Eight nitrogen heterocycles, mono and disubstituted tetrazoles and oxadiazoles, were synthesized from methyl d‐glucopyranoside anomers. The monosubstituted tetrazoles resulted from the reaction of 6‐cyanoglucopyranoside derivatives with sodium azide. By alkylation of the monosubstituted tetrazoles, the 1,5 and 2,5 disubstituted tetrazoles were obtained. The monosubstituted tetrazoles were reacted with acetic anhydride to give the oxadiazoles.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described the synthesis of new 5-(5-amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-yl)-1H-tetrazoles 2ac from 5-amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles 1ac as well as the unexpected 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives 6ac from 5-amino-1-aryl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles 4ac, instead of 5-(5-amino-1-aryl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-yl)-1H-tetrazoles 5ac as desired. In an attempt to obtain these tetrazole derivatives containing the methyl group at C3-position in the pyrazole ring, the amino group in 5-amino-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile 4c was protected by the reaction with sodium hydride and di-tert-butyl-dicarbonate (Boc). The tetrazole derivative 5c was synthesized from the protected compound 7c using analogue methodology to obtain 2ac and 6ac.  相似文献

以4-氰基苯酚为起始原料,在4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯甲脒结构基础上,设计合成了5个4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯基四唑及17个新型2-取代-5-(4-烷氧基/苄氧基)苯基噁二唑类化合物,通过元素分析、1H NMR和MS对所合成的新化合物进行了结构表征.初步除草活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对双子叶油菜和单子叶稗草表现出较好的生长抑制活性.  相似文献

A combinatorial synthetic route yielding fused tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoxalines is described. The use of 2-fluorophenylisocyanide in the Ugi-tetrazole reaction (tetrazole-U-4CR) followed by a nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr) affords the tricylic tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline moiety in good yields and with high diversity.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,4-bis[2-(tributylstannyl)tetrazol-5-yl]benzene with α,ω-dibromoalkanes were carried out in order to synthesise pendant alkyl halide derivatives of the parent bis-tetrazole. This led to the formation of several alkyl halide derivatives, substituted variously at N1 or N2 on the tetrazole ring. The crystal structures of 1,4-bis[(2-(4-bromobutyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (2-N,2-N′), 1,4-bis[(2-(4-bromobutyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (1-N,2-N′) and 1,4-bis[(2-(8-bromooctyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (2-N,2-N′) are reported. Further discussion involves the structure of 1,4-bis[2-(6-bromohexyl)-2H-tetrazol-5-yl]benzene (2-N,2-N′) previously reported.  相似文献

A novel method for the stereospecific synthesis of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles from ketoximes via the Beckmann rearrangement was developed using diphenyl phosphorazidate (DPPA) as both the oxime activator and azide source. Various ketoximes were transformed into the corresponding 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles with exclusive trans-group migration and no E-Z isomerization of the ketoxime. This method enables the preparation of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles without using toxic or explosive azidation reagents.  相似文献

A new efficient and diastereoselective synthesis of multisubstituted isoindolines with two stereogenic centers via sequential Ugi/aza-Michael addition reaction was developed. Ugi-3CR of aldehydes 1, amines 2 and isocyanates 3 in the presence of catalytic amount of H3PO4 produced intermediates 4, which were then transformed to isoindolines 5 with good 1,3-trans diastereoselectivity in the presence of K2CO3 by intramolecular aza-Michael addition. Sequential Ugi-azide and aza-Michael addition reaction of aldehydes 1, amines 2 and trimethylsilyl azide 6 also produced 4-tetrazolyl substituted isoindolines 8 with good 1,3-trans diastereoselectivity in the presence of potassium carbonate.  相似文献

A coordination compound based on tetrazole acetic acid (Htza) and bismuth(III), [Bi(tza)3] n , was synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, FT-IR, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystallographic data show that the crystal belongs to monoclinic, P21/n space group, a?=?0.91968(19)?nm, b?=?0.94869(19)?nm, c?=?1.7824(4)?nm, β?=?101.488(3)°, and Z?=?4. The central bismuth(III) is nine-coordinate by three nitrogens from three tetrazole rings and six oxygens of the carboxylate of another three tza? ions, with each tza? tridentate, chelating, bridging coordination. The coordination bonds and the intramolecular hydrogen bonds make the complex pack into a layered structure in polymer form. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex was investigated by DSC and TG-DTG techniques. Under nitrogen at a heating rate of 10°C?min?1, thermal decomposition of the complex contains two intense exothermic processes between 217.4°C and 530.3°C in the DSC curve; the final decomposed residue at 570°C was Bi2O3. Sensitivity tests showed that [Bi(tza)3] n was sensitive to impact and flame stimulus.  相似文献
