以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,仲钨酸铵为钨源,采用水热晶化法一步合成了不同钨含量(以Si、W物质的量比nSi/nW表示)的WO3-MCM-48,然后经甲烷/氢气(V/V=1/4)混和气体程序升温还原碳化(TPC),制备出了WxC-MCM-48(x=1、2)催化剂,采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD对样品的结构进行了表征,用噻吩作为模型化合物,对WxC-MCM-48催化剂的加氢脱硫催化活性进行了评价。结果表明,在一定钨含量的条件下,WO3-MCM-48和WxC-MCM-48样品仍然保持MCM-48的三维立方有序介孔结构,nSi/nW=30~15时,碳化钨的物相为W2C;nSi/nW=7.5时,碳化钨为W2C和WC物相,WxC-MCM-48催化剂表现出了良好的加氢脱硫催化性能。 相似文献

The swelling properties of Al-pillared clays, obtained from five different smectites, were studied using X-ray diffraction. These clays, the dioctahedral beidellite and montmorillonite and the trioctahedral saponite, hectorite and laponite differ in source of isomorphic substitution and represent a series of decreasing basicity along the siloxane plane. An Al oxyhydroxy cation was inserted between the layers to form the respective pillared clays and these clays were heated incrementally to 600°C. The XRD peaks at each stage of heating were recorded as well as the same samples subsequently wetted. Basal spacings of each clay at each stage of dehydration d rehydration indicated that the swelling of tetrahedrally substituted saponite and beidellite was indeed restricted, compared with the other three clays. This was attributed to greater basicity of the oxygen plane of beidellite and saponite due to tetrahedral substitution of Si by Al, resulting in an increase in the strength of hydrogen bonds between either water or the interlayer polyhydroxy cation and the clay.The data from the XRD analyses helped in addition, to clarify the thermal transformations of the Keggin ion itself. According to the changes in thed-spacings of the pillared clays it was concluded that the Keggin ion lost its structural water at 200°C and dehydroxylated in a range beginning at 350°C. Zr0.5Ti0.5O2(ZT) and Zr0.25Ti0.25Al0.5O2(ZTA) mixed oxides were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by low temperature adsorption-desorption, XRD and NH3-TPD. The activity of Pt/Zr0.5Ti0.5O2 and Pt/ Zr0.5Ti0.5Al0.5O2 catalysts was evaluated using the simulated gases. The results show that ZTA samples exhibit higher specific surface area, larger pore volume and proper surface acidic amount and acidity in comparison with ZT. The results of the catalytic test indicate that Pt/ZT and Pt/ZTA catalysts exhibit excellent low-temperature catalytic activity and lower light-off temperatures of hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, especially better conversion for nitrogen oxides (NOx). The addition of Al2O3 into ZT enhanced the anti-aging property of Pt/ ZTA catalysts due to the excellent textural, structural, surface acidity and thermal stability. 相似文献

The attractive utilization route for one-step catalytic oxidation of dimethyl ether to dimethoxymethane was successfully carried out over the H3PW12O40(40%)/SiO2 catalyst, modified by Cs, K, Ni, and V. The Cs modification of H3PW12O40(40%)/SiO2 gave the most promising result of 20% dimethyl ether conversion and 34.8% dimethoxymethane selectivity. Dimethoxymethane could be synthe- sized via methoxy groups decomposed from dimethyl ether through the synergistic effect between the acid sites and the redox sites of Cs modified H3PW12O40(40%)/SiO2. 相似文献

The crystal structure of SrAl2O4 at 1073 K was determined from conventional X-ray powder diffraction data using direct methods, and it was further refined by the Rietveld method. The structure was hexagonal (space group P63, Z=6) with a=0.89260(3) nm, c=0.84985(2) nm and V=0.58639(3) nm3. Final reliability indices were Rwp=7.87%, Rp=5.87% and RB=4.19%. The [AlO4] tetrahedra are linked to form trigonally distorted rings and they are joined in layers. These layers are stacked with a two-layer repeat and connected by the tetrahedral apices. All of the Sr atoms occupy the centers of the rings when viewed along the c-axis. The structure is described as a stuffed derivative of tridymite. 相似文献

Sol-gel zirconia was characterized using high-resolution thermogravimetry (Hi-Res TG) and differential scanning calorimetry
(DSC) and compared with X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. ZrO2-x(OH)2x·yH2O annealed below 400°C show typical behavior of amorphous material. As the annealing temperature is increased, the tetragonal
and monoclinic phases crystallize. Typical Hi-Res TG curve shows that the samples are continuously dehydrated in a long temperature
range, between room temperature and 600°C. The total mass loss relative to the initial mass is of about 29%. The DSC analysis
coupled with TG and structural information, indicate that the exothermic processes about 355 and 447°C can be related to the
nucleation process of the formation of tetragonal zirconia, with bulk crystallization at 447°C.
