While sulfonyl hydrazides are widely utilized in organic synthesis, it is only in recent years that they have emerged as powerful sulfonyl sources. The hydrazinyl group can be readily removed from sulfonyl hydrazides under thermal, basic, oxidative, radical, and/or transition metal-catalyzed conditions, and subsequently, the remaining sulfonyl groups are able to form carbon-sulfur, sulfur-nitrogen, sulfur-halogen, sulfur-sulfur, and sulfur-selenium bonds with a wide variety of organic compounds, providing alternative approaches to the preparation of sulfones, sulfonamides, sulfonyl halides, thiosulfonates, and selenosulfonates. Moreover, some of the carbon-sulfur bond-forming reactions have been successfully applied to the construction of carbocycles, heterocycles, and stereogenic centers. 相似文献

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a common malignant head and neck tumor. Drug resistance and distant metastasis are the predominant cause of treatment failure in NPC patients. Hispidulin is a flavonoid extracted from the bioassay-guided separation of the EtOH extract of Salvia plebeia with strong anti-proliferative activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells (CNE-2Z). In this study, the effects of hispidulin on proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis were investigated in CNE-2Z cells. The [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] (MTT) assay and the colony formation assay revealed that hispidulin could inhibit CNE-2Z cell proliferation. Hispidulin (25, 50, 100 μM) also induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner in CNE-2Z cells. The expression of Akt was reduced, and the expression of the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 was increased. In addition, scratch wound and transwell assays proved that hispidulin (6.25, 12.5, 25 μM) could inhibited the migration and invasion in CNE-2Z cells. The expressions of HIF-1α, MMP-9, and MMP-2 were decreased, while the MMPs inhibitor TIMP1 was enhanced by hispidulin. Moreover, hispidulin exhibited potent suppression tumor growth and low toxicity in CNE-2Z cancer-bearing mice at a dosage of 20 mg/kg/day. 荧光/光声成像和光疗技术的生物医学应用引起了人们越来越多的关注, 然而很多荧光/光声造影剂存在生物相容性较差, 缺乏肿瘤靶向性, 信噪比较低, 功能单一等共性问题, 严重限制其诊疗应用. 透明质酸具有优异的生物相容性和主动肿瘤靶向性, 可被透明质酸酶降解, 并且易于化学修饰和实现多种超分子弱相互作用力协同工作. 因此, 人们将透明质酸与荧光/光声造影剂结合制备纳米材料, 使其在细胞乃至活体的标记性能和治疗效果获得了很大的改善. 本文综述了将两类物质结合制备纳米材料的方法, 着重阐述了纳米材料的结构与性能关系, 为其未来设计和开发提供了指导, 最后对存在的主要问题以及未来的重要研究方向进行了分析和展望. 相似文献

肝靶向磁共振对比剂有助于肝细胞癌的早期诊断, 目前临床使用的线性对比剂存在导致病人肾源性系统性纤维化和钆离子沉积的风险. 本工作设计制备了一类含有乙氧芳基或甲氧苯基亲脂性基团、以DOTA-酰肼(DOTA: 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecan-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid)为Gd3+离子螯合基团的大环类磁共振对比剂. 0.5 T磁场下测得其纵向弛豫率r1值介于3.7~5.4 L•mmol-1•s-1, 优于临床使用对比剂Gd-DOTA, 弛豫率最高的为对比剂7h (Gd-DOTAH-EOPEI) (EOPEI: 1-(4-ethoxyphenyl)ethanimine), 略高于临床使用肝靶向对比剂Gd-EOB-DTPA (EOB: ethoxybenzyl; DTPA: diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid), 比我们前期制得的肝靶向磁共振对比剂5d提高了约15%. 动物活体体内肝靶向磁共振成像研究显示, 所制备对比剂7b、7g和7h具有作为肝靶向磁共振对比剂的应用潜力. 结合弛豫率和活体体内成像数据, 筛选出了先导化合物7h. 相似文献

Methane (CH4) is a potent greenhouse gas and the second highest contributor to global warming. CH4 emissions are still growing at an alarmingly high pace. To limit global warming to 1.5 °C, one of the most effective strategies is to reduce rapidly the CH4 emissions by developing large-scale methane removal methods. The purpose of this perspective paper is threefold. (1) To highlight the technology gap dealing with low concentration CH4 (at many emission sources and in the atmosphere). (2) To analyze the challenges and prospects of solar-driven gas phase advanced oxidation processes for CH4 removal. The friction and wear behavior and mechanism as well as the mechanical properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites filled with potassium titanate whiskers (PTW) and short carbon fibers (CF) under dry, wet and alkaline conditions were investigated. Experiments indicated that owing to appropriate cooling and boundary lubricating effects, the filled PTFE composites showed much lower frictional coefficient and better wear resistance under alkaline than dry and wet sliding conditions. The wear resistance of carbon-fiber-filled PTFE was much better than that of potassium titanate-whisker-filled PTFE composites in water. Results also showed that the transfer film on counterpart rings was significantly hindered by water and alkali. Hydrophilic-filler-reinforced PTFE composites yield higher wear rate when sliding under water. 相似文献
