Critical Point Theorems and Applications to Differential Equations

This paper contains a generalization of the well-known Palais-Smale and Cerami compactness conditions. The compactness condition introduced is used to prove some general existence theorems for critical points. Some applications are given to differential equations.     

Nano-tribological study on a super-hydrophobic film formed on rough aluminium substrates

A novel super-hydrophobic stearic acid (STA) film with a water contact angle of 166^o was prepared by chemical adsorption on aluminum wafer coated with polyethyleneimine (PEI) film. The micro-tribological behavior of the super-hydrophobic STA monolayer was compared with that of the polished and PEI-coated Al surfaces. The effect of relative humidity on the adhesion and friction was investigated as well. It was found that the STA monolayer showed decreased friction, while the adhesive force was greatly decreased by increasing the surface roughness of the Al wafer to reduce the contact area between the atomic force microscope (AFM) tip and the sample surface to be tested. Thus the friction and adhesion of the Al wafer was effectively decreased by generating the STA monolayer, which indicated that it could be feasible and rational to prepare a surface with good adhesion resistance and lubricity by properly controlling the surface morphology and the chemical composition. Both the adhesion and friction decreased as the relative humidity was lowered from 65% to 10%, though the decrease extent became insignificant for the STA monolayer. 密封容器中后处理制备Tl2Ba2CaCu2Oy高温超导薄膜及其性能研究

以铝酸镧（001）单晶为基片，采用两步法制备Tl2Ba2CaCu2Oy（Tl 2212）高 温超导薄膜.首先，利用脉冲激光沉积（PLD）工艺沉积Ba2CaCu2Ox非晶前驱体薄膜；然后，前驱体薄膜在高温（720—850℃）下密封钢容器里铊化结晶形成Tl 2212薄膜.XRD结果表明Tl2212 薄膜是沿c轴方向生长的，其相组成为Tl 2212，摇摆曲线（0012）的半高宽为0.72° ，SEM图像显示其表面光滑平整，其零电阻温度为106.2K. 关键词： Tl 2212超导薄膜 脉冲激光沉积     

光子晶体反常色散超窄带滤波理论

讨论了利用由反常色散材料构成的二维（2D）光子晶体(PCs)实现超窄带滤波（PCADOF）的原理，并对铯原子蒸气6P3/2←6S1/2谱线的反常色散曲线进行了研究，讨论利用此反常色散曲线通过2D PCs实现超窄带滤波的方法和特点，研究发现这种滤光器的带宽可达到0.002nm，这将为设计一种全新的滤波器提供指导. 关键词： 反常色散 光子晶体 超窄带滤波     

Kirchhoff方程的相对常值特解及其Lyapunov稳定性

对于超细长弹性杆静力学的Kirchhoff方程，用动力学的概念和方法研究其常值特解 和稳定性问题.计算了Kirchhoff方程相对固定坐标系、截面主轴坐标系以及中心线Frenet 坐标系的常值特解，进行了Kirchhoff动力学比拟，用一次近似理论分别讨论了它们的Lyapu nov稳定性，导出了若干稳定性判据，并在参数平面上绘出了稳定域. 关键词： 超细长弹性杆 Kirchhoff方程 常值特解 Lyapunov稳定性     

非饱和土本构关系的混合物理论(Ⅱ)--线性本构方程和场方程

通过对非饱和土非线性本构方程和场方程的线性化，推导出了非饱和土的线性本构方程和场方程，把线性方程表示为与Biot饱和多孔介质方程相似的形式；证明了Darcy定律对非饱和土的适用性；说明了Biot饱和多孔介质方程是这些线性方程的特征。所有这些都表明用混合理论处理非饱和土本构问题的正确性。     

B(X)上保持算子拟仿射性或值域稠性的线性映射

设X和y是无限维的复Banach空间,φ是从B(X)到B(y)保单位的线性满射.本文证明了φ双边保算子的拟仿射性当且仅当φ为同构或反同构;φ双边保算子的值域稠性当且仅当φ是同构.

从一个对称三对角矩阵的合同变换出发 ,阐述了对称三对角矩阵对应的二次型标准化的一种方法 .     

A Continuation Method of Parameter Inversion for Non-Equilibrium Convection-Dispersion Equation

Based on the homotopy mapping, a globally convergent method of parameter inversion for non-equilibrium convection-dispersion equations （CDEs） is developed. Moreover, in order to further improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm, a properly smooth function, which is derived from the sigmoid function, is employed to update the homotopy parameter during iteration. Numerical results show the feature of global convergence and high performance of this method. In addition, even the measurement quantities are heavily contaminated by noises, and a good solution can be found.     

NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR OPTIMAL CONTROLS OF SEMILINEAR ELLIPTIC VARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES INVOLVING STATE CONSTRAINT

This paper deals with maximum principle for some optimal control problem governed by some elliptic variational inequalities. Some state constraints are discussed. The basic techniques used here are based on those in [1] and a new penalty functional defined in this paper.
