Depth extraction, or the retrieval of three-dimensional information of the captured scene from camera, is an important problem in computer vision and image processing. The aperture-coded camera has certain advantages in depth extraction. However, such calculation will cost huge time as it contains weighted iterative deconvolution. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes an improved algorithm in which the image is firstly segmented and then the small image regions are sampled for deconvolution and depth judgment. Experimental results prove that the proposed method can greatly reduce time consumption and save computer memory. On this basis, by using the characteristics of aperture-coded camera obtaining image and depth, we propose a framework to handle the application of stitching the images of occluded scene, and then carry out experiments. 相似文献

Photocatalytic ethane conversion into value-added chemicals is a great challenge especially under visible light irradiation. The production of ethyl hydroperoxide (CH3CH2OOH), which is a promising radical reservoir for regulating the oxidative stress in cells, is even more challenging due to its facile decomposition. Here, we demonstrated a design of a highly efficient visible-light-responsive photocatalyst, Au/WO3, for ethane oxidation into CH3CH2OOH, achieving an impressive yield of 1887 μmol gcat−1 in two hours under visible light irradiation at room temperature for the first time. Furthermore, thermal energy was introduced into the photocatalytic system to increase the driving force for ethane oxidation, enhancing CH3CH2OOH production by six times to 11 233 μmol gcat−1 at 100 °C and achieving a significant apparent quantum efficiency of 17.9% at 450 nm. In addition, trapping active species and isotope-labeling reactants revealed the reaction pathway. These findings pave the way for scalable ethane conversion into CH3CH2OOH as a potential anticancer drug.Highly efficient visible-light driven photocatalytic oxidation of ethane into ethyl hydroperoxide was realized for the first time over Au/WO3. 相似文献

Droplet-based transport phenomena driven by surface tension have been explored as an automated pumping source for a number of chemical and biological applications. In this paper, we present a comprehensive theoretical and experimental investigation of unconventional droplet-based motions on a superhydrophobic-patterned surface microfluidic (S(2)M) platform. The S(2)M surfaces are monolithically fabricated using a facile two-step laser micromachining technique on regular polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chemistry. Unlike the traditional droplet-driven pumps built on an enclosed microfluidic network, the S(2)M network pins the liquid-solid interface of droplets to the lithographically defined wetting boundary and establishes a direct linkage between the volumetric and hydraulic measures. Moreover, diverse modes of droplet motions are theoretically determined and experimentally characterized in a bi-droplet configuration, among which several unconventional droplet-driven transport phenomena are first demonstrated. These include big-to-small droplet merging, droplet balancing, as well as bidirectional transporting, in addition to the classic small-to-big droplet transition. Furthermore, multi-stage programmable bidirectional pumping has been implemented on the S(2)M platform, according to the newly established droplet manipulation principle, to illustrate its potential use for automated biomicrofluidic and point-of-care diagnostic applications. 相似文献

Dehydrogenative C?H/N?H cross‐coupling serves as one of the most straightforward and atom‐economical approaches for C?N bond formation. In this work, an electrochemical reaction protocol has been developed for the oxidative C?H amination of unprotected phenols under undivided electrolytic conditions. Neither metal catalysts nor chemical oxidants are needed to facilitate the dehydrogenation process. A series of triarylamine derivatives could be obtained with good functional‐group tolerance. 利用大气闪烁的时间平滑效应,增加光电探测器曝光时间是克服大气闪烁对大气光通信的瞄准、捕获、跟踪链路影响的有效途径之一.基于科尔莫戈罗夫谱,导出了弱湍流起伏区无限平面波和球面波的大气闪烁时间平滑因子的一般表达式,并且用几何光学近似得到了在大孔径和小孔径接收情况下的时间平滑因子近似表达式.在孔径远大于菲涅耳区尺度时,平面波和球面波的时间平滑因子的近似表达式与精确表达式的误差分别小于6%和3%.分析结果表明,孔径越小,时间平滑效应越显著,并且菲涅耳区尺度对时间平滑效应影响的程度也随着孔径的增加而减弱. 相似文献
