A novel straightforward synthesis of 3‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)coumarins (=3‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐ones) 6 via domino Knoevenagel condensation, Pinner reaction, and 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of substituted salicylaldehydes (=2‐hydroxybenzaldehydes), malononitrile (propanedinitrile), and sodium azide in H2O is reported (Scheme 1 and Table 2). This general protocol provides a wide variety of 3‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)coumarins in good yields under mild reaction conditions. 相似文献

The properties of 28 molecules together with 12 transition states belonging to the series of azido-azines, tetrazolo-azines, diazo-azines, and 1,2,3-triazolo-azines have been studied at the B3LYP/6-31G(d), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and, for 26 cases, at the G3B3 level. Energies, NICS and bond critical points were used to discuss the ring-chain tautomerism of these compounds in relation with the aromaticity of the azines (pyridine, pyrimidine, quinazoline, 1,3-diazapyrene, and perimidine) and the azoles (tetrazoles and 1,2,3-triazoles). 相似文献

The syntheses of tetra-tetrazole macrocycles containing at least one 2,6-bis(tetrazole)pyridine unit, linked by a variety of n-alkyl (n=3, 5, 7 or 9 carbon atoms) chain lengths, are described. There has been no previous incorporation of the pyridine moiety into a tetra-tetrazolophane macrocycle. The crystal structure of one such tetra-tetrazole macrocycle has also been structurally characterised and revealed a bowl-shaped conformation. 相似文献

We report on the synthesis of two acentric and one centrosymmetric Zn metal-organic complexes with 3-tetrazolenethyl pyridine spacers obtained in situ by hydrothermal routes.X-ray diffraction structural analysis reveals that they have the same equivalent nodes but with dissimilar topologies.The two acentric frameworks[Zn(Tzmp)Cl]n(1)and([Zn(Tzmp)Br]n(2),HTzmp=3-tetrazolemethyl pyridine)are isomorphism which exhibit an acentric 3D framework with(10,3)-b net called"ths",while the centro symmetric complex([Zn(Tzmp)N3]n(3))features a distinctive 2D sheet with Shubnikov hexagonal plane net.Photo-luminescent studies suggest the ligand-field strength of coordinated negative ions(Cl^->Br^->N3^-)has ordered adjusting effects on the emission redshift.The second harmonic generation(SHG)measurement shows that compounds 1 and 2 are nonlinear optically active,with SHG responses being 2/3 and half of the standard potassium dihvdrogen phosphate(KDP),respectively. 相似文献

Three luminescent mononuclear RuII compounds, [RuII(bpy)2( L1 )](BF4) ( 1 ), [RuII(bpy)2( L2 )](BF4) ( 2 ), and the neutral compound [RuII(bpy)2( L3 )] ( 3 ), were obtained, by treatment of [RuII(bpy)2Cl2] with the tetrazolate (tz)-containing ligands L1 – L3 . All the compounds were well characterized by IR, UV/Vis, and 1H NMR and their redox properties were also investigated by cyclic voltammogram. The crystal structure of 3 was determined by X-ray crystallography and it clearly shows that the RuII ion is octahedrally coordinated by two bpy ligands and a deprotonated L3 ligand. After introduction of these tz ligands, 1 – 3 are more sensitive towards the change of micro-environment of solvents as compared with that of [RuII(bpy)3]2+. This effect is most obvious in 3 , since it contains a 2– ligand L3 . The slight modification of diimine ligand make these complexes have potential applications as sensors. 相似文献

The syntheses of tetra-tetrazole macrocycles, containing two 1,3-bis(tetrazole)benzene units linked by a variety of n-alkyl (n=3, 5, 7 or 9 carbon atoms) chain lengths, are described. The crystal structures of two 1,3-bis(tetrazole)benzenes containing pendant bromoalkyl chains (n=3 or 5) are reported. A tetra-tetrazole macrocycle has also been structurally characterised and contains an unexpected ‘host-guest’ interaction through binding of a chloroform solvent molecule. The resulting deviation of the macrocycle from planarity results from a combination of the ‘host-guest’ interaction and strong intermolecular interactions between adjacent tetrazole and phenylene rings. 相似文献

The three‐component reaction of isocyanides 1 , carbodiimides 2 , and trimethylsilyl azide ( 3 ) occurs at room temperature, and the produced 1,5‐disubstituted 1H‐tetrazole derivatives 4 are formed in 81–98% yields (Scheme 1, Table). The reaction proceeds smoothly and cleanly under mild conditions, and no side reactions are observed. 相似文献

用硅胶与γ-缩水甘油基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和3-羟基丙腈反应, 再采用链接化学(Click chemistry)中腈与叠氮化钠进行的3+2环加成反应, 合成了以四唑基为配体的弱阳离子交换色谱固定相. 结果表明, 所制得的色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm, i.d.)对蛋白质具有良好的分离性能, 且质量回收率大于93%. 蛋白质在该固定相上的保留符合弱阳离子交换色谱机理, 但保留值随流动相pH的变化规律与蛋白质在以羧基为交换基团的固定相上的保留值的变化规律不同, 并对此现象进行了初步解释. 相似文献

以4-氰基苯酚为起始原料, 在4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯甲脒结构基础上, 设计合成了5个4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯基四唑及17个新型2-取代-5-(4-烷氧基/苄氧基)苯基噁二唑类化合物, 通过元素分析、1H NMR和MS对所合成的新化合物进行了结构表征. 初步除草活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物对双子叶油菜和单子叶稗草表现出较好的生长抑制活性. 相似文献
