To investigate the anti-obesity effects of escins extracted from the seeds of Aesculus turbinata BLUME, anti-obesity models in vitro and in vivo were employed. In a preliminary experiment, different solvent fractions of Aesculus turbinata BlUME as well as two isolated compounds were tested for their effects on pancreatic lipase (PL) in vitro. Subsequently, female ICR mice were fed a high fat diet with or without different concentrations of total escins for 11 weeks to examine body weight, parametrial adipose tissue weight, and hepatic triacylglycerol (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) contents. Plasma triacylglycerol levels (TG) after oral administration of lipid emulsions to rats were also investigated. The results showed that total escins (1 mg/ml) as well as two compounds isolated from total escins, namely escin Ib and IIa, showed inhibitory effects on PL activity. In vivo, total escins suppressed the increase in body weight, parametrial adipose tissue weight, TG content, and TC content in mice's liver; TG content in rat plasma was also reduced at 1, 2 and 3 h after oral administration of the lipid emulsion plus different concentrations of escins compared to those in the lipid emulsion groups. Meanwhile, mice fed a high fat diet plus 2% total escins for 3 d had an increased TG level in the feces compared to the HF group. The reason for this may be due to a delay in the intestinal absorption of dietary fat by inhibiting PL activity.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenoids named alismorientols A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Alisma orientalis collected in Sichuan province, People's Republic of China. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analyses (1D and 2D NMR data including HSQC, HMBC, COSY, and ROESY) and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) bioassay revealed that compound 1 showed moderate anti-HBV activity in vitro with IC50 for HBsAg: 1.1 microM, for HBeAg: 14.7 microM.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is a low emittance third-generation synchrotron radiation light source. Some optics parameters of the storage ring were measured when commissioning. This report presents the common methods for measuring some optics parameters of the storage ring, including the betatron tune, beta function, chromaticity, natural chromaticity and dispersion. The results and analysis of measurement for the optics parameters are given here, which are indispensable for the orbit correction of the accelerator and the nonlinear optimization.  相似文献

The novel anodic electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behaviors of the CdSe nanoparticles coreacted with tertiary amine were observed. The ECL intensity peak located near +1.2 V, accompanied with a shoulder above +1.5 V. The ECL emission peak estimated at about 580 nm was almost identical with that of the photoluminescence (PL), indicating the passivation of the surfaces of the nanoparticles. The dependence of the ECL on system pH and the concentration of the coreactants were also discussed. The halide ions could quench ECL, with the effective order I? > Br? > Cl?. Based on these results the possible ECL processes were proposed.  相似文献

以泡沫镍(NF)为基底,采用一步水热法制备了主晶相为CoS2、夹杂少量NiO相、具有三维多孔风叶结构的CoS2/NF电极材料。当溶液中钴硫物质的量之比为1∶5时,在140℃下保温18 h,获得了由10 nm厚度的纳米片构成的三维风叶结构的晶态CoS2/NF电催化剂。CoS2/NF在肼氧化及析氢反应中均表现出优异的催化性能,在水合肼碱性介质中,获得-10 mA·cm-2的析氢电流密度时,需要的过电势仅为83 mV,获得50 mA·cm-2的氧化电流密度时,需要的肼氧化电位仅为51 mV(vs RHE);在水合肼辅助电解水双功能电解槽中,获得100 mA·cm-2的电流密度时,需要的分解槽压仅为0.550 V,远低于其在同条件下全水分解的2.075 V,大幅减小了电能消耗,极大地提高了电解水产氢效率。无论在三电极体系还是双电极体系,CoS2/NF均表现出优异的长效稳定性及耐用性。分析认为,电极表面多孔风叶结构的形成,...  相似文献

Wide spectral white light emitting diodes have been designed and grown on a sapphire substrate by using a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition system. Three quantum wells with blue-light-emitting, green-light-emitting and red-light-emitting structures were grown according to the design. The surface morphology of the film was observed by using atomic force microscopy. The films were characterized by their photoluminescence measurements. X-ray diffraction θ/2θ scan spectroscopy was carried out on the multi-quantum wells. The secondary fringes of the symmetric ω/2θ X-ray diffraction scan peaks indicate that the thicknesses and the alloy compositions of the individual quantum wells are repeatable throughout the active region. The room temperature photoluminescence spectra of the structures indicate that the white light emission of the multi-quantum wells is obtained. The light spectrum covers 400-700 nm, which is almost the whole visible light spectrum.  相似文献

采用Gaussian09数据包,以密度泛函理论(B3LYP、B3PW91)和二阶微扰(MP2)方法,分别采用基组6-311+G、6-311++G(2d,2p)、cc-PVNZ(N=T,Q)以及加入弥散函数的高角动量基组aug-ccPVNZ(N=T,Q)等计算了异磺氰酸(HNCS)分子的光谱常数和非谐振力场.结果表明:B3LYP、B3PW91和MP2计算的结果与实验结果都比较接近;当基组由VTZ增大到VQZ或加弥散函数对结果的影响均不明显;其中B3PW91/cc-PVTZ的各项计算结果相对于其他计算结果更接近实验值.通过计算,可以在前人基础上进一步预测HNCS分子其它的光谱常数(如:非谐性常数、科里奥利耦合常数等).  相似文献

采用g-C_3N_4纳米片与聚丙烯腈进行静电复合纺丝,再经预氧化和碳化制得g-C_3N_4/C纳米纤维。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品结构和形貌进行表征,通过紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)分析可见光响应性。研究表明,复合纳米纤维对罗丹明B表现出较好的可见光降解活性,源于无定形相/石墨相混合结构的碳基体能够降低g-C_3N_4的光生电子-空穴对复合的几率。复合纳米纤维膜在光催化降解搅拌条件下始终能保持完整,经过多次回收和光催化实验,对罗丹明B的光降解率依然较高,表现出较优异的循环利用稳定性。  相似文献

在密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-31G**理论水平上,计算含乙酰胺基链苯并菲衍生物分子的电荷传输性质和热力学性质.研究结果显示,该分子的空穴传输性能明显好于电子传输性能.在298.15 K时,该分子的标准摩尔生成焓和生成自由能分别为-2338.79 kJ/mol和-1756.27 kJ/mol。  相似文献
