By taking the coupling effect into consideration, we study the resonance condition of a photonic wire microring resonator (PWRR) sensor and compare our results with the previous work. Simulation results show that the resonant wavelength and sensitivity strongly depend on the coupling strength. The difference caused by the coupling effect can be up to tens of nanometers for the resonant peak position and tens of nm/RIU for the sensitivity in a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) PWRR. Such a giant influence from coupling effect cannot be disregarded and should be considered seriously for the design and application of PWRRs. It also shows an alternative tuning technique by controlling the coupling strength.  相似文献

Correlation functions of a driven two‐level system embedded in a photonic crystal are analyzed. The spectral density of the photonic bands near a gap makes this system non‐Markovian. The equations of motion for two‐time correlations are derived by two different methods, the quantum regression theorem and the fluctuation dissipation theorem, and found to be the same.  相似文献

Isotopic 13C NMR spectrometry, which is able to measure intra-molecular 13C composition, is of emerging demand because of the new information provided by the 13C site-specific content of a given molecule. A systematic evaluation of instrumental behaviour is of importance to envisage isotopic 13C NMR as a routine tool. This paper describes the first collaborative study of intra-molecular 13C composition by NMR. The main goals of the ring test were to establish intra- and inter-variability of the spectrometer response. Eight instruments with different configuration were retained for the exercise on the basis of a qualification test. Reproducibility at the natural abundance of isotopic 13C NMR was then assessed on vanillin from three different origins associated with specific δ13Ci profiles. The standard deviation was, on average, between 0.9 and 1.2‰ for intra-variability. The highest standard deviation for inter-variability was 2.1‰. This is significantly higher than the internal precision but could be considered good in respect of a first ring test on a new analytical method. The standard deviation of δ13Ci in vanillin was not homogeneous over the eight carbons, with no trend either for the carbon position or for the configuration of the spectrometer. However, since the repeatability for each instrument was satisfactory, correction factors for each carbon in vanillin could be calculated to harmonize the results.  相似文献

In this paper, the minimal and maximal nonnegative solutions for second order m-point boundary value problems at resonance are investigated by using a new fixed point theorem of increasing operators. And the monotone iterative sequences which converge to solutions are given. Electron Paramagnetic Resonance(EPR), Photoluminescence(PL), Thermoluminescence (TL) and other optical studies of γ-irradiated KBr, KCl:Ce3+ single crystals. Cerium when doped into the KBr, KCl is found to enter the host lattice in its trivalent state and act as electron trap during γ-irradiation, thereby partially converting itself to Ce2+. The Photoluminescence(PL) spectra of both KCl and KBr crystals doped with Ce exhibit the strong blue emissions of Ce corresponding to 5d(2D)→2F5/2 and 5d(2D)→2F7/2 transitions. The defect centers formed in the Ce3+ doped KBr and KCl. Crystals are studied using the technique of EPR. A dominant TL glow peak at 374, 422 K and KCl:Ce3+ at 466, 475 K is observed in the crystal. EPR studies indicate the presence at two centers at room temperature. Spectral distribution under the thermoluminescence emission(TLE) and optically stimulated emission(OSL) support the idea that defect annihilation process to be due to thermal release of F electron in KBr, KCl:Ce3+ crystals. Both Ce3+ and Ce2+ emissions were observed in the thermoluminescence emission of the crystals.  相似文献

采用DFT/TDDFF计算和极化率的态求和方法研究了四氧杂卟啉二价正离子(TOP2+)B态(S2态)激发的共振拉曼(RR)光谱, 计算模型同时处理了A项和B项对拉曼极化率的贡献.用PBE1PBE、B3LYP、Cam-B3LYP、B3LYP-D3四种交换-相关泛函计算得到的RR光谱总体上相似,其中PBE1PBE和B3LYP 给出的RR 强度与实验吻合得更好一些. 对于全对称振动(A1g),其拉曼谱带相对强度的理论计算结果与实验一致;TDDFF计算表明: 相对于基态,TOP2+的B态沿υ2、υ6、υ7、υ8简正模式有较大的无量纲位移, 导致相应的RR带有较大的强度. 非全对称的B1g和B2g 模式通过B项机理增强,其强度比A1g模式小1~2个量级,与实验结果定性符合. 与实验相比,υ10模式(B1g)RR强度的理论值过小,而υ11模式(B1g)的理论值偏大;这可能是由于TOP2+的B-态(S2态)具有Jahn-Teller效应.  相似文献

The application of SPR for measurement of the concentration of human serum albumin (HSA) in urine was studied using the compact integrated SPR sensing system Spreeta. HSA was immobilized via cystamine and glutaraldehyde onto the gold sensing area and a competitive assay for HSA was developed using a limited amount of the monoclonal antibody AL-01 in solution. Measurements were carried out in the flow-through mode and the interaction between immobilized HSA and antibody was observed in real time. To obtain reproducible results, different conditions of the measurement (method of immobilization of HSA, data evaluation, concentration of antibody, regeneration procedure) were tested. The calibration curve for clinically relevant concentrations of HSA in urine samples was constructed using 300-times diluted antibody in the form of ascites fluid. The measuring range was between 0.1 and 5 mg/l of HSA, the sensing surface was successfully regenerated and suitable for more than 20 assays. The developed method was tested on real samples of urine; to overcome the non-specific adsorption of urine components, the differential approach was adopted and the measured signal was corrected by subtraction of the response observed in the absence of the antibody.  相似文献
