光谱法研究FCLA与人血清白蛋白的相互作用

在生物学和医学中活性氧的检测非常重要。海萤荧光素类似物FCLA是检测单态氧(1O₂)和超氧阴离子(O-₂)的一种高灵敏的化学发光探针。文章用光谱法研究了FCLA与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的结合反应,发现FCLA对HSA的荧光有很强的猝灭作用。从荧光猝灭结果求得了FCLA与HSA的结合位点数。根据Frster非辐射能量转移机理探讨了二者相互结合时其给体-受体间的距离和能量转移效率, 从而证实了它们的结合作用为静态猝灭过程。阐明了由于能量转移所导致的HSA荧光的猝灭及FCLA荧光的产生机理。通过光谱法对FCLA与HSA的相互作用的研究,阐明FCLA的运输过程及其在体内的作用机制,对实现利用探针在体检测活性氧具有一定的意义,同时也为药物动力分析、体内药物转运的研究提供了基础。     

表面修饰磷钼酸铵纳米微粒的合成及摩擦学行为研究

在醇-水体系中采用同阴离子共沉淀法合成了季铵盐修饰的(NH4)3PMo12O40纳米微粒,以TEM、 XRD、 FTIR、 TGA、 DSC等多种分析手段表征了这种纳米微粒的形貌和结构,在四球试验机上考察了它们的摩擦学性能.结果表明所合成的杂多化合物具有Keggin骨架结构,微粒粒径约20 nm,在有机溶剂中可良好分散,作为一类新型润滑油添加剂,具有良好的抗磨性能.

Antitumor Metallothiosemicarbazonate： Synthesis,Crystal Structure,Spectra and Antitumor Studies of Co（Ⅲ） Complex with Thiosemicarbazone Derivative of 2-Benzoylpyridine

The title complex [Co（L）2]Cl·4H2O I has been achieved via self-assembly by incorporating cobalt into 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazonate ligand, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, mass spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2 1/n, with a = 10.227（3）, b = 17.363（4）, c = 17.459（4） A, β= 100.408（4）°, V= 3049.2（13） A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 677.08, Dc = 1.475 g/cm^3, μ（MoKα） = 0.834 mm^-1, F（000） = 1400, the final R = 0.0747 and wR = 0.0896 for 1663 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The complex contains one six-coordinated cobalt ion connected by two thiosemicarbazone ligands which act as a tridentate ligand to coordinate with the center metal atoms via two pyridyl nitrogen atoms, two imine nitrogen atoms and two sulfur atoms giving rise to a mononuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds existing in the complex link the different components to stabilize the crystal structure. The antiturnor activity of the title complex was tested against A549 lung cancer cell line. Complex ! exhibits antitumor activity.

C-Stieltjes积分和近似C-Stieltjes积分

定义了向量筐函数的C-Stieltjes近似可表示算子,并研究了它的性质。另外,我们定义了向量值函数的近似C-Stieltjes积分,并证明了它的收敛定理。     

水热法可控制备铋铁系化合物材料

本文以Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O和Bi(NO₃)₃·5H₂O为反应原料,以NaOH为矿化剂, 利用水热方法制备出几种纯相的铋铁系化合物材料,通过调节NaOH的浓度范围可以很容易的控制铋铁系化合物的物相。在NaOH浓度为0.1~0.4 mol·L^-1区间,可以得到立方相的软铋矿Bi₂₅FeO₄₀,当NaOH浓度提高到0.8~2.0 mol·L^-1区间,可以得到六方钙钛矿结构的BiFeO₃,再提高NaOH浓度至8.0 mol·L^-1以上可以得到正交相的Bi₂Fe₄O₉,在NaOH浓度为12.0 mol·L^-1时可以获得纳米片状Bi₂Fe₄O₉。同时探讨了铋铁系化合物的生长机理。     

Large Decay Rate Variation of ^7Be in Pd and Au

Platinum and gold have the similar crystal structure but different electronic affinities, as well as different effective electron densities near the implanted ions. Both the differences favour larger decay rate of ^7 Be in Pd than that in Au. We measured the variation of the decay rate of ^7Be implanted in Pd and Au host materials. We have found that the decay rate of ^7 Be in Pd is larger than that in Au by 0.8%.     

气体放电等离子体中多重随机共振实验及数值研究

在气体放电等离子体随机共振实验中观察到了信噪比随噪声强度出现多次共振的现象。这种现象与动力学系统的多稳性质相关。通过对多稳动力学系统随机共振的数值模拟，获得了与实验现象类似的随机共振曲线。     

Self-assembly of Carboxyl Functionalized Polystyrene Nanospheres into Close-packed Monolayers via Chemical Adsorption

The polyacrylic acid functionalized polystyrene nanospheres were synthesized and self-assembled into irregular, densely packed monolayers in non-aqueous media. The polymer nanoparticles were chemically adhered to substrates. The morphologies of the resulting films were investigated. The impact of the volume fraction of alcohol in the mixed solvents on the particle adsorption and fabrication of nanosphere assembled films was examined.
