Cross-linked chitosan was synthesized with chitosan and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. The adsorption behavior of trace amounts of metal ions on the cross-linked chitosan was systematically examined by packing it in a mini-column, passing a metal solution through it and measuring metal ions in the effluent by ICP-MS. The cross-linked chitosan adsorbed mercury and precious metals (Pd, Pt, and Au) at pH values from acidic to neutral. Especially, mercury in concentrated hydrochloric acids could be adsorbed on cross-linked chitosan quantitatively by an anion-exchange mechanism in the form of a stable chloride complex. This method was applied to the removal of mercury from commercially available hydrochloric acid; more than 97% of mercury was removed, and the residual mercury in the hydrochloric acid (Grade: for trace analysis) was found to be 0.15 ppb. Mercury adsorbed on the cross-linked chitosan could be easily desorbed with an eluent containing I M hydrochloric acid and 0.05 M thiourea. The thus-refreshed cross-linked chitosan could be repeatedly used for the removal of mercury in hydrochloric acid. 相似文献

Spin-coating one polymer solution on another spin-cast polymer film is believed to result in unfavorable interfacial mixing. Here, we show some results to demonstrate that some interesting properties will be obtained in such mixed bilayer films formed by sequential spin-coating. Poly(9-vinylcarbazole) and poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl) were chosen as the first and second polymer layers, respectively. By varying the initial thickness of the first layer, some interesting variations were observed. The spectroscopic features of beta-phase polyfluorene were utilized to reflect the variations at the complicated interface. Morphologies were also presented to illustrate that the variations of spectroscopic features were accompanied with some interesting morphological changes. On the basis of these results, a schematic model was proposed to gain insight into the mixed interface formed by sequential spin-coating. Polymer light-emitting devices based on such films were also investigated. 相似文献

对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉材料在100~500 K温度之间的发光性能进行研究。实验结果表明,材料的荧光及余辉强度在特定温度区间内呈线性变化,在热释峰所在温度范围具有较好的发光性能。其变化规律表明SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉材料内部陷阱中电子的释放包括瞬时释放和延时释放两种类型,其中电子瞬时释放进而跃迁发光是荧光的组成部分,延时释放产生的跃迁则导致余辉发光。陷阱和电子的复合与陷阱中电子释放过程均随温度升高而增强,但温度过高时会发生热猝灭。材料荧光强度与余辉强度在特定温度区间内随温度呈线性变化关系表明其可以作为一种光纤温度传感材料。 相似文献

利用直接竞争免疫原理和巨磁致电阻效应,建立了磁敏生物传感器检测氯霉素的方法。制备氯霉素半抗原芯片,依次加入待测样品、生物素化抗体、链霉亲和素磁颗粒偶联物,使之发生竞争免疫反应,再利用传感器检测芯片上结合的磁颗粒数目。通过对检测条件的优化,建立了氯霉素浓度与磁颗粒数目的标准工作曲线。本方法的检测范围为0.05~100.0μg/L;检出限为50 ng/L;用于牛奶检测,回收率为95.97%~99.36%;批内相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.9%,批间相对标准偏差为1.1%~1.7%;与ELISA方法的一致相关系数达到0.98。本方法可在30 min内快速完成定量检测,为快速多靶标磁敏竞争免疫检测体系的建立提供了可行性。 相似文献
