提出了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定柑橘中虫酰肼残留量的方法。样品用1%(体积分数,下同)乙酸-乙腈溶液先后提取2次,提取液定容为25mL。分取8.0mL经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和十八烷基硅烷(ODS)键合相净化,取所得净化液5.00mL,在60℃氮气吹至近干后供液相色谱-串联质谱分析。0.1%乙酸-乙腈溶液定容至1mL。以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱为分离柱,以不同体积比混合的0.1%乙酸溶液和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾正离子源模式多反应监测检测。方法的测定下限(10S/N)为0.005mg.kg-1。以空白柑橘样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在77.1%~90.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于13%。 相似文献

为了探究钢筋混凝土桥梁抗力退化对桥梁可靠性能的影响,综合考虑一般大气环境下混凝土强度、钢筋强度、混凝土与钢筋黏结性能的降低,建立普通钢筋混凝土桥梁的抗力退化时变模型,分析规范车辆荷载作用的桥梁时变可靠度。研究结果表明,(1)一般大气环境下,桥梁抗力随着服役时间的增加而减小,其中钢筋强度退化对桥梁抗力的影响最大,其次是钢筋与混凝土黏结性能降低,而混凝土强度退化对桥梁抗力的影响相对较小; (2)桥梁可靠指标随着服役时间的增加而减小,密集行车占比越大,桥梁承载能力失效的概率就越大;非平稳车载作用下的桥梁可靠指标小于平稳车载,桥梁需要维修补强的时间比平稳车载提前; (3)多梁式简支梁桥在建造时应该提高边梁的安全储备,在管养时可以采取限载措施进行干预。 相似文献

In this paper, we mainly study a numerical differentiation problem which aims to approximate the second order derivative of a single variable function from its noise data. By transforming the problem into a combination of direct and inverse problems of partial differential equations (heat conduction equations), a new method that we call the PDEs-based numerical differentiation method is proposed. By means of the finite element method and the Tikhonov regularization, implementations of the proposed PDEs-based method are presented with a posterior strategy for choosing regularization parameters. We propose a method for generating finite-difference approximations of transparent boundary conditions (TBCs) with the fourth and sixth order in space. It is based on the wave equation solution continuation extra two or three layers of grid points outside the computational domain to use them in central-difference operators on approaching the boundary. Nanoparticles of ZnS:Fe (0, 1, 3, and 5 at%) were synthesized by a refluxing route at 80 °C. All the samples exhibited cubic structure as revealed by X-ray powder diffraction studies. Blue emission of undoped samples was totally quenched by Fe doping. Magnetic measurements showed that the undoped ZnS was diamagnetic whereas all the doped samples were paramagnetic at room temperature. EPR signal characteristic of Fe3+ was observed in all the doped samples at room temperature. The paramagnetism of the present samples is attributed to the presence of uncoupled Fe3+ ions mediated by cation vacancies. 相似文献
