双机头电脑刺绣机横梁的模态分析

以GY902A型电脑刺绣机的主横梁作为研究对象，分别运用实验测试和有限元模拟方法分析了电脑刺绣机横梁弯曲振动的固有频率，并利用经过验证的有限元模型，在计算机上作了结构改进仿真设计，实现了在不改变电脑刺绣机重量的前提下，电脑刺绣机横梁的固有频率提高22％，使电脑刺绣机更不易发生共振．     

基于反应谱值分析的爆破震动破坏评估研究

采用反应谱方法研究了爆破震动信号的振动速度和频率特征,提出了采用反应谱曲线积分值来评估爆破震动破坏效应。通过对289组爆破地震波数据的统计表明,在反应谱曲线的积分值小于5时,爆破地震动不会对所研究的普通民房结构物产生震动破坏效应。     

VIBRATION AND ACOUSTIC RADIATION FROM SUBMERGED STIFFENED SPHERICAL SHELL WITH DECK-TYPE INTERNAL PLATE

Based on the motion differential equations of vibration and acoustic coupling system for thin elastic spherical shell with an elastic plate attached to its internal surface, in which Dirac-δ functions are employed to introduce the moments and forces applied by the attachment on the surface of shell, by means of expanding field quantities as Legendre series, a semi-analytic solution is derived for the vibration and acoustic radiation from a submerged stiffened spherical shell with a deck-type internal plate, which has a satisfactory computational effectiveness and precision for an arbitrary frequency range. It is easy to analyze the effect of the internal plate on the acoustic radiation field by using the formulas obtained by the method proposed. It is concluded that the internal plate can significantly change the mechanical and acoustic characteristics of shell, and give the coupling system a very rich resonance frequency spectrum. Moreover, the method can be used to study the acoustic radiation mechanism in similar structures as the one studied here.     

SEISMIC RANDOM VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF LOCALLY NONLINEAR STRUCTURES

A nonlinear seismic analysis method for complex frame structures subjected to stationary random ground excitations is proposed. The nonlinear elasto-plastic behaviors may take place only on a small part of the structure. The Bouc-Wen differential equation model is used to model the hysteretic characteristics of the nonlinear components. The Pseudo Excitation Method (PEM) is used in solving the linearized random differential equations to replace the solution of the less efficient Lyapunov equation. Numerical results of a real bridge show that .the method proposed is effective for practical engineering analysis.     

Formulation of a Hysteretic Restoring Force Model. Application to Vibration Isolation

This article focuses on the formulation of a hysteretic model used as anisolator restoring force model. The proposed model is based on operatorgoverning input and output functions that depend on the deflection andthe restoring force of the isolator. First, the mathematical formulationis demonstrated, then the hysteretic model proposed is applied toisolators having different types of behavior. The model parameters aresought using the experimental force-deflection loop of each of theisolators studied. Next, the transient response of a flexible structuremounted on an all-metal isolator is predicted by coupling the firstorder differential equation of the restoring force and the second orderdifferential equations of the structure's motion. The experimentalinvestigation validates the proposed hysteretic model applied to theall-metal mount.     

任意激励关系下非保守耦合振子能量分布与功率流的一般特征

传统的统计能量分析(SEA)理论不能解决非保守耦合系统和保守或非保守耦合系统在相关输入时的能量分析问题。作为任意输入关系下非保守耦合系统统计能量分析的基础,本文研究了耦合振子在非保守耦合及任意输入条件下能量分布与功率流的一般特征,推导了功率平衡方程式及各有关功率项的计算式,讨论了振子间功率流的构成及各向功率流之间的关系。研究结果表明,耦合阻尼和输入形式对耦合振子能量平衡和功率总体特征有着显著的影响。     

静载荷作用下柔韧圆板的大幅度振动

本文首先给出了均布载荷作用下柔韧圆板的大幅度振动方程，按文中给出的时间模态假设导了该问题的非线性耦合的代数和微分特征方程组，利用修正迭代法求出了该方程组的近似解析解，得到了柔韧圆振动的幅频－载荷特征关系，讨论了静载荷对其振动性态的影响。     

附加约束阻尼层对星箭系统动特性的影响分析

在星箭连接支架外表面附加约束阻尼层可抑制星箭对接界面的振动,从而降低卫星在发射过程中所承受的振动和噪声载荷.本文将有限元技术与矩阵特征值摄动分析方法相结合,就卫星支架局部修改(附加约束阻尼层)对星箭系统动态特性的影响进行了分析.以已有星箭系统结构的模态信息为基础,给出了支架部位附加约束阻尼层后星箭系统动态特性变化的定量计算方法,并证明了该减振技术能够不明显的改变原星箭系统的固有特性.     

卫星减振的试验研究

根据某卫星发射对减振性能的要求,本文提出在适配器与星箭界面之间安装整星隔振器并且在适配器表面粘贴约束阻尼层的减振方案。并且利用振动台分别对卫星减振系统施加垂向和横向的基础激励,测量卫星上关键位置处的加速度响应,比较减振前后其频率响应特性的变化,以验证卫星减振方案的减振性能。试验结果的对比分析验证了此卫星减振系统能够隔离卫星高频段的横向和垂向振动,降低卫星结构频率响应的幅值,能够减小运载火箭发射时传递给卫星的环境载荷,提高卫星发射的可靠性。本文对于相关的航天器的减振设计具有实用的参考价值。     

A decoupled modal analysis for nonlinear dynamics of an orthotropic thin laminate in a simply supported boundary condition subject to thermal mechanical loading

In this paper, we analyze the nonlinear dynamic response of an orthotropic laminate in a simply supported boundary condition subject to thermal and mechanical loading. The equation of motion for the laminate’s deflection is obtained in a decoupled Duffing equation by means of a Galerkin-type method without Berger’s approximations. The Duffing equation incorporates an arbitrary thermal field, with both the in-plane and transverse temperature variations in a steady-state and a transient state. The formulation indicates that the transverse temperature variation produces an additional pressure load, while the in-plane temperature variation affects the system frequency. The equation allows for characterization of the laminate behaviors in nonlinear thermal buckling, thermal vibration and thermal mechanical response.
