The controllability of pore density and diameter is critical for emerging applications, e.g., non-lithographic photonic-crystal formation; however pore density and diameter could either increase or decrease self-orderedly with enhanced current density. In this letter, similar paradoxical phenomena were demonstrated; the etch rate as a function of field strength was evidenced and interpreted in light of current-burst-model. Based on a hybrid of SCR (space charge region) and breakdown effects, a semi-quantitative model was established in order to disentangle the paradox: such a model could also potentially serve as a design reference for various applications as far as breakdown comes into play. The paradox was finally found to be dominated by physics on patterned samples.  相似文献

It is well known that the non-stationary wideband noise is the most difficult to be removed in speech enhancement. In this paper a novel speech enhancement algorithm based on the dyadic wavelet transform and the simplified Karhunen-Loeve transform (KLT) is proposed to suppress the non-stationary wideband noise. The noisy speech is decomposed into components by the wavelet space and KLT-based vector space, and the components are processed and reconstructed, respectively, by distinguishing between voiced speech and unvoiced speech. There are no requirements of noise whitening and SNR pre-calculating. In order to evaluate the performance of this algorithm in more detail, a three-dimensional spectral distortion measure is introduced. Experiments and comparison between different speech enhancement systems by means of the distortion measure show that the proposed method has no drawbacks existing in the previous methods and performs better shaping and suppressing of the non-stationary wideband noise for speech enhancement.  相似文献

The optical transmission, photoluminescence, and reflection spectra have been measured on a high-quality wurtzite indium nitride (InN) single crystal in the range of 0.5–20.0 eV. The fundamental bandgap of intrinsic InN has been extracted by taking into account the Burstein–Moss shift, bandgap renormalization and Urbach band tail effects, and found to be very close to the recent strongly re-established value of ∼1.2 eV. With the aid of Adachi's dielectric function model for the vacuum ultraviolet reflection spectra and the empirical pseudopotential method approach for the electron band-structure, we are able to identify up to nine electronic transitions, showing clear picture for the critical point transitions in InN. The temperature dependence of these interband transitions has also been revealed.  相似文献

An experimental study was performed to understand the nucleate boiling heat transfer of water–CuO nanoparticles suspension (nanofluids) at different operating pressures and different nanoparticle mass concentrations. The experimental apparatus is a miniature flat heat pipe (MFHP) with micro-grooved heat transfer surface of its evaporator. The experimental results indicate that the operating pressure has great influence on the nucleate boiling characteristics in the MFHP evaporator. The heat transfer coefficient and the critical heat flux (CHF) of nanofluids increase greatly with decreasing pressure as compared with those of water. The heat transfer coefficient and the CHF of nanofluids can increase about 25% and 50%, respectively, at atmospheric pressure whereas about 100% and 150%, respectively, at the pressure of 7.4 kPa. Nanoparticle mass concentration also has significant influence on the boiling heat transfer and the CHF of nanofluids. The heat transfer coefficient and the CHF increase slowly with the increase of the nanoparticle mass concentration at low concentration conditions. However, when the nanoparticle mass concentration is over 1.0 wt%, the CHF enhancement is close to a constant number and the heat transfer coefficient deteriorates. There exists an optimum mass concentration for nanofluids which corresponds to the maximum heat transfer enhancement and this optimum mass concentration is 1.0 wt% at all test pressures. The experiment confirmed that the boiling heat transfer characteristics of the MFHP evaporator can evidently be strengthened by using water/CuO nanofluids.  相似文献

Laser cladding forming (LCF) is a novel powerful tool for the repairing of metal components. Rebuilding of V-grooves on medium carbon steel substrates has been carried out with laser cladding forming technique using stainless steel powder as the cladding material. Microstructure of the deposited layers has been characterized using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDAX), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Mechanical properties of the rebuilt V-groove samples have been evaluated by tensile and impacting tests and microhardness measurement. Experimental results show that good fusion bonding between the rebuilt layers and the substrate has been formed, and the microstructure of the cladding layers is mainly composed of fine, dense and defect-free epitaxial columnar dendrites. Due to the effect of grain size refinement, the tensile strength, impacting toughness, elongation and microhardness of the rebuilt samples have been greatly enhanced compared to those of the substrate. Microhardness is also very uniform throughout the rebuilt regions. With the growth of the deposited layers, the microhardness increases gradually. The good ductility of the deposited regions is verified by the SEM fracture analysis.  相似文献

以乙酰化改性淀粉为基体,甘油为增塑剂,利用哈克旋转流变仪密炼制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉.实验结果表明制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉的甘油/乙酰化淀粉配比应大于30/100(W/W),且随甘油含量增加,热塑性乙酰化淀粉的脆性降低.动态机械热分析(DMTA)显示热塑性乙酰化淀粉包含富甘油和富淀粉两相,乙酰化淀粉和甘油为部分互溶.流变学分析显示淀粉分子间作用力非常强,表现为类固态行为.同时本文对材料的热稳定性进行了初步研究.  相似文献

Two novel alkaloids, 4,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐methyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐(trichloromethyl)‐3H‐indolium chloride ( 1 ) and 4‐(2‐methoxyethyl)‐N,N‐dimethylbenzenamine ( 2 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum.  测定了PET/30PHB和PET/60PHB共聚酯的高分辨1H和13C谱,并采用INEPT方法和部分弛豫FT技术确定了季碳吸收峰,对NMR谱进行了归属.应用我们先前提出的方法对共聚酯的序列分布进行了表征.结果表明,两种共聚酯的无规度B_q值均小于1,序列分布不象Jackson等认为的那样为完全无规的.此外,文中还指出,某些研究者套用Flory公式判别PET/PHB共聚酯是否为无规的不妥之处.  相似文献
