Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Manganese Coordination Polymer： 2,5-Bis（4-pyridyl）-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene

A new manganese coordination polymer 1, [Mn(H2O)4(L)]n(ClO4)2n·2nH2O·3nL (L = 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Pn with a = 13.9176(8), b = 15.4754(9), c = 15.9670(9) , β = 99.5010(10)o, V = 3391.8(3) 3, Z = 2, C56H68Cl2MnN16O14 , Mr = 1315.10, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, μ = 0.344 mm-1, F(000) = 1374, R = 0.0733 and wR = 0.2035. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The title complex exhibits a novel supramolecular layer architecture sustained by the concurrence of coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interactions.     

抗肿瘤药物仑伐替尼合成研究进展

综述了仑伐替尼及其相关主要中间体的合成方法。首先对仑伐替尼逆合成分析,并着重讨论了喹啉环(原料1)以及终产物仑伐替尼的合成。原料1有四种合成方法,对这四种合成方法进行了详细对比与分析,指出第二种合成方法为最佳合成方法。总结了仑伐替尼最常用的两条合成路线并分析优缺点,第一条路线是汇聚式路线,反应时间短、能耗少、成本低、收率高,相比第二条路线更加适合工业化生产。     

基于微机械加工技术的双腔型生物传感器

利用微机械加工技术研制了具有三维结构的腔型传感器，双腔型工作电极与Ag/Agcl参比电极集成在同一微芯片上。考察了微腔型电极的电化学特性及其对H2O2含量的测定。并以此为基础电极制备了半乳糖、葡萄糖双腔型生物传感器。结果表明，该传感器可同时测定半乳糖、葡萄糖双组分，线性上限分别为4．5mmol/L和4．0mmol/L。而且在测试双组分过程中，没有观察到明显的交叉干扰现象。     

响应面法优化蒙药瞿麦中总生物碱提取工艺研究

研究了响应面法优化蒙药瞿麦总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以总生物碱含量作为评价指标,用Box-Behnken响应面设计考察各因素对其影响,对结果进行二项式拟合及响应曲面分析得到最佳提取工艺。结果表明:蒙药瞿麦中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为超声温度53℃,料液比1∶31 g/mL,超声时间41 min,超声功率140 W。四因素影响顺序为料液比超声温度超声功率超声时间。此方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确可靠,优化后的提取工艺稳定可行,且具有提取率高、提取时间短等优点,对今后的科研工作有一定参考价值。     

ADSORPTION OF 4-METHYLANILINE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY BENZOYL-CONTAINING POLYMERIC ADSORBENTS

New polymeric adsorbents (ZH-02, ZH-03) containing benzoyl group for adsorbing and removing 4-methylaniline from its aqueous solutions were prepared. Studies on the isotherms and the comparison of desorption conditions evidenced through the adsorption of 4-methylaniline in water onto ZH-02 and ZH-03, namely that there are chemisorption‘s transitions at a proper higher temperature. Mini-colunm adsorption studies of 4-methylaniline on XAD-4, ZH-02 and ZH-03 at 288 K show that the breakthrough capacities are 2.39, 2.99 and 3.19 mmol/g and the total capacities are 3.45, 3.92 and 4.35 mmol/g, respectively.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4,4＂-Diamino-N,N＇-diethyl Bisbenzenesulfamide

A new compound of 4,4'-diamino-N,N'-diethyl bisbenzenesulfamide (C18H26N4O4S2,Fw = 426.55) has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.0623(9), b =13.6759(13), c =15.5309(14) (A),β = 100.482(2)°, V= 2101.6(3)(A)3, Dc = 1.348 g/cm3, F(000) = 904,μ = 0.285 mm-1, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0512 and wR = 0.1363 for 3485 observed reflections with I ＞2σ(Ⅰ). The structure of the title compound is pseudo secondary axisymmetric, and the two sulfamide-groups show distorted tetrahedral configurations.     

氯化钪-氯化钠-氯化钾熔盐制备新工艺研究

研究了以Sc2O3为原料，盐酸回流溶解后与NaCl，KCl，NH4Cl溶液混合，经蒸发浓缩、结晶、真空预脱水，再在氩气保护下分段升温脱水、升华除去过量NI-hCl后制备ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐的新工艺。研究表明，添加NH4Cl后加热脱水时，NH4Cl分解产生的HCl气体能抑制ScCl3水合物加热过程中的水解，溶解产生的水不溶性钪，从而有效地防止了Sc2O3等水不溶化合物的生成。制备的ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐脱水完全、水不溶性钪含量很低，能满足熔盐金属热还原法制备金属钪及铝钪中间合金对熔盐原料的要求。

针对当前学生实习面临的困难，以Authorware为开发工具，编制了塑料成型工艺实习CAI课件，整个软件图文并茂，图像，动画，解说，音乐相结合，形象地介绍了塑料各种成型工艺的主要原理，生产设备，工艺流程和相关产品，应用本软件学生可以进行模拟实习，该软件激发了学生学习的兴趣，提高了实习质量。     

密胺-脲甲醛树脂合成工艺放大研究

以密胺－脲甲醛树脂合成的小试工艺条件为依据，完成了放大试验过程的工艺研究。研究结果与小试研究的工艺条件相吻合。
