Chrysanthemum-like ZnO nanowire clusters with different Mn-doping concentrations are prepared by a hydrothermal process. The microstructure, morphology and electromagnetic properties are characterized by x-ray diffractometer high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), a field emission environment scanning electron microscope (FEESEM) and a microwave vector network analyser respectively. The experimental results indicate that the as-prepared products are Mn-doped ZnO single crystalline with a hexagonal wurtzite structure, that the growth habit changes due to Mn-doping and that a good magnetic loss property is found in the Mn-doped ZnO products, and the average magnetic loss tangent tanδm is up to 0.170099 for 3% Mn-doping, while the dielectric loss tangent tanδe is weakened, owing to the fact that ions Mn2 + enter the crystal lattice of ZnO.  相似文献

Polarization calibration unit(PCU) has become an indispensable element for solar telescopes to remove the instrumental polarization; the polarimetric accuracy of calibration depends strongly on the properties of PCU. In the paper, we analyze the measurement errors induced by PCU based on polarized light theory and find that the imperfections of the waveplate generate the main calibration errors. An optimized calibration method is proposed to avoid the effects from waveplate imperfections, and a numerical simulation is given to evaluate the polarization accuracy by analyzing the relation between calibration error and intensity instability. The work is very important for solar telescopes with high polarization precision up to 10~(-4) I_c.  相似文献

土壤有机质(SOM)是植物生长必需的营养物质,也是土壤属性检测的重要参数。快速、高效地获取土壤有机质信息对精细农业的发展具有重要意义。近红外光谱技术具有快捷、低成本等优势,被广泛应用到土壤有机质的测量中,然而土壤水分在近红外光谱(780~2 500 nm)中具有很强的吸收特性,对土壤有机质的检测形成了一定的干扰。分析了50个土样在不同含水率(约17%,15%,10%,5%和干土)下的近红外吸光度谱图特性,利用水分敏感波段2 210, 1 415和1 929 nm构建了水分修正系数(MDI),并在此基础上对不同含水率土样进行了重构,以消除水分对土壤有机质预测模型的影响。结果如下:(1)经MDI校正重构后的吸光度谱图与对应的干土土样吸光度谱图相近,能较好地反映其干土土样的吸光度谱图特性。(2)采用偏最小二乘(PLS)法建立了干土土样的有机质定量预测模型,并对重构后的不同含水率土样进行了预测,其统计参数分别为:预测相关系数(RP)0.90,预测标准误差(SEP)0.802和预测均方根误差(RMSEP)1.09;与原始未经MDI校正的预测结果相比,相关系数上升了0.032,预测标准误差降低了0.113,预测均方根误差降低了0.25。结果表明,本研究提出的水分校正算法可以降低水分对土壤有机质预测的干扰,提高利用干土土样有机质定量预测模型预测不同含水率土样的精度,可为基于近红外光谱技术的土壤有机质实时测定技术的推广提供理论依据。  相似文献

Through hydrothermal process, the chrysanthemum-like ZnO particles are prepared with zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn(CH3COO)2\cdot 2H2O) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) used as main resources under the different concentrations of surfactant polyacrylamide (PAM). The microstructure, morphology and the electromagnetic properties of the as-prepared products are characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), field emission environment scanning electron microscope (FEESEM) and microwave vector network analyzer, respectively. The experimental results indicate that the as-prepared products are ZnO single crystalline with hexagona wurtzite structure, that the values of slenderness ratio L_d are different in different PAM concentrations, and that the good magnetic loss property is found in the ZnO products, and the average magnetic loss tangent tanδu increases with PAM concentration increasing, while the dielectric loss tangent tanδ e decreases.  相似文献

This paper describes the fabrication and characteristics of the lateral Ti/4H-SiC Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs). SBDs are fabricated by nitrogen ion implantation into p-type 4H-SiC epitaxial layer. The implant depth profile is simulated using the Monte Carlo simulator TRIM. Measurements of the reverse I-V characteristics demonstrate a low reverse current, that is good enough for many SiC-based devices such as SiC metal-semiconductor field-effect transistors, and SiC static induction transistors. The parameters of the diodes are extracted from the forward I-V characteristics. The barrier height φ_b of Ti/4H-SiC is 0.95 eV.  相似文献

Cr-doped CdS nanowires were synthesized in large scale through thermal co-evaporation of CdS and metal Cr powders. General morphology, detailed microstructure and optical properties were characterized using various techniques. Devices consisting of individual Cr-doped CdS nanowire were fabricated and they exhibited remarkable rectifying characteristics. I-V curves of individual Cr-doped CdS nanowire devices demonstrate that the present nanowires are n-type doped and have high conductivity (10.96 \Omega -1cm-1, indicating great potential applications in nanoscale electronic and optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电轨道阱高分辨质谱法检测动物源性产品中氟吡草酮及其代谢物残留量的方法。样品经甲酸-乙腈溶液提取,分散固相萃取净化,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,采用高分辨质谱平行反应监测扫描模式,以正离子模式进行定性定量分析,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,氟吡草酮在0.002~0.2μg/L范围、其代谢物SYN503780和代谢物CSCD686480在0.1~10μg/L范围线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995。空白样品在低、中、高3个加标水平下的平均回收率为84.5%~107.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为3.5%~8.6%;方法定量限为0.01~0.5μg/kg。该方法可应用于动物源性产品中氟吡草酮及其代谢物的快速检测。  相似文献
