改善高功率激光二极管阵列光束质量的一种新方法

根据波导模理论，推导了高功率激光二极管阵列的远场分布，根据其分布特点，设计了一种离轴外腔.运用这种外腔，在工作电流为17A时，光束的束宽积从自由运转时的1100mm·mrad减小到128mm·mrad，二极管阵列的光束质量提高了8.5倍左右，输出功率约为自由运转时的75%.

113-W in-phase mode output from two ytterbium-doped large-core double-cladding fiber lasers

Phase locking for two ytterbium-doped large-core fiber lasers has been demonstrated by using a self- imaging confocal resonator with a spatial filter.Steady high-contrast interference stripes are observed. The visibilities of coherent and incoherent stripes are 59% and 6%,respectively.The measured width of the central strip is in good agreement with the calculated result.For in-phase mode,the output power of the phase-locked fiber laser array is up to 113 W and corresponding slope efficiency is 38.5%.     

双差分测量对流层臭氧的实验研究

 提出了利用266nm,289nm,308nm三波长进行臭氧测量的数值模拟和实际测量实验研究。三波长双差分和双波长差分的模拟实验结果表明,当对流层气溶胶分布相当不均匀,后向散射比梯度较大时,气溶胶对双波长差分测量臭氧影响很大,而对三波长双差分测量臭氧影响较小。     

钇对IMI829钛合金及Ti—14Al—21Nb合金显微组织和性能的影响

采用光学显微镜、扫描电和力学性能测试设备，研究了在ＩＭＩ８２９和Ｔｉ－１４Ａｌ－２１Ｎｂ合金中添加Ｙ，对合金显微组织遥影响。结果表明，在ＩＭＩ８２９和Ｔｉ－１４Ａｌ－２１Ｎｂ合金中添加Ｙ，可以细化这两种合金的组织和晶粒，使ＩＭＩ８２９－０．２Ｙ合金获得良好的室温力学性能和５５０℃蠕变性能，ｗｇｋｑＴｉ－１４Ａｌ－２１Ｎｂ－０．１Ｙ合金的高温力学性能得到改善。     

Continuous-wave and Q-switched performance of an Yb:YAG/YAG composite thin disk ceramic laser pumped with 970-nm laser diode

Using front face-pumped compact active mirror laser （CAMIL） structure, we have demonstrated an Yb：YAG/YAG composite ceramic disk laser with pumping wavelength at 970 nm. The laser has been operated in both continuous-wave （CW） and Q-switching modes. Under CW operation, laser output power of 1.05 W with 2% transmission output coupler was achieved at the wavelength of 1031 nm. Q- switched laser output was gotten by using an acousto-optic Q-switch. The repetition rate ranged from 1 to 30 kHz and the pulse width varied from 166 to 700 ns.     

探测对流层气溶胶的双波长米氏散射激光雷达

研制了一台双波长米氏散射激光雷达,用于532nm和1064nm两个波长对流层气深胶消光系数垂直廓线的长期探测.介绍了该激光雷达的技术参数和总体结构,叙述了各部分的结构和工作原理,给出了合肥地区对流层气溶胶测量的若干典型结果.     

L625激光雷达探测平流层气溶胶

介绍了一台用于探测以层气溶胶的米氏散射激光雷达及其数据处理方法,其探测结果与美国SAGEⅡ卫星的结果基本一致。初步分析了1991年－1998年期间平流层气溶胶消光系数和积分体后向散射系数的变化特征。     

Effects of prism beam expander and slits on excimer laser linewidth narrowing module

Theoretical simulation and experiments based on a prism beam expander and an echelle grating are conducted to study the dependence of linewidth and pulse energy on incidence angle and slit width. With a larger prism incident angle or narrower slit width, the linewidth becomes narrower while the laser pulse energy becomes lower. However, the pulse energy can be improved by optimally designing the prism beam expander. In addition, a subpicometer linewidth ArF laser is obtained with a double-prism beam expander and an echelle grating.
