Preparation and crystal structure of Guanidinium Cyclododecaphosphate Telluric Acid Hydrate: [C(NH2)3]12P12O36 · 12 Te(OH)6 · 24H2O

The title compound ist the first example of an adduct between telluric acid and the twenty four membered ring anion of a cyclododecaphosphate. [C(NH₂)₃]₁₂P₁₂O₃₆ · 12 Te(OH)₆ · 24 H₂O crystallizes trigonal (rhomboedral: R3) with Z = 3 and the unit-cell dimensions a = 15.854(9), c = 51.26(2) Å in the hexagonal setting. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R value of 0.031. It is characterized by a succession of three different typs of alternating layers perpendicular to the c direction. This layers are connected only by hydrogen bonds. The individual layers are built up of A: P₁₂O₃₆ anions, guanidinium cations and water of crystallisation, B: hexagonal arranged Te(OH)₆ groups and guanidinium cations and C: water of crystallization.     

Thermal conductivity of the urea-hexadecane inclusion compound

The thermal conductivity and the heat capacity per unit volumec _p have been measured for the urea-hexadecane inclusion compound using the transient hot-wire method. Measurements were made under isobaric conditions at a pressure of 0.1 GPa and in the temperature range of 100–300 K. There was evidence for a phase transition at a temperature of about 160 K, in reasonable agreement with previous work. For the high-temperature phase was independent of temperature within ±1%. The low-temperature phase showed a weak temperature dependence, with (d In/d InT) _p = –0.13. It was inferred that interaction between acoustic phonons and low-frequency vibrational excitations of the guest molecules made a major contribution to the thermal resistivity. For the quantityc _p a weak maximum was observed in the region of the phase transition temperature.Dedicated to Dr D. W. Addition and Substitution Reactions at Tetrafluoro- and Tetrachlorodiborane(4) From equimolar mixtures of B₂F₄ and Me_nN(SiMe₃)_3-n (n = 0–3) the mono-addition products 1–4 are formed at low temperatures. By elimination of Me₃SiF the adduct 2 gives the dimeric monosubstituted diborane 8 , which slowly decomposes at room temperature to the aminoborane 6 and (BF)_n. The course of the reactions was studied by means of ¹¹B and ¹⁹F NMR spectroscopy and by measuring the vapor pressures. According to the ¹¹B and ³¹P NMR spectra the reaction of B₂Cl₄ with PCl₅ or [Me₄N]Cl in liquid hydrogen chloride at 0°C does not yield [PCl₄]₂⁺[B₂Cl₆]^2? or [Me₄N]₂⁺[B₂Cl₆]^2? but gives [PCl₄]⁺[BCl₄]^?, PCl₃ and BCl₃ or [Me₄N]⁺[BCl₄]^? and BCl₃ besides (BCl)_n.     

A novel reaction of allylic alcohols with hexafluoropropene-diethylamine adduct (PPDA) to form 2-fluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-4-alkenamide

Treatment of allylic alcohols with hexafluoropropene-diethylamine adduct (PPDA) afforded N,N-diethyl-2-fluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-4-alkenamides which were formed by the Claisen rearrangement of intermediary 2-alkenyl-1-diethylamino-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propenyl ethers. Although (E)-allylic alcohols gave two diastereomeric products in about 1:1 ratio, (Z)-allylic alcohols gave the corresponding product as a single diastereomer.     

Propanal in the Syntheses of Alkyl-substituted 3-Cyano-2-piperidone, 3-Cyano-2,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrindin-2(1H)-one, and 3-Cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thione

Condensation of propanal with cyanothioacetamide and morpholine gave 3-cyano-4-ethyl-5-methyl-6-morpholino-2-piperidone, the structure of which was studied by X-ray analysis. Reaction of propanal with cyanothioacetamides and cycloalkanone enamines gave 3-cyano-4-ethyl-2,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrindin-2(1H)-one and 3-cyano-4-ethyl-5,6-hexamethylenepyridine-2(1H)-thione. 新型4,4-二甲基异噁唑-3-酮衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

以Baylis-Hillman加成物为起始原料,设计并合成了5个结构新颖的4,4-二甲基异唑-3-酮衍生物。所合成的化合物经IR、1HNMR和元素分析确证。生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的目标产物在2000gai/ha的剂量下均具有较好的除草活性。中间体1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-溴甲基丙烯酸乙酯具有杀虫活性,在600gai/ha的剂量下对朱砂叶螨防效为100%。     

吸电子取代基(2-硝基)金属卟啉的轴向加合反应的研究

本文报道了用电子吸收光谱和电化学方法系统地研究卟啉环上具有吸电子取代基(—NO_2)的四苯基卟啉[H_2TP(2-NO_2)P]的Zn、Ni、Cu、Co、Mn、Fe的配合物与一系列含N有机碱的加合作用,测定了加合常数、加合分子数,总结了吸电子基团对金属卟啉的轴向效应以及中心金属离子和卟啉环氧化还原性的影响。

Three-component coupling of alkynes, Baylis-Hillman adducts and sodium azide: a new synthesis of substituted triazoles

A three-component coupling was used to prepare a series of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles from the corresponding acetylated Baylis-Hillman adducts, sodium azide and terminal alkynes. This one-pot reaction further increases the efficacy of ‘Click’ synthesis and diversifies the preparation of multi-functional 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles.
