标题化合物2,2,7,7-四甲基-5,6-二氧代-9-(2-氯苯基)-10-(4-甲基苯基)-9,10-二氢-2H-吖啶(C30H32ClNO2,Mr=474.02)是由邻氯苯甲醛和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮和对甲基苯胺以乙二醇作溶剂在微波辐射下而得到的。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射分析确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=12.048(3),b=11.044(2),c=19.989(5)?b=101.42(2),Z=4,V=2607(1)3,Dc=1.208g/cm3,m(MoKa)=0.173mm-1,F(000)=1008,R=0.0450,wR=0.0869。X-射线衍射分析表明:原子C(8),C(13),C(14),C(15),C(20)和N形成1个六员环,采用船式构象,六员环C(8)~C(13)和C(15)~C(20)采用半椅式构象。

A Novel Reductive Cyclization of o-Nitrobenzamides and Ketones Promoted by Low-valent Titanium Reagent

A short and facile synthesis of a series of 1,2-dihydroquiazolin-4(3H)-ones was accomplished in good yields via novel reductive cyclization of o-nitrobenzamides with ketones promoted by TiCI4/Zn system. The structure was established on the basis of elemental analysis, IR,^1H NMR and confirmed by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. This method has the advantages of easily accessible starting materials, convenient manipulation and moderate to high yields.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,7,7-Trimethyl- 1-phenyl-4-（3-nitrophenyl）- 4,5,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]quinoline-5（6H）-one

The title compound (C25H24N4O3) has been prepared by the cyclocondensation of 5-amino-3-methyl-l-phenypyrazol, m-nitrobenaldehyde and dimedone in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction to be orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a=16.3331(10), b=13.8329(9), c=19.4163(12) A, V= 4386.8(5)A3, Z=8, Dc=1.298g/cm^3,μ=0.087 mm^-1, F(000)=1808, Mr=428.48, the final R=0.0519 and wR=0.1019. X-ray analysis revealed that the pyridine ring is of boat conformation and the six-membered ring fused with it adopts twist boat conformation.

标题化合物C24H29NO4?1/2C2H5OH稨2O)由香兰素、5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮、醋酸铵在微波辐射下干反应并经95%乙醇重结晶而得C24H29NO4穀2(C2H5OH稨2O)晶体。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定,其晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n, a = 9.810(2), b = 14.516(3), c = 17.008(3) ? b = 101.03(2), V = 2377.2(8) ?, Z = 4, Mr = 427.52, Dc = 1.195 g/cm3 , m(MoKa) = 0.082 mm-1, F(000) = 920。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子为R = 0.0406, wR = 0.0892。X-射线衍射分析结果表明,吡啶环和与之稠合的2个六员环均为信封式构象。     

KF-alumina 催化下2-氨基-4-芳基-5,6-二氢化-4H-吡喃[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮-3-羧酸酯衍生物的一步合成

以芳醛、氰乙酸酯和4-羟基喹啉-2-酮为原料, 乙醇为溶剂, 在KF-Al₂O₃催化下80 ℃, 一步合成了2-氨基-4-芳基-5,6-二氢化-4H-吡喃[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮-3-羧酸酯衍生物, 和其它方法相比, 具有反应条件温和, 容易操作和产率高等优点, 产物4a的结构通过X单晶衍射分析确证.     

KF-蒙脱土催化下2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7,7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H-5,6,7,8-四氢苯并[b]吡喃的合成

以KF-蒙脱土为催化剂, 取代肉桂腈与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮在95%乙醇中回流反应得2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7,7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H-5,6,7,8-四氢苯并[b]吡喃, 此方法快速、方便、高效, 同时考察了溶剂、催化剂对反应的影响.
