ZrN/TiZrN multilayers are deposited by using the cathodic vacuum arc method with different substrate bias(from 0 to 800 V),using Ti and Zr plasma flows in residual N 2 atmosphere,combined with ion bombardment of sample surfaces.The effect of pulsed bias on the structure and properties of films is investigated.Microstructure of the coating is analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).In addition,nanohardness,Young’s modulus,and scratch tests are performed.The experimental results show that the films exhibit a nanoscale multilayer structure consisting of TiZrN and ZrN phases.Solid solutions are formed for component TiZrN films.The dominant preferred orientation of TiZrN films is(111) and(220).At a pulsed bias of 200 V,the nanohardness and the adhesion strength of the ZrN/TiZrN multilayer reach a maximum of 38 GPa,and 78 N,respectively.The ZrN/TiZrN multilayer demonstrates an enhanced nanohardness compared with binary TiN and ZrN films deposited under equivalent conditions.  相似文献

The reaction mechanisms of carcinogenic methylating agent iodomethane (MeI) with keto and enol tautomers of thymine (K- and E-thymine) were studied by using the B3LYP/6-311+G (d, p) method in water phase. The solvent effects were examined using the polarizable continuum model (PCM). Specifically, PCM single-point calculations at the same level of theory were performed in acetone and CCl4 that represent a range in nonpolarity. The calculated results show that the reaction of K-thymine with MeI is a two-step mechanism, whereas that of E-thymine is a one-step mechanism. Our calculations reveal that K-thymine is appreciably more stable than the enol form in the water phase or in the two solvents. The K- and E-form reaction barriers are 135.6 and 222.1 kJ/mol, respectively in water phase. These findings indicate that the reactions mentioned above could not occur efficiently in biological media in the absence of catalyst. Our conclusions are in agreement with the previous studies on the reactions of guanine with methyl chloride and methyl bromide.  相似文献

利用脉冲高能量密度等离子体法在光学玻璃衬底上、在室温下成功的制备了光滑、致密、均匀的纳米类金刚石膜.工艺研究表明:放电电压和放电距离以及工作气体种类对纳米类金刚石膜的沉积起着关键作用.利用拉曼光谱、扫描电镜以及电子能量损失谱分析薄膜的形态结构表明:薄膜具有典型的类金刚石特征;纳米类金刚石膜的晶粒尺寸小于20nm甚至为非晶态;类金刚石膜中含有一定量的氮原子,随着沉积能量的升高,氮的含量增大.纳米类金刚石膜的薄膜电阻超过109Ω/cm2.对放电溅射过程进行了理论分析,结果与工艺研究的结论吻合.  相似文献

以聚甘露糖醛酸为原料, 采用先磺化、 再硒化的方法合成了硒化聚甘露糖醛酸, 产率为54%, 产物硒含量为437.25 μg/g. 在2.5 μmol/L硒浓度下, 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸促细胞生长能力达到最适范围, 能保护细胞免受过氧化氢损伤, 显著提高阿尔茨海默症(AD)模型细胞N2a-APP695-sw中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性, 降低细胞内活性氧自由基, 增加线粒体膜电位, 抑制细胞色素C的释放, 在促进Bcl-2表达的同时抑制Bax的表达, 从而具有抑制AD细胞凋亡的功能. 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸也能抑制AD病理相关蛋白BACE1和APP的表达. 结果表明, 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸在抗AD方面具有潜在的应用前景.  相似文献

A simple dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) jet array was designed with a liquid electrode and helium gas.The characteristics of the jet array discharge and the preliminary polymerization with acrylic acid(AA) monomer were presented.The plasma reactor can produce a cold jet array with a gas temperature lower than 315 K,using an applied discharge power between 6 W and 30 W(V dis × I dis).A silk fibroin film(SFF) was modified using the jet array and AA monomer,and the treated SFF samples were characterized by atomic force microscopy(AFM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and contact angle(CA).The deposition rate of the poly acrylic acid(PAA) was able to reach 300 nm/min,and the surface roughness and energy increased with the AA flow rate.The FTIR results indicate that the modified SFF had more carboxyl groups(-COOH) than the original SFF.This latter characteristic allowed the modified SFF to immobilize more quantities of antimicrobial peptide(AP,LL-37) which inhibited the Escherichia coli(E.Coli) effectively.  相似文献

A stable and homogeneous well-aligned air microplasma device for application at atmospheric pressure is designed and its electrical and optical characteristics are investigated. Current-voltage measurements and intensified charge coupled device(ICCD) images show that the well-aligned air microplasma device is able to generate a large-area and homogeneous discharge at the applied voltages ranging from 12 kV to 14 kV, with a repetition frequency of 5kHz, which is attributed to the diffusion effect of plasma on dielectric surface. Moreover, this well-aligned microplasma device may result in the uniform and large-area surface modification of heat-sensitive PET polymers without damage, such as optimization in hydrophobicity and biocompatibility. In the biomedical field, the utility of this well-aligned microplasma device is further testified. It proves to be very efficient for the large-area and uniform inactivation of E. coli cells with a density of 103/cm~2 on LB agar plate culture medium, and inactivation efficiency can reach up to 99% for 2-min treatment.  相似文献

We report tumor detection using a photoacoustic technique for the imaging of angiogenesis and monitoring of agent pharmacokinetics on an animal model. We take 532-nm laser pulses to excite photoacoustic signals of blood vessels with acquisition by a broadband hydrophone, and the morphological characteristics of tumor angiogenesis are successfully image depicted. Furthermore, tumor pharmacokinetics is preformed and analyzed with fast multielement photoacoustic imaging of the intravenous-injected indocyanine green (ICG). Photoacoustic signals of ICG are excited with 805 nm laser pulses and recorded by transducer array as a function of time. The difference between the photoacoustic signal from the tumor side and that from the normal side is observed, and the ICG clearance velocity in the tumor area is found to lag behind that in the normal area. Experimental results demonstrate that photoacoustie imaging of morphological parameter and pharmacokinetics with specific agent may provide high sensitive approach for tumor detection and localization.  相似文献

Photoacoustic(PA) microscopy comes with high potential for human skin imaging, since it allows noninvasively high-resolution imaging of the natural hemoglobin at depths of several millimeters. Here, we developed a PA microscopy to achieve high-resolution, high-contrast, and large field of view imaging of skin. A three-dimensional(3D) depth-coding technology was used to encode the depth information in PA images, which is very intuitive for identifying the depth of blood vessels in a two-dimensional image, and the vascular structure can be analyzed at different depths. Imaging results demonstrate that the 3D depth-coded PA microscopy should be translated from the bench to the bedside.  相似文献

<正>Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) coatings are prepared on aluminium with graphite powders added into the electrolyte.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) coupled with an energy dispersive x-ray analysis system(EDX) is used to characterize the surface and the cross-section morphologies of the coatings.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) is used not only to evaluate the corrosion resistance but also to analyse the structure of the coating. Results show that graphite powders are embedded in the PEO coating.The corrosion resistances of both the inner barrier and the outer porous layer are greatly improved,and the EIS could give some valuable detailed information about the coating structure.  相似文献
