the best solutions for next generation non-volatile memory. Due to its high speed, good data retention, high density, low power consumption, PCRAM has the broad commercial prospects in the in-memory computing application. In this review, the research progress of phase-change materials and device structures for PCRAM, as well as the most critical performances for a universal memory, such as speed, capacity, and power consumption, are reviewed. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of phase-change optical disk and PCRAM, a new concept of optoelectronic hybrid storage based on phase-change material is proposed. 建立了茶叶中290种农药的多残留分析方法。前处理采用改进的QuEChERS方法,样品经乙腈提取,氯化钠和无水硫酸镁盐析后,经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、石墨化炭黑和无水硫酸镁混合型固相分散净化,提取液过滤膜后经Thermo Accucore aQ色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6μm)进行高效液相色谱分离,以电喷雾电离串联质谱多反应监测模式(MRM)进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:290种农药在1.0~200μg.L-1范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。3个添加水平(MRL、2MRL、4MRL)下,290种农药的加标回收率为67%~119%;定量下限(LOQ,S/N≥10)均小于10.0μg.kg-1,低于各国规定的限量要求。该方法样品前处理简单、分析时间短、灵敏、可靠,适用于茶叶中多种农药残留的检测。 相似文献

We discuss several kinds of code schemes and analyze their spectral efficiency, code utilizing efficiency, and the maximal spectral efficiency. Error correction coding is used to increase the spectral efficiency, and it can avoid the spectral decrease with the increase of the length. The extended primer code (EPC) has the highest spectral efficiency in the unipolar code system. The bipolar code system has larger spectral efficiency than unipolar code system, but has lower code utilizing efficiency and the maximal spectral efficiency. From the numerical results, we can see that the spectral efficiency increases by 0.025 (b/s)/Hz when the bit error rate (BER) increases from 10^-9 to 10^-7. 相似文献

A thin TiO2 layer inserted in a phase change memory (PCM) cell to form a deep sub-micro bottom electrode (DBE) is proposed and its electro-thermal characteristics are investigated with the three-dimensional finite element analysis. Compared with the conventional PCM cell with a SiN stop layer, the reset threshold current of the PCM cell with the TiO2 layer is reduced from 1.8 mA to 1.2 mA and the ratio of the amorphous resistance and crystalline resistive increases from 65 to 100. The optimum thickness of the TiO2 layer and the optimum height of DBE are 10nm and 200nm, respectively. Therefore, the PCM cell with the TiO2 layer can decrease the programming power consumption and increase heating efficiency. The TiO2 film is a better candidate for the SiN film in the PCM cell structure to prepare DBE and to reduce programming power in the reset operation. 相似文献

We propose and investigate the use of a Kramers–Kronig(KK) receiver in a single sideband orthogonal frequency division multiplexing radio over fiber(SSB-OFDM-RoF) link based on an optical remote heterodyne solution. This scheme is effective in eliminating the signal-to-signal beating interference introduced by square-law detection of a photo-detector in an SSB-OFDM-RoF link. We extensively study the influences of different carrier-to-signal power ratios(CSPRs), laser linewidths, and transmission distances on our proposed scheme. It is proved that the KK-based receiver can reduce optimal CSPR by more than 5 dB and provide about 1.1 dB gain over the conventional mixer-based receiver scheme with CSPR of 11 dB after 75 km fiber transmission. 相似文献
