为了描述在晶体生长阶段掺入[Fe(CN)6]4-的立方体AgCl微晶中 光电子的产生与 衰减过程,建立了一种由三个固有中心和一个浅电子陷阱(SETs)组成的动力学模型,并引出一组微分方程.通过求解微分方程得到与实验结果相符合的光电子衰减曲线及其寿命.调整相 关模拟参数,于常温下得到由[Fe(CN)6]4-引入的SETs阱深为0.1 15eV,电子俘获截面为2.136×10-17cm2.

研制出以固态AgCl~-KCl~-聚乙烯醇-琼脂混合物为导电凝胶的全固态Ag/AgCl参比电极(AllState-Referencr Electrode,简写为ASRE)。将ASRE与pH玻璃电极组成电极组,直接电位法测定pH2.00~12.00磷酸盐缓冲溶液的pH值,与以饱和甘汞电极为参比电极(SCE)的测定结果比较,相对误差为-0.8%~+0.8%;与氯离子选择电极组合测定1.00×10~(-1)~1.00×10~(-4) mol/L NaCl的电池电动势ΔE,-lgc(Cl~-)与ΔE呈良好的线性关系,斜率为-49.3,与以双盐桥SCE为参比电极时的斜率(-49.9)基本一致,表明ASRE能够代替双盐桥SCE运用于Cl~-浓度的测定。在10~80℃范围内,以KNO_3溶液(1.000 mol/L)为模型,测定ASRE相对于SCE的ΔE,ΔE与T呈线性关系,温度系数为0.123mV/℃。ASRE有望代替传统参比电极,应用于离线或在线电化学测定中。 相似文献

Results obtained include the stability constants of the complexes and 25°C, the virial parameters needed to calculate the activity coefficients of the complexes and the heats of the reactions by which they are formed. Poly(p-phenylene) (PPP) films have been electrochemically deposited on mirrorlike stainless steel (SS) electrode surfaces by direct oxidation of benzene in boron trifluoride diethyl etherate (BFEE) solutions at a constant applied potential of 1.7 V (versus Ag/AgCl). The chain conformations of as-grown PPP films have been studied by Raman spectroscopy. The results demonstrated that high synthesis temperature favors the formation of planar PPP, and the conformation of planar PPP can be changed into torsional PPP by cooling treatment. 相似文献

With the assistance of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), AgCl/Ag composites were fabricated in N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent via a photoactivated route. The size of AgCl particles was in the range of 500 nm to 1 μm and the Ag particle's diameter was about 10–20 nm. Different from those core–shell structures reported before, the Ag nanoparticles were dispersed uniformly both on the surface and in the body of AgCl particles. The generation of such kind of composites was resulted from the reducing ability of DMF and light irradiation during the formation of AgCl particles. The as-obtained AgCl/Ag composites presented great activity for both surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection and visible light photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes. Additionally, the AgCl/Ag composites could maintain high photocatalytic activity even though the ambient temperature was as low as 15 °C and recycle photocatalysis experiments indicated that the photocatalyst exhibited higher stability. Plasmonic Ag/AgCl‐modified bismuth subcarbonate (Bi2O2CO3) composites were prepared by a multistep process with hydrothermal, deposition, and photoreduction in the absence of organic capping agents. The properties of the obtained Ag/AgCl/Bi2O2CO3 samples were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron, UV–visible diffuse reflectance, and photoluminescence spectroscopies. The results reveal that Ag/AgCl nanoparticles are dispersed on the Bi2O2CO3 surface to achieve plasmonic Ag/AgCl/Bi2O2CO3. The Ag/AgCl/Bi2O2CO3 nanocomposites show improved rhodamine B (RhB) adsorption capacity and photocatalytic activity compared with pure Bi2O2CO3 and Ag/AgCl. In addition, the Ag/AgCl/Bi2O2CO3 composite with 20 wt% Ag/AgCl exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity and remains stable for the photodegradation of RhB under visible light. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of Ag/AgCl/Bi2O2CO3 may be attributed to the surface plasmon resonance effect of in situ generated Ag nanoparticles and synergistic effect of Ag/AgCl and Bi2O2CO3, which increase the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron–hole pairs under visible light irradiation. 相似文献

以少层六方氮化硼纳米层状材料为载体,通过水溶性盐晶体模板法和离子交换法制备了h-BN稳定AgI/AgCl的三元复合体系。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM等手段对样品的结构和形貌进行检测分析,利用UV-Vis DRS测试了样品的吸光性能。可见光光催化降解罗丹明B实验表明,光照24 min,AgI/AgCl/h-BN复合光催化材料对罗丹明B的降解率高达93%,远高于实验合成的大块AgCl、AgCl立方块、AgI/AgCl纳米腰果及文献报道的数值。并且三元材料循环利用4次后,对罗丹明B的降解率几乎保持不变。结合光电化学测试、活性物种捕获和电子自旋共振等实验结果,探讨了复合材料光催化活性和稳定性提高的机理。 相似文献
