Experimental Creation of Entanglement Using Separable States

We experimentally demonstrate that the entanglement can be created on two distant particles using separable states. We show that two working particles can share some entanglement, while one ancilla particle always remains separable from the two working particles during the experimental evolution of the system. Our experiment can be viewed as a benchmark to illustrate the idea that no prior entanglement is necessary to create entanglement.     

Effects of External Electric Field on Ferroelectric Superlattice with Two Alternating Layers

The effects of the external electric field on the ferroelectric superlattice with two alternating layers have been studied using the transverse Ising model based on the effective-field theory with the differential technique. The hysteresis loops and susceptibility of the system have been given. The stronger the external electric field, the smaller the susceptibility, reflecting that the polarization is weaker.     

Quantum Games of Continuous Distributed Incomplete Information

We study two-player quantum games of incomplete information in which both the sides have partial information.The previous results of Du et al. [Phys. Rev. E 68 (2003) 016124] are incorporated in our more general formalism.Because of different roles played by the total information uncertainty and the information asymmetry, the game exhibits many interesting features.     

达草灭对莱茵衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardtii) 品系遗传后效应的研究

通过将莱菌衣藻（Chlamydomonas reinhardtii）6种达草灭抗性突变株分别与野生型株、丧失合成叶绿素b能力的cbnI-43等基因突变株和精氨酸依赖型突变株杂交对其后代进行四分析与随机分析，发现在Nfr-4-Nfr-7突变株中达草灭抗性状只有单一核基因遗传的性质，而在Nfr-1、Nfr-3～Nfr-7抗性株的抗性性状都是由同一个nfr-1基因（norflurazon resisanse）的突变所决定的，而Nfr-4抗性株的抗性性状是由另一滚突变等位基因nfr-2所决定的。在Nfr-1和Nfr-3抗性株中除了nfr-1基因的突变还有nfr-3基因突变的参与。

在康普顿效应中，散射光子与入射光子的频率不同，但在电子静止的参考系，可以证明光子的频率在碰撞前后相同。

介质靶表面的充电效应对等离子体浸没离子注入过程中鞘层特性的影响

针对等离子体浸没离子注入技术在绝缘体表面制备硅薄膜工艺，采用一维脉冲鞘层模型描述介质靶表面的充电效应对鞘层厚度、注入剂量及靶表面电位等物理量的影响.数值模拟结果表明：随着等离子体密度的增高，表面的充电效应将导致鞘层厚度变薄、表面电位下降以及注入剂量增加，而介质的厚度对鞘层特性的影响则相对较小. 关键词： 等离子体浸没离子注入 脉冲鞘层 绝缘介质 充电效应     

类钙钛矿化合物Ca(Mn2 Cu1)Mn4 O12的磁性与磁电阻效应

利用固相反应法制备了名义成分为Ca(Mn2 Cu1 )Mn4 O1 2 的类钙钛矿锰氧化物 .x射线衍射表明 ,为了获得较为致密的样品和减小杂相含量 ,可以采用高温烧结再在 10 73K长时间空气中退火的制备方法 .样品在低温下同时存在铁磁相和反铁磁相 ,由于反铁磁相的存在导致样品在 4 5K时的磁化强度显著降低 ,并在 8T的高磁场下仍未达到饱和 .样品呈半导体导电性质 ,在 85K和 6T磁场下磁电阻比的最大值可达 - 4 6 % .
