微生物燃料电池(MFC)阴极电子受体的多样性可实现其阴极脱氮,从而将产生的电能合理利用,因此阴极脱氮成为了MFC的一个研究方向,同时也为实际废水中氮素的去除提供了新的可能。然而在反应过程中有众多因素会导致NOx-N与其他电子受体竞争阳极电子的现象,影响阴极反硝化过程对于电子的利用率,从而造成脱氮效率低等现实问题。目前已有许多研究通过优化MFC自身结构弥补产电的缺陷,及将与其他工艺系统耦合实现同步硝化反硝化等方法,取长补短以增加脱氮效率,降低对碳源的需求,以此解决微生物燃料电池阴极脱氮出现的问题。本文从MFC不同的脱氮历程、MFC工艺条件(pH、C/N、DO)、极室分隔材料等影响MFC阴极脱氮的因素及影响其阴极反硝化微生物群落构成等方面,进行了综述并预测未来研究方向。 相似文献

ABSTRACTInteractions of cycloheptatriene derivatives, C7H6X, (X?=?NH, PH, AsH, O, S, Se) with the cations H+, CH3+, Cu+, Al+, Li+, Na+, and K+ are studied using B3LYP functional and 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The calculated gas-phase cation affinities (CA) and cation basicities (CB) for all molecules decrease as H+ > CH3+ > Cu+ > Al+ > Li+ > Na+ > K+. We used the induced aromaticity in the 7-membered ring of C7H6X upon interaction with the cations, M+, as a measure of C7H6X/M+ interaction. Nucleus-independent chemical shift (NICS) and harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity (HOMA) were used as two indices of aromaticity. The highest and lowest induced aromaticities were observed for interactions of H+ and K+, respectively. Also, the aromaticity induced by interaction with a cation in C7H6AsH and C7H6PH was larger than that in C7H6NH and C7H6O. Hence, the aromaticity was considered as a measure of covalency for the C7H6X/M+ interactions showing a rational dependence on both the molecule and cation. The nature of the interactions was also assessed using electron density, charge distribution analysis and NBO calculations. MoS2 is a promising candidate for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), while its active sites are mainly distributed on the edge sites rather than the basal plane sites. Herein, a strategy to overcome the inertness of the MoS2 basal surface and achieve high HER activity by combining single-boron catalyst and compressive strain was reported through density functional theory (DFT) computations. The ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulation on B@MoS2 suggests high thermodynamic and kinetic stability. We found that the rather strong adsorption of hydrogen by B@MoS2 can be alleviated by stress engineering. The optimal stress of −7% can achieve a nearly zero value of ΔGH (~ −0.084 eV), which is close to that of the ideal Pt–SACs for HER. The novel HER activity is attributed to (i) the B– doping brings the active site to the basal plane of MoS2 and reduces the band-gap, thereby increasing the conductivity; (ii) the compressive stress regulates the number of charge transfer between (H)–(B)–(MoS2), weakening the adsorption energy of hydrogen on B@MoS2. Moreover, we constructed a SiN/B@MoS2 heterojunction, which introduces an 8.6% compressive stress for B@MoS2 and yields an ideal ΔGH. 采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,对未掺杂及Ce掺杂CrSi2的电子结构和光学性质进行理论计算。计算结果表明,未掺杂CrSi2是间接带隙半导体,其禁带宽度为0.392 eV,掺杂Ce元素,仍然是间接半导体,带隙宽度下降为0.031eV。未掺杂CrSi2在费米能级附近主要由Cr-5d、Si-3p态贡献。Ce掺杂后在费米能级附近主要由Cr-5d轨道,Ce-4f轨道,C-2p,Si-3p轨道贡献,掺杂后电导率提高。未掺杂CrSi2有两个介电峰,掺杂后,只有一个介电峰。未掺杂CrSi2,在能量为6.008处吸收系数达到最大值,掺杂后在能量为5.009eV处,吸收系数达到最大值。 相似文献

Excessive amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS), unless counterbalanced by antioxidants, can cause cellular damage under oxidative stress conditions; therefore, antioxidative defenses against ROS must be measured. With the development of nanotechnology, nanoparticles have found numerous applications in science, health, and industries. Magnetite nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 :MNPs) have attracted attention because of their peroxidase-like activity. In this study, hydroxyl radicals (•OH) generated by MNPs-catalyzed degradation of H 2 O 2 converted the N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DMPD) probe into its colored DMPD•+ radical cation, which gave an absorbance maximum at λ = 553 nm. In the presence of antioxidants, •OH was partly scavenged by antioxidants and produced less DMPD• + , causing a decrease in the 553 nm-absorbance. Antioxidant concentrations were calculated with the aid of absorbance differences between the reference and sample solutions. The linear working ranges and trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity coefficients of different classes of antioxidants were determined by applying the developed method. In addition, binary and ternary mixtures of antioxidants were tested to observe the additivity of absorbances of mixture constituents. The method was applied to real samples such as orange juice and green tea. Student t-test, F tests, and the Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient were used for statistical comparisons. 相似文献

Technical advances in the development of field-deployable capillary and microchip electrophoretic instruments and reports of their deployment between 2013 and 2017 were reviewed. Strategies and considerations in the design of the injection, separation and detection hardware, chemistry and associated infrastructure were discussed from an in-field perspective, with portability, robustness and automation/“ease of use” featuring as key requirements. Integration of functionality is important for adequate in-field performance. Progress was made towards the use of multiple channel devices for increased throughput and/or resolving power, mixing devices for on-line/in-line sample derivatization, battery operation and temperature control. The strengths and weaknesses of the various approaches described in the literature are discussed from the perspective of in-field operation. A redox-relay migratory hydroarylation of isomeric mixtures of olefins with arylboronic acids catalyzed by nickel complexes bearing diamine ligands is described. A range of structurally diverse 1,1-diarylalkanes, including those containing a 1,1-diarylated quaternary carbon, were obtained in excellent yields and with high regioselectivity. Preliminary experimental evidence supports the proposed non-dissociated chainwalking of aryl-nickel(II)-hydride species along the alkyl chain of alkenes before selective reductive elimination at a benzylic position. A catalyst loading as low as 0.5 mol % proved to be sufficient in large-scale synthesis while retaining high reactivity, highlighting the practical value of this transformation. 相似文献

Mono-N-protected amino acids (MPAAs) are increasingly common ligands in Pd-catalyzed C−H functionalization reactions. Previous studies have shown how these ligands accelerate catalytic turnover by facilitating the C−H activation step. Here, it is shown that MPAA ligands exhibit a second property commonly associated with ligand-accelerated catalysis: the ability to support catalytic turnover at substoichiometric ligand-to-metal ratios. This catalytic role of the MPAA ligand is characterized in stoichiometric C−H activation and catalytic C−H functionalization reactions. Palladacycle formation with substrates bearing carboxylate and pyridine directing groups exhibit a 50–100-fold increase in rate when only 0.05 equivalents of MPAA are present relative to PdII. These and other mechanistic data indicate that facile exchange between MPAAs and anionic ligands coordinated to PdII enables a single MPAA to support C−H activation at multiple PdII centers. 相似文献
