本引进了平移下半连续对应,将定理Ａ由下半连续实值函数的情形推广 移下半连续对应的情形,并在序空间中证明了一个序不等式。     

Resistive Switching Behavior in Amorphous Aluminum Oxide Film Grown by Chemical Vapor Deposition

The repeatable bipolar resistive switching phenomenon is observed in amorphous Al2O3 prepared by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition on ITO glass, with ITO as the bottom electrode and Ag as the top electrode. The crystal structure, morphology, composition and optical properties of Al2O3 thin films are investigated by x-ray diffraction, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy and ultraviolet-visible-infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The electronic character of Ag/Al2O3/ITO structure is tested by an Agilent B1500A. The device shows a typical bipolar resistive switching behavior under the dc voltage sweep mode at room temperature. The variation ratio between HRS and LRS is larger than nearly three orders of magnitude, which indicates the good potential of this structure in future resistive random access memory （ReRAM） applications. Based on the conductive filament model, the high electric field is considered the main reason for the resistive switching according to our measurements.

自从Ｌｅｈｔｏ Ｏ．［１］提出例外集的概念后,这方面已有不少工作,但这些工作基本上是局限于整函数来做的,主要原因是极点给证明带来很大困难．本文证明了任一个满足δ（∞,ｆ）＞３／４的超越亚纯函数ｆ（ｚ）,ｆｋＱ［ｆ］在任一不含ｆ和Ｑ［ｆ］极点的可数个圆盘并集之外取任何非零复数无穷次,其中ｋ≥１５／８＋１／２ГＱ,ГＱ是ｆ的微分多项式 Ｑ［ｆ］的权．本文的结果推广了 Ｈａｘｍａｎ等人的结论．     

公共不动点定理

本文在Ｈａｕｓｄｏｒｆｆ一致度量空间上首先定义了偏序 ,再利用Ｋｎａｓｔｅｒ－Ｔａｒｓｋｉ原理建立了广义压缩映射的公共不动点定理．     

服从跳-扩散过程的几种资产的最大值的期权定价

本文利用了关于 Black- scholes方程的直观解释 ,以及采用了 Margrabe在推导交换期权定价公式时的手段 ,研究了 Merton跳 -扩散过程期权定价的一个特殊情况 ,并得到服从跳 -扩散过程的几种资产最大值的欧式看涨期权定价公式     

First fundamental problems of anisotropic elastic plane weakened by periodic collinear cracks

Using the method of complex functions, we discuss the first fundamental problems of an anisotropic infinite elastic plane weakened by periodic collinear cracks and with periodic boundary loads on both sides of the cracks. This problem was considered by Cai [Engineering Fracture Mechanics 46（1）, 133-142 （1993）]. However, the previous method is imperfect. Therefore, the results are incorrect. Here, we revise the method and give a correct solution.
