Para‐hydrogen–induced polarization effects have been observed in the 29Si NMR spectra of trimethylsilyl para‐hydrogenated molecules. The high signal enhancements and the long T1 values observed for the 29Si hyperpolarized resonances point toward the possibility of using 29Si for hyperpolarization applications. A method for the discrimination of multiple compounds and/or complex mixtures of hydroxylic compounds (such as steroids), consisting of the silylization of alcoholic functionalities with an unsaturated silylalkyl moiety and subsequent reaction with para‐H2, is proposed. Reactions of 2‐isopropoxy‐1, 3, 2‐ benzodioxaborole with equivalent amounts of Schiff base ligands having two hydroxyl groups ( 1a–3a ) yield mononuclear derivatives with one residual hydroxy group. The reactions of these mononuclear derivatives with hexamethyldisilazane in a 2:1 ratio yield heterodinuclear derivatives. All these newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by elemental analyses and molecular weight measurements. Tentative structures have been proposed on the basis of IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 11B,29Si)spectral data and Fab‐mass studies. A new variant of SQ–SQ pulse sequence (SQSQh) for relative sign determination and detection of small silicon–carbon couplings over more than one bond is presented. In the SQSQh sequence, proton detection replaces carbon detection used in the original SQ–SQ pulse sequence (SQSQc). The theoretical gain in sensitivity was experimentally tested on two samples (trimethylsiloxyethane, 1, and 1,2,4‐tris(trimethylsiloxy)benzene, 2), the experimentally found gain provided by the SQSQh over the SQSQc method varied between 6 and 8. The method can be applied to linear spin systems, i.e. to systems where the silicon is coupled to the carbon in question and to any hydrogen not necessarily bonded to the carbon. 根据晶场理论,通过对D.Kaczorowski等人测量的磁化率倒数与温度关系曲线的模拟,得到了稀土化合物CeRh3Si2和Ce3Rh3Si2的晶场分裂能和相应波函数.对于CeRh3Si2和Ce3Rh3Si2,它们的第一激发能和总的激发能分别为176K,855K和77.5K,428K.计算表明,Kramers离子Ce3+在晶场效应的作用下,基态简并部分消除得到了三个双重态,模拟得到的化合物的磁化率倒数与温度关系曲线与实验曲线吻合较好.  相似文献

A simple X-ray spectrometer and a PC-Based Data Acquisition System(DAS) have been developed newly in Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics(SINAP),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) for the measurement of the X-ray source generated using laser Compton scattering.The system consists of liquid nitrogen cooled high resolution Si(Li) detector,electronics and a DAQ.The Si(Li) detector was designed and made by Center of Advanced Instruments in SINAP,CAS,it allows us to measure X-rays with the energy up to 60 keV and the energy resolution(FWHM) of 184 eV at 5.9 keV.We measured the system uncertainty was 0.2 eV and time drifting of detector was 0.05% both at 5.9 keV.The DAQ was based on Object-Oriented software LabVIEW 7.1,it has data on-line analysis and original data saved functions.  相似文献

The microstructure of a Fe–Mn–Si–Al twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP) steel exhibiting remarkable work hardening rate under uniaxial tensile deformation was investigated using transmission electron microscopy to uncover the mechanism(s) controlling the nucleation and growth of the mechanically induced twins. The results show that the stair-rod cross-slip deviation mechanism is necessary for the formation of the twins, while large extrinsic stacking faults homogenously distributed within the grains could act as preferential sources for the activation of the deviation process. The influence of such features on the thickness and strength of the twins and the resulting mechanical behaviour is discussed and compared to similar works recently performed on Fe–Mn–C TWIP steels.  相似文献

The directional, averaged, and density-of-states effective masses of holes have been calculated for strained Si/(111)Si1-xGex. The results for the directional effective mass show that the effect of strain makes the constant energy surface of heavy holes more obvious warping than that in relaxed Si. The [111] and [110] directional effective masses of heavy holes decrease significantly under strain. Results of quantum-chemical calculations of MCl4–C6H5COCl (M=Si, Ge, Sn) systems of 1?:?1 composition using RHF/3-21?G* and MP2/3-21?G* levels as well as those of 1?:?2 composition using the RHF/3-21?G* level have been represented. MCl4?←?C6H5COCl complexes of 1?:?1 composition are energetically more advantageous. They are formed in solid state provided that the M···O distance in individual systems is considerably less than the sum of van der Waals radii of M and O and their total energies are appreciably less than the sum of total energies of components. These conditions are realized only for M=Sn. In systems of 1?:?2 compositions, calculated M···O distances are practically equal to the sum of covalent radii of M and O. Nonetheless, complexes with such composition are not formed in solid state. Total energy of the system which is lower than the sum of its components’ energies is not an indispensable condition for complex formation. The 35Cl nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) frequencies and asymmetry parameters of the electric field gradient at the 35Cl nuclei have been evaluated using the results of ab initio calculations.  相似文献

The syntheses and solid-state structures of bis(diazasilaphosphetidines) of the type [Me 2 Si(μ-N t Bu) 2 P] 2 NR, R = Ph, i Pr, t Bu, of the P-chiral analogue [Me 2 Si(μ-N t Bu)(μ-N-2,6- i PrPh)P] 2 (C 2 H 4 ), and of some of their metal complexes are reported. The highly electron-rich, modular bis(phosphines) are easy to synthesize and may have applications in catalysis.  相似文献
