113-W in-phase mode output from two ytterbium-doped large-core double-cladding fiber lasers 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
Phase locking for two ytterbium-doped large-core fiber lasers has been demonstrated by using a self- imaging confocal resonator with a spatial filter.Steady high-contrast interference stripes are observed. The visibilities of coherent and incoherent stripes are 59% and 6%,respectively.The measured width of the central strip is in good agreement with the calculated result.For in-phase mode,the output power of the phase-locked fiber laser array is up to 113 W and corresponding slope efficiency is 38.5%. 相似文献

采用MCVD方法研发了掺镱双包层光纤,并对其结构特性、荧光特性和激光特性进行了测试和研究。其D形内包层尺寸为400/450μm,数值孔径为0.36,纤芯直径约为16μm,数值孔径约为0.18。荧光谱线的范围为1 000~1 140 nm,1 030 nm处的峰宽大于50 nm。采用大功率激光二极管单端泵浦6 m长的双包层光纤,在泵浦入纤功率为61 W时, 获得了32 W的激光输出,斜率效率为64%。该光纤在高功率处未发现饱和现象,通过优化光纤参数与泵浦方式还可以提高转化效率和输出功率。实验表明该光纤可以取代进口光纤用作高功率激光器件。 相似文献

采用两个中心波长约976 nm准直输出的高功率半导体激光模块为抽运源,通过空间滤波和非球面透镜耦合技术,双端抽运长度为21 m的大模场面积国产掺镱双包层光纤,获得了714.5 W的高功率连续激光输出。采用反向抽运,当入纤抽运功率为760 W时,激光输出功率达到501 W;采用双端抽运,当入纤抽运功率为1137 W时,获得了714.5 W的高功率连续输出,光光转换效率为62.8%,斜率效率为67%。 相似文献

A home-made double-clad Tm3+ -doped silica fiber laser with over 150-W output power is reported. Pumped with a diode bar at 793nm, the fiber laser is operated at 2.04μm with a slope efficiency of 56.3%. A quantum efficiency of 〉 140% is achieved owing to the efficient cross-relaxation process in heavily Tm3+-doped fibers. By using different fiber-cooling techniques, the slope efficiency shows a deviation over 10%. The influence of output coupling on the laser characteristics is also investigated. 相似文献
