Synthesis of functional 2-substituted 4-phenyl-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indoles

A method was developed for the synthesis of 2-oxo-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indole as well as of 2-chloro- and 2-nitramino-4-phenylpyrimido[4,5-b]indoles. The replacement of the chlorine atom in 2-chloropyrimidoindole gave rise to a number of its functional derivatives (morpholino, azido, and cyano). The reaction of 2-chloro-substituted pyrimidoindole with hydrazine hydrate and catalytic hydrogenation of 2-nitraminopyrimidoindole were studied.     

不对称加氢催化剂[Ru(BINAP)(OAc)2]的合成及其固载化研究

对文献报道的实验反应条件进行优化改进后,合成了不对称加氢催化剂[Ru((S)-BINAP)(OAc)2]和[Ru((R)-BINAP)(OAc)2]。将合成的催化剂应用于惕各酸的不对称催化氢化,(S)-2-甲基丁酸得率为88%,立体选择性可达85%e.e.。为了提高催化剂的利用率,将催化剂[Ru(BINAP)(OAc)2]负载在新型介孔分子筛SBA-15上,用于惕各酸的不对称催化氢化,循环应用3次后,(S)-2-甲基丁酸得率仍可达到59%,立体选择性达57%e.e.。     

Immobilization of Polymer-Stabilized Noble Metal Colloids and Their Catalytic Properties for Hydrogenation of Olefins

Polymer-stabilized noble metal colloids were efficiently immobilized on silica by the addition of organic acids under mild conditions. The function of organic acids in the immobilization was studied by infrared spectroscopy. Transmission electron micrographs indicate that the immobilized colloids have a controlled particle size and size distribution. They serve as catalysts in the hydrogenation of cyclohexene and cyclopentadiene, the results of which show that this new type of immobilized colloid has high selectivity and good stability.     

Ni／SiO2催化剂上间二硝基苯液相加氢制间苯二胺

 将等体积浸渍法制备的Ni／SiO2催化剂应用于间二硝基苯液相加氢制间苯二胺反应中，通过BET，XRD，TEM，TPR，H2－TPD和活性评价等方法对催化剂的物化性质及催化性能进行了研究，考察了镍含量对催化剂活性的影响．结果表明，Ni／SiO2催化剂不仅具有很高的催化活性，而且对间苯二胺表现出很高的选择性；催化剂的活性随着镍含量的不同而有所变化．当w（Ni）＜20％时，随着镍负载量的增加，催化剂的活性逐渐升高，而当w（Ni）≥20％时，催化剂的活性和选择性基本趋于稳定．影响催化剂活性及选择性的主要因素是催化剂的活性比表面积．     

Role of the C3-substituted derivatives of cinchonidine in the enantioselective hydrogenation of ethyl pyruvate on Pt-alumina catalyst in AcOH

Summary The enantioselective hydrogenation of ethyl pyruvate (EtPy) was studied on Pt-alumina catalysts modified by C3-substituted cinchonidines (NC, A, B, C1, C2in Fig. 1) and for comparison by DHCDand MeO-DHCDin AcOH. The effect of the C3-substituent on the reaction rate and the enantioselectivity were examined. Using the Engelhard 4759 catalyst under mild experimental conditions (room temperature, hydrogen pressure 1 bar) such as DHCDthe (R)-ethyl lactate formed in excess (e.e.max: 79-91%)</o:p>     

An easy and stereoselective synthesis of N-Boc-dolaproine via the Baylis-Hillman reaction

In this communication we report a stereoselective total synthesis of N-Boc-dolaproine (Dap), an amino acid residue of the antineoplastic pentapeptide Dolastatin 10. Our strategy is based on a Baylis-Hillman reaction between N-Boc-prolinal and methyl acrylate, followed by a diastereoselective double bond hydrogenation and hydrolysis of the ester function.     

Solution Structure and Behavior of Benzophenone-based Achiral Bisphosphine Ligands in Noyori-Type Ru（Ⅱ）-Catalysts

We herein report on solution structural studies of Ru^Ⅱ catalysts （3a, 9） composed of achiral bisphosphine ligands （4, 8） and the enantiopure 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine （DPEN）. Complete chiral induction from enantiopure （R,R）-DPEN to achiral bisphosphine ligand 3a was observed in solution, with the complex adopting a single, stable and non-fluxional （even at 70 ℃） configuration. The coordination of the C=O moiety in 4 to the cationic Run center is considered to be of key importance in providing the higher thermodynamic and kinetic rotation barrier for the flexible bisphosphine ligand in the complex. The obtained enantioselectivity （91% enantiomeric excess） and sense of chiral induction in the hydrogenation of acetophenone were found to be solely dependent on the chirality of the 1,2-diamine. Consistent with the hydrogenation product, the （R,R）-DPEN induces a M-conformation （fight-handed） chirality for flexible phosphine ligand 4 in the complex, resulting in a 2,2-configuration about the Ru^Ⅱ center.     

Fe—Silicalite—2催化剂表面CO2加氢反应性能的研究

研究了Ｆｅ／Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－２催化剂ＣＯ２加氢低碳烯烃反应性能，利用ＣＯ２－ＴＰＤ，ＣＯ２／Ｈ２－ＴＰＳＲ和ＣＯ／Ｈ２－ＴＰＳＲ表征手段，考察了铁含量及ＭｎＯ助剂对Ｆｅ／Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－２催化剂ＣＯ２吸附脱附及加氢反应性能的影响，表明随铁含量增加可提高催化剂对ＣＯ２的吸附能力，有利于提高ＣＯ２加氢反应的转化率。     

介孔分子筛的制备与苯加氢反应的催化性能
