本文以AISI316L不锈钢材料为例介绍了高温低周应变控制热机械疲劳(ThermomechanicalFatigue)试验,温度循环和机械应变循环为相同频率,它们间的相位关系分为同相位和反相位两种.温度循环范围选为250~500℃和250~650℃两种.通过计算机自动控制的实验系统所得到的试验数据,探讨了热机械疲劳应力-应变响应,裂纹萌发和扩展的性质,材料微观损伤分析和温度范围变化对疲劳性能和寿命的影响.对疲劳试验过程中循环回滞曲线的分析,给出了材料硬化阶段和循环稳定阶段的特性. 相似文献

A pressure balance model for a circulating fluidized bed unit that incorporates a downer has been proposed. The model predictions were validated with the experimental data obtained from a special cold-model circulating fluidized bed. Comparison of the operation stability between a CFB downer and a CFB riser has been carried out. Only one critical gas velocity exists in the CFB-riser for a given riser solids flux, while there can be many critical gas velocities for the operation of a CFB downer. 以离心压缩机叶轮为例,建立三维有限元模型,采用循环对称CN群算法计算了它的动力特性,详细讨论离心力作用下叶轮的应力状态,分析与轴连接的不同方式对叶轮应力的影响。应用循环对称算法能大大减少建模与计算的工作量,有很好的实用价值。计算结果表明,离心压缩机叶轮在旋转中,叶轮外缘应力比较高,轮盖上的应力较轮盘上的应力大,叶片根部容易产生应力集中,应采用适当的园角避免应力集中,过盈配合的叶轮内孔处应力比较大,需要确定合理的过盈量,既要保证叶轮不松动也要保证叶轮内孔处的强度条件。 相似文献

In order to overcome the deficiency in classical method of low order spectral model, a new method for low order spectral model was advanced. Through calculating the multiple correlation coefficients between combinations of different functions and the recorded data under the least square criterion, the truncated functions which can mostly reflect the studied physical phenomenon were objectively distilled from these data. The new method overcomes the deficiency of artificially selecting the truncated functions in the classical low order spectral model. The new method being applied to study the inter-annual variation of summer atmospheric circulation over Northern Hemisphere, the truncated functions were obtained with the atmospheric circulation data of June 1994 and June 1998. The mechanisms for the two-summer atmospheric circulation variations over Northern Hemisphere were obtained with two-layer quasi-geostrophic baroclinic equation. 相似文献

A finite volume method for the time dependent viscous incompressible flow around an in-line oscillating circular cylinder at Reynolds number of 200, 855 is presented in this paper. The Navier-Stokes equations in a finite volume form are solved with a moving grid system, based on a time dependent coordinate transformation. To investigate the vortex-shedding characteristics behind the circular cylinder and the effects of Reynolds number and other non-dimensional parameters such as reduced amplitude and reduced frequency, several numerical schemes have been tested with different amplitude and frequency close to Sto and a harmonic at each Reynolds number. Present numerical results indicate several types of vortex shedding mode which is known mainly depending on the reduced frequency and also the reduced amplitude, which is called synchronization or lock-on. 相似文献

Modeling the interaction of solitary waves and semi-circular breakwaters by using unsteady reynolds equations 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A vertical 2 -D numerical wave model was developed based on unsteady Reynolds equations. In this model, the k-epsilon models were used to close the Reynolds equations, and volume of fluid( VOF) method was used to reconstruct the free surface. The model was verified by experimental data. Then the model was used to simulate solitary wave interaction with submerged, alternative submerged and emerged semi-circular breakwaters. The process of velocity field, pressure field and the wave surface near the breakwaters was obtained. It is found that when the semi-circular breakwater is submerged, a large vortex will be generated at the bottom of the lee side wall of the breakwater ; when the still water depth is equal to the radius of the semi-circular breakwater, a pair of large vortices will be generated near the shoreward wall of the semi-circular breakwater due to wave impacting, but the velocity near the bottom of the lee side wall of the breakwater is always relatively small. When the semi-circular breakwater is emerged, and solitary wave cannot overtop it, the solitary wave surface will run up and down secondarily during reflecting from the breakwater. It can be further used to estate the diffusing and transportation of the contamination and transportation of suspended sediment. 相似文献
