采用FIA技术,以光度比色法为基础,建立了工业废水中微量Cu^2+和CN^-的顺序自动分析方法和装置。其对二种离子的测定频率为60样/h,相对标准偏差<1.0%,工作曲线的r值≥0.999,各项分析技术指标均优于手工法操作。  相似文献

Four copper(I) cyanide coordination polymers containing 2-(n-pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands, namely [Cu2(CN)(2-PyBIm)]n (1), [Cu2(CN)2(3-PyHBIm)]n (2), {[Cu3(CN)3(4-PyHBIm)4] · 2H2O}n (3) and [Cu5(CN)3(4-PyBIm)2]n (4), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 is a one-dimension coordination polymer in which 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole is deprotonated and adopts a bridging tridentate coordination mode. Complex 2 has ladder-like structure in which 2-(3-pyridyl)benzimidazole does not deprotonate and acts as a bidentate bridge. Complex 3 displays a saddle-shaped helical chain constructed through μ2-cyanide group and the outstretched neutral 2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole monodentate ligand. Complex 4 shows two-dimension layer polymeric structure in which deprotonated 2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole acts as a tridentate bridging ligand. The cyanide groups in four complexes all act as bidentate bridging ligands. These complexes are thermal stable and display luminescence in the solid states.  相似文献

The reaction of the tetranuclear cyanide aquo complex [{Pt(CN)4Cu(bipy)(H2O)}2]· 2H2O with aqueous ammonia produces the new tetranuclear ammino-containing product [{Pt(CN)4Cu(bipy)(NH3)}2] (1), with terminal cyanide groups and with NH3 coordinated to the Cu atom. The distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination about copper in 1 differs from the square-pyramidal coordination present in the starting material. The bipyridine ligand in 1 is nearly perpendicular to the tetranuclear core of the molecule, as opposed to its coplanar disposition in the aquo complex. The two platinum atoms of the tetranuclear core in 1 form Pt···Pt interactions of 3. 2390(8) Å with platinum atoms of neighboring molecules, producing an echelon-shaped supramolecular chain held together by staggered (CN)4Pt···Pt(CN)4 linkages, an aggregate structure which does not have a precedent in chemistry derived from the Pt(CN)4 building block.  相似文献

Hydrogen cyanide can be produced by the pyrolysis of man-made polymers. Cyanide has been measured in the blood of healthy adults as well as the blood of fire survivors and fatalities. In healthy subjects the blood cyanide concentration of smokers is higher than that of non-smokers. Fire survivors and fatalities have been found to have higher cyanide levels than of control groups and the levels from fire fatalities are often higher than survivors. Blood concentrations quoted as normal, toxic or fatal are highly variable in the literature. Many studies have been performed to measure the blood cyanide levels in control subjects as well as those who have been exposed to fire but the values found differ. The values for control subjects can vary from none detected to 19 μmol dm−3 while those for fire survivors range from not detected to 150 μmol dm−3 and fatalities range from not detected to 284 μmol dm−3. Analytical techniques and published data are critically reviewed.Many of the existing antidotes for cyanide poisoning are highly toxic themselves and should ideally be administered at doses proportional to the amount of cyanide a patient has received to avoid compounding damage done by cyanide intoxication. For this reason, a rapid, accurate bedside assay of blood cyanide concentration that differentiates between bound and free cyanide would represent a leap forward in the clinical management of cyanide poisoning.  相似文献

Cyanide‐bridged metal complexes of [Fe8M6(μ‐CN)14(CN)10 (tp)8(HL)10(CH3CN)2][PF6]4?n CH3CN?m H2O (HL=3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐5‐[4‐(diphenylamino)phenyl]‐1H‐pyrazole), tp?=hydrotris(pyrazolylborate), 1 : M=Ni with n=11 and m=7, and 2 : M=Co with n=14 and m=5) were prepared. Complexes 1 and 2 are isomorphous, and crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n. They have tetradecanuclear cores composed of eight low‐spin (LS) FeIII and six high‐spin (HS) MII ions (M=Ni and Co), all of which are bridged by cyanide ions, to form a crown‐like core structure. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed that intramolecular ferro‐ and antiferromagnetic interactions are operative in 1 and in a fresh sample of 2 , respectively. Ac magnetic susceptibility measurements of 1 showed frequency‐dependent in‐ and out‐of‐phase signals, characteristic of single‐molecule magnetism (SMM), while desolvated samples of 2 showed thermal‐ and photoinduced intramolecular electron‐transfer‐coupled spin transition (ETCST) between the [(LS‐FeII)3(LS‐FeIII)5(HS‐CoII)3(LS‐CoIII)3] and the [(LS‐FeIII)8(HS‐CoII)6] states.  相似文献

The reactions of the rhenium chalcocyanide cluster salts K4[Re4Q4(CN)12]·6H2O (Q = S or Se) with Cu2+ cations coordinated by the bidentate ligand 2,2′-bipyridyl (bipy) produced two new cluster compounds, [Cu(NH3)(bipy)2]2[Re4S4(CN)12]·bipy·3.25H2O (1) and [{Cu(bipy)2}2Re4Se4(CN)12]·bipy·8.5H2O (2). The structures of these complexes were solved by X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is ionic. Compound 2 is molecular. In the structures of both compounds, there are staking interactions between the {Cu(bipy)2}2+ cationic moieties and the solvate 2,2′-bipyridyl molecules. Two novel organotin supramolecular coordination polymers (SCP), namely, 3[Me3SnCu(CN)2·(EN)2], 1 and 3[Ph3SnCu(CN)2·(3-mpy)2], 2 are obtained by the reactions of K3[Cu(CN)4], ethyl nicotinate (EN) or 3-methylpyridine (3-mpy) and Me3SnCl or Ph3SnCl in H2O/acetonitrile solution at room temperature. 2D-layers are constructed via H-bonds between the parallel 1D-puckered chains which contain nanometer-sized [-CN(R3Sn)NC-] spacers connecting the tetrahedral (T-4) copper sites. The network structures of 1 and 2 consist of infinite layers connected by interlayer H-bonds forming 3D-framworks. 2 is the first compound in this family containing the Ph3Sn cation. The electronic absorption spectra of 1 and 2 reveal a broad band at 320 nm due to CT transition while the emission spectra exhibit high energy bands at 400-460 nm due to metal-centered (MC) transitions and low energy bands at 485-530 nm corresponding to MLCT. The 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine the in vitro antitumor effects of the SCP 1 and 2 on human breast cancer cell line, ZR-75-1. Cell cycle analysis revealed that the SCP 1 and 2 induced apoptosis in ZR-75-1 breast cancer cell line through activating caspase-3. Moreover, in vivo model, the compound SCP 2 suppressed tumor growth developed mammary carcinoma by 52.3%. Taken together, our novel compounds selectivity exhibit specific in vivo and in vitro antitumor effects.  相似文献

 研究了来源于杏仁的(R)-醇腈酶在有机溶剂异丙醚中催化苯甲醛与HCN不对称合成(R)-苯乙醇腈,初步探讨了来源于不同杏仁的(R)-醇腈酶的筛选、最适酶量的确定以及底物HCN与苯甲醛的配比、底物浓度、酶的微环境pH和反应温度对不对称合成反应的影响.结果发现,来源于苦杏仁的(R)-醇腈酶优于来源于甜杏仁的(R)-醇腈酶.优化的反应条件为:最适酶量150g/L,HCN与苯甲醛的配比2.5,苯甲醛浓度300mmol/L,酶的微环境pH5.4,反应温度0~5℃.在该优化反应条件下,反应平衡转化率和产物的光学纯度均高达99%以上.  相似文献
