Effect of Torsion on Cisplatin-Induced DNA Condensation

We investigate the effect of torsion on DNA condensation with the covalently closed circular DNA as the torsionconstrained system, using an atomic force microscope. It is found that there are two stages in the DNA condensation process under torsional constraint. At the early stage, the low torsion will accelerate DNA condensation by promoting the formation of micro-loops or intersection structures; while at the later stage, the increasing torsion will slow it down by preventing the crosslinking of cisplatin and DNA since the DNA molecule becomes more rigid. Our results show the important role of torsion in DNA condensation and sheds new light on the mechanism for DNA condensation.     

紫外光和可见光对Fe3O4掺杂的TiO2催化降解有机物的影响

基于TiO2光催化剂的催化机理尚不明确, 因此发展一种具有不同波段的光催化材料对光催化机理的研究至关重要. 本文采用溶胶-凝胶方法合成了一个Fe3O4掺杂的金红石型TiO2复合物, 通过红外、粉末衍射以及扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征. 紫外-可见吸收光谱表明, 无论在可见光或者是紫外光的照射下, 它都表现出良好的光催化性能, 说明Fe3O4掺杂对改善TiO2的催化性能有一定影响.     

Growth condition optimization and mobility enhancement through inserting AlAs monolayer in the InP-based In_xGa_(1-x)As/In_(0.52)Al_(0.48)As HEMT structures

The structure of In P-based In_xGa_(1-x) As/In0.52Al0.48 As pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor(PHEMT)was optimized in detail.Effects of growth temperature,growth interruption time,Si δ-doping condition,channel thickness and In content,and inserted Al As monolayer(ML) on the two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG) performance were investigated carefully.It was found that the use of the inserted Al As monolayer has an enhancement effect on the mobility due to the reduction of interface roughness and the suppression of Si movement.With optimization of the growth parameters,the structures composed of a 10 nm thick In0.75Ga0.25 As channel layer and a 3 nm thick Al As/In0.52Al0.48 As superlattices spacer layer exhibited electron mobilities as high as 12500 cm~2·V-1·s~(-1)(300 K) and 53500 cm~2·V~(-1_·s~(-1)(77 K) and the corresponding sheet carrier concentrations(Ns) of 2.8×10~(12)cm~(-2)and 2.9×1012cm~(-2),respectively.To the best of the authors' knowledge,this is the highest reported room temperature mobility for In P-based HEMTs with a spacer of 3 nm to date.     

航空机电作动器健康管理验证系统研究

针对健康管理智能算法与推理模型性能的验证与评估需求,设计了一种航空机电作动器健康管理验证系统;通过分析航空机电作动器的故障机理,提出了电机、控制器、齿轮减速器的数学建模方法和对应的主要失效模式的故障注入方法,设计了验证系统硬件平台、基于组件模式的通用软件运行环境及支持实时显示功能的验证与评估模块;仿真结果表明,该平台能够支持各种健康管理算法与系统模型的加载和调用,并能够实现验证与评估信息的在线显示。     

激光雷达信号随机误差的估算

在分析随机误差来源和激光雷达数据特点的基础上,介绍一种新的随机误差计算方法——噪音比例因子方法.该方法用一次测量数据列中远处背景信号算出噪音比例因子,再由噪音比例因子求出任一距离上有用信号的随机误差.用实测的激光雷达信号进行检验,结果表明,这种方法是可靠且可行的.     

基于EM算法和小波多尺度边缘检测的活动轮廓模型初始化

本文研究了活动轮廓模型初始化的问题.利用EM算法和小波多尺度边缘检测的方法,获得了活动轮廓模型的外部能量函数和初始曲线,并对于具体的X射线图像给出了实验结果和该算法的有效性.     

Interactions between DNA and histones－ a dynamic process of nucleosome formation

We have studied the dynamic process of interactions between a DNA chain and a histone octamer by numerical simulations.It is found that DNA indeed may wrap around the histone octamer about two turns as in the actual situations.The simulation shows that the interaction potential between DNA and histone is a key factor for the wrapping of DNA,and the temperature is also an important parameter in the process.

以杯[4]芳烃衍生物+丙烯酰胺作为复合功能单体,将其运用到分子印迹技术中,对海因类化合物R-苄基海因进行选择性识别.研究结果表明,由单一的杯[4]芳烃衍生物或丙烯酰胺作为功能单体的分子印迹聚合物对R-苄基海因的选择性均不高,而由杯[4]芳烃衍生物+丙烯酰胺作为复合功能单体的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子具有较高的特异选择性.
