Research on the distributed optical remote sensing of methane employing single laser source

A design and testing of a cost-effective distributed optical remote sensing methane system,which will helpone to detect gas leaks from multi-coal face in mines simultaneously,is presented.The fundamentals ofthe remote detection are based on frequency-modulation spectroscopy(FMS)and harmonic detection.Byutilizing fiber-optic splitting technique and reference-signal restoring circuit,the remote sensing system isfeasible to employ single laser source to get multi-spot measurement in the near infrared region so thatthe system described here shows sufficient sensibility,considerably increased reliability and marketabilityover the presently available system.The minimum measurable path-integrated concentration is estimatedto be about 423 ppb-m by experimentation.     

有机小分子硫堇与DNA相互作用的研究

用光谱电化学和电化学技术研究了硫堇和硫堇与DNA相互作用的电化学和光谱电化学性质，得出了硫堇作为有机小分子能插入DNA双螺旋结构内部的结论，求得了对应的动力学参数。DNA的加入量与硫堇峰电流的降低呈一次线性关系，可望用于DNA浓度检测。     

Effect of Background Noise on the Photon Statistics of Triggered Single Molecules

We theoretically derive exact expressions for Mandel‘s Q parameter of the triggered single molecular source, which is inferred from the probabilities PRs (n) using the recorded of each photon detection event based on Hanbury Brown and Twiss detection. The real triggered source is recognized as an ideal single photon source with a Poissonian statistics background. How to decease the background and to increase the efficiency are discussed. It is established that the sub-Poissonian statistics formation can be determined by comparing the measured QRs of the real single triggered molecular with Qc of the Poissonian source containing the same mean photons. By this method, we also give an efficient way to measure signal-to-background ratios of triggered single photons.

碳纳米管热传导的分子动力学模拟研究

采用改进的经验键序作用势描述碳原子间的相互作用,应用分子动力学方法和Green-Kubo函数计算了碳纳米管的热导率.在模拟中,使用了重叠计算的方法来计算热流相关函数,大大减少了模拟步数.计算结果表明,碳纳米管的热导率以原子间作用力相互做功所引起的热流形式为主;热导率的值随着直径的增加而减小;在室温下,热导率的值随着温度的增加而增加,达到室温后逐渐收敛于定值.计算的单壁碳纳米管热导率在1000W/mK至4000W/mK之间,计算结果与实验结果基本符合. 关键词： 分子动力学 碳纳米管 热导率
