In this paper, we report a double-receptor sandwich type fluorescence sensing method for the determination of fructose bisphosphates (FBPs) using fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (F-1,6-BP) as a model analyte based on uranyl–salophen complexes. The solid phase receptor is an immobilized uranyl–salophen (IUS) complex which is bound on the surface of glass slides by covalent bonds. The labeled receptor is another uranyl–salophen complex containing a fluorescence group, or uranyl–salophen–fluorescein (USF). In the procedure of determining F-1,6-BP in sample solution, F-1,6-BP is first adsorbed on the surface of the glass slide through the coordination reaction of F-1,6-BP with IUS. It then binds USF through another coordination reaction to form a sandwich-type structure of IUS-F-1,6-BP-USF. The amount of F-1,6-BP is detected by the determination of the fluorescence intensity of IUS-F-1,6-BP-USF bound on the glass slide. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the detection of F-1,6-BP is 0.05–5.0 nmol mL−1 with a detection limit of 0.027 nmol mL−1. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of F-1,6-BP in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) is a cost-effective technique that can be used to prepare ceramic coatings on metals such as Ti, Al, Mg, Nb, etc., and their alloys, but this promising technique cannot be used to modify the surface properties of steels, which are the most widely used materials in engineering. In order to prepare metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on steels, a combined technique of arc spraying and plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was adopted. In this work, metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on steels were obtained using this method. We firstly prepared aluminum coatings on steels by arc spraying, and then obtained the metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on aluminum coatings by PEO. The characteristics of duplex coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion and wear resistance of the ceramic coatings were also studied. The results show that, duplex Al2O3/aluminum coatings have been deposited on steel substrate after the combined treatment. The ceramic coatings are mainly composed of α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3, θ-Al2O3 and some amorphous phase. The duplex coatings show favorable corrosion and wear resistance properties. The investigations indicate that the combination of arc spraying and plasma electrolytic oxidation proves a promising technique for surface modification of steels for protective purposes.  相似文献

The experimental results of the Stark structure of Na in the vicinity of n~*=21-23 with the external electric field from 0 to 380V/cm are reported. The theoretical calculation of the stark levels of Na based on the atomic potential model are in good agreement with experiment. The limiting error between the theory and experiment turns out to be due to experimental uncertainty.  相似文献

Au–Pd core–shell nanocubes and triangular nanoparticles were systematically synthesized from a few Pd layers up to fully grown morphologies by a modified seed-mediated growth method. The shape evolution of Au–Pd core–shell nanoparticles from single crystal and singly twinned seed to final concave nanocube and triangular plates are presented at atomic level by Cs-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). The growth mechanism of both morphologies was studied throughout different sizes. It was found that the concave nanocubes grew from octahedral Au seeds due to fast growth along 〈111〉 directions; while the triangular nanoparticles grew from singly twinned Au seeds, growing twice as fast in 〈110〉 directions along the twin boundary; compared to the 〈111〉 direction perpendicular to the twin boundary. Both the concave nanocubes and triangular nanoparticles presented high index facet (HIF) surfaces that will increase the catalytic activity of different reactions.  相似文献

Buparlisib is a selective phosphoinositide 3 kinase inhibitor currently evaluated in clinical trials. We developed and validated an LC–MS/MS coupled with a one-step protein precipitation extraction method for the quantitation of buparlisib in rat plasma. After protein precipitation with acetonitrile, the plasma sample was analyzed using a Cortecs UPLC C18 column, with acetonitrile–0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase system. Mass spectrometric detection was conducted in positive ionization mode, with target quantitative ion pair of m/z 411.2 → 367.2 for buparlisib. The calibration curve showed good linearity (1.0–3000 ng/ml), with acceptable accuracy (RE ranging from −6.2 to 5.9%) and precision (RSD within 8.2%) values at quality control concentrations. Extraction recovery from plasma was 80.9–88.7% and the matrix effect was negligible (92.6–95.2%). The validated method presented a simple quantification method of buparlisib in detail and utilized it for a pharmacokinetic study at three dose concentrations after oral administration in Wistar rats.  相似文献

Chiral imidodiphosphoric acids were employed as catalysts for the enantioselective α-chlorination of β-keto esters and amides using NCS as the chlorine source, providing a series of optically active products with good to high enantioselectivities (74–95% ee) and excellent yields (92–99%). 酸催化剂在化学反应和化工生产中具有重要的作用.传统无机酸,如H2SO4,H3PO4和对甲苯磺酸等具有较高的催化活性,但是存在污染大、设备腐蚀严重以及催化剂不能重复使用等问题.固体酸具有酸性强、易分离、环境友好以及稳定性和重复使用性好等特点因而近年来越来越引起人们的关注.其中,SO42--MxOy固体超强酸(如SO42--ZrO2,SO42--TiO2和SO42--SnO2等)因具有很好的催化性能而备受关注.相比SO42--MxOy,S2O82--MxOy具有更强的酸性和稳定性而成为研究的重点.如何克服固体超强酸本体的低比表面积和孔容,增加其比表面积和催化活性是固体超强酸研究的热点.超声吸附法可保证所制介孔固体酸活性组分均匀分散,以及大的比表面积和更多的酸性位点.因此采用超声吸附法制备了一种新型介孔固体酸S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15.相比S2O82--Fe2O3本体、B酸和文献报道催化剂,负载30%Fe2O3的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15在环氧苯乙烷甲醇醇解的探针反应中显示出很高的催化活性,反应收率为100%.S2O82--Fe2O3纳米粒子的纳米效应和SBA-15介孔结构的协同作用使S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有高催化活性.相比S2O82--Fe2O3本体,采用超声分散技术制备的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15固体超强酸具有典型的介孔结构、大的比表面和孔容,并且表面富含酸性位点.并且吡啶红外分析S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15表面富含L酸和B酸.环氧苯乙烷甲醇醇解探针反应表明,Fe2O3负载量为30%时,S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15的催化活性最高,优于S2O82--Fe2O3本体和已报道的布朗酸和路易斯酸等催化剂,将醇底物拓展(ROHs,R = C2H5-C4H9),S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15的催化活性也优于S2O82--Fe2O3本体.同时,S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有很好的重复使用性能,连续使用七次,反应收率在84.1%以上.总之,具有高催化活性、好的稳定性和经济性的S2O82--Fe2O3/SBA-15具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献
