手性高烯丙基胺的合成及表征——一个微量不对称合成教学实验

描述了一个以立体化学中非对映选择性为知识重点,以无水无氧操作为操作重点的微量不对称合成实验。(R)-N-叔丁基亚磺酰亚胺在无水无氧环境中,经过锌参与的烯丙基化,在不同的溶剂、添加剂条件下以不同的选择性得到了一对非对映异构体,以较高的产率得到终产物。烷基化反应产物的非对映体比率(dr)通过1H与19F NMR以及手性HPLC确定。总体来说,这一实验所用试剂易得,反应条件温和,速率快,产率高;学生在学习无水无氧操作(Schlenk技术)的同时,还能够熟悉立体化学的基本概念,了解如何通过调节反应溶剂和添加剂实现立体化学结果的逆转,并掌握使用手性HPLC和NMR确定光学活性物质的dr值的方法。     

Performance of a satellite-to-ground downlink coherent lasercom system with random tracking error of receiver

We analyze the performance of a satellite-to-ground downlink coherent lasercom system taking into account the combined effects of atmospheric wavefront aberration and tracking error of the receiver. We revise the wavefront phase variance in the case where the tracking error of the receiver terminal is present. We consider the example of the BPSK modulation scheme and show that the tracking error of the receiver terminal greatly increases the bit error probability of the coherent system. We show the optimum aperture diameter of the receiver. This study can benefit the satellite-to-ground downlink coherent lasercom system design.     

Effect of plane-mirror installation errors on pointing errors in periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals

In a satellite optical communication system, the pointing error is an important factor that strongly influences the system performance. For periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals, installation errors of 45° plane mirrors in the coarse point apparatus (CPA) can lead to pointing errors. In this respect, we classify the installation errors of two 45° plane mirrors in the system and derive the corresponding ??transfer?? matrices to describe them. Furthermore, we establish mathematical models of the pointing error caused by installation errors of 45° plane mirrors. These models allow one to calculate and compensate the pointing errors in periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals. The results of our simulations show that the pointing errors vary with the elevation axis angle but do not depend on the azimuth axis angle. Compared to the side-angle error, the slope-angle error brings a larger pointing error. However, the mathematical model we developed allows one to compensate more than 99.9?% of the overall pointing error. The present work provides a theoretical basis for the design of periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals.     

Hopf bifurcation and multiple limit cycles in bio-chemical reaction of the morphogenesis process

Morphogenetic process is an interesting but very hard bio-chemical problem. In this paper, we consider a bio-chemical model in temporal morphogenesis which is a generalization of the model studied by Gierer–Meinhardt. By using the theory of ordinary differential equations, it is shown that the model undergoes a Hopf bifurcation if the parameters in the model satisfy the following relationship: λ = 2/(ρ ₂ + x*)−1. It is also proved that the close orbit created by the Hopf bifurcation is stable. The conditions that guarantee the system has three closely nested limit cycles are also obtained in the paper.     

多元统计分析在塔里木瓦吉里塔格钒钛磁铁矿床多元素相关性及成矿预测研究中的应用

塔里木巴楚县瓦吉里塔格地区出露有与塔里木早二叠世大火成岩省的形成密切相关的大型钒钛磁铁矿床. 基于多元统计分析对该矿区露头和大量钻孔岩心样品中Fe-Ti-V元素和部分主量元素数据开展了元素地球化学相关性研究. 采用SPSS软件对大量数据进行相关分析和回归分析,计算各元素间的相关系数,Fe、Ti、V 3种元素的相关性分析结果表明： 矿床中Fe、Ti和V之间均呈正相关, 成矿元素与造岩元素之间存在负相关关系;建立伴生钒元素与铁和钛元素之间关系的回归方程V=-4.984+0.360 Fe+0.984Ti,由Fe和Ti元素质量分数可以估算伴生组分V的质量分数.利用Matlab软件的可视化功能,绘制了Fe-Ti-V元素质量分数的三维立体图,建立空间模型,发现Fe₂O_3T、TiO₂和V₂O₅品位较高的位置相对一致,均主要分布于研究区北部中间一带,富集在辉石岩中. 该空间模型的建立有助于识别矿体和非矿体的分布范围和富集趋势,并进行成矿预测. 此项研究对钒元素含量的精确估算和矿藏勘探有一定的指导意义.     

Facile Synthesis of ZnO-Au Nanopetals and Their Application for Biomolecule Determinations

Using dextran as both reductant and stabilizing agent, nanopetals(ZnO-Au NPs) were easily synthesized and possessed a petal-like morphology. The feature structure and size of such ZnO-Au NPs were adjustable by regulating the amount of chloroauric acid(HAuCl4). Moreover, the electrochemical property of the obtained NPs was evaluated by being immobilized on the glassy carbon electrode(GCE), which performed both high sensitivity and stability in dopamine(DA) determinations. Furthermore, the as-prepared ZnO-Au NPs could also detect DA and uric acid(UA) simultaneously in the mixture without interference, indicating good selectivity and showing promising potential in biosensing.     

Quantitative determination of beta-cyclodextrin in a powder insulin formulation for nasal delivery using hydrophilic interaction chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection

This study demonstrated the first application of hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) for the analysis of beta-cyclodextrin in a peptide nasal formulation. The method utilized an Accucore? 150 Amide HILIC packing together with an isocratic mobile phase of 65% acetonitrile/35% water with a runtime of 10?minutes and easily separated alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrins. The method was validated with respects to accuracy, precision, reproducibility, stability, specificity and sensitivity. This method provided better sensitivity compared to other reversed phase HPLC methods and was easier to run than other techniques for the quantitation of cyclodextrins in pharmaceutical formulations.     

基于MSP430的直线导轨定位装置的设计与实现

直线导轨是数控技术的重要组成部件,它的精确程度非常重要。以MSP430单片机为核心,设计了一个直线导轨精确定位装置。此装置采用两相四线的ST57型步进电机和60CM的螺纹丝杆组成一个直线导轨组,选用M7128驱动器驱动步进电机,使用PWM波精确定位算法程序精确控制电机转速。MSP430的IO端口控制步进电机的正反转,使得步进电机带动螺纹丝杆转动,让滚动丝杠上的物体往复移动,并在电脑上显示当前位移值。试验证明,其定位精度为0.01cm,具有较高的可靠性和准确性,低成本,稳定性好。
