Time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy on the nanosecond time scale is useful for the study of the rapid rotation of macromolecules. A system combining the capabilities of fluorescence spectral imaging with time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy and enabling the wide-field measurement of the spectroscopic parameters of fluorophores is discussed. The phasor approach is used to quantitatively analyze the time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy by transforming the polarized parallel and perpendicular components to the phasor space in the frequency domain, respectively, and a unique way to calculate the fluorescence rotational correlation time is put forward. Experimental results prove that the phasor approach is a proper model for the time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy.  相似文献

A new transfer matrix method for long-period fiber gratings with coupled multiple cladding modes is proposed and numerically characterized. The transmission spectra of uniform and non-uniform longperiod fiber gratings are numerically characterized. The theoretical results excellently agree with the experimental measurements. Compared with commonly used methods,such as using the fourth-order adaptive step size control of the Runge-Kutta algorithm in solving the coupled mode equation,the new transfer matrix method exhibits a faster calculation speed.  相似文献

An experimental research was carried out to study the fluid mechanics of underwater supersonic gas jets. High pressure air was injected into a water tank through converging-diverging nozzles (Laval nozzles). The jets were operated at different conditions of over-, full- and under-expansions. The jet sequences were visualized using a CCD camera. It was found that the injection of supersonic air jets into water is always accompanied by strong flow oscillation, which is related to the phenomenon of shock waves feedback in the gas phase. The shock wave feedback is different from the acoustic feedback when a supersonic gas jet discharges into open air, which causes screech tone. It is a process that the shock waves enclosed in the gas pocket induce a periodic pressure with large amplitude variation in the gas jet. Consequently, the periodic pressure causes the jet oscillation including the large amplitude expansion. Detailed pressure measurements were also conducted to verify the shock wave feedback phenomenon. Three kinds of measuring methods were used, i.e., pressure probe submerged in water, pressure measurements from the side and front walls of the nozzle devices respectively. The results measured by these methods are in a good agreement. They show that every oscillation of the jets causes a sudden increase of pressure and the average frequency of the shock wave feedback is about 5–10 Hz.  相似文献

采用绝对测量原理的波长调制技术,光纤Bragg光栅可组成并行、串行和阵列WDM拓扑结构.分析表明,光纤Bragg光栅网络的工作原理类似于一个多宽带平面镜.利用光谱仪可测量上述光纤Bragg光栅网络的反射谱,其中,光源是宽带为~40nm的掺饵光纤放大器.当网络中的光纤Bragg光栅受扰动后,受扰光栅的反射谱发生相应的变化,即Bragg波长发生相应的偏移.结果表明,当事先确定了光纤光栅的波长调制范围,反射的峰值波长能反应光纤光栅传感网络的信息.值得注意的是~3nm的波长调制范围可满足~100℃和~2000με的参量测量.  相似文献

自动通用胶片判读仪是一种高智能化的精密光学测试设备,采用了计算机控制飞点扫描技术、精密光学测量技术、图象跟踪测量与信息处理技术。飞点管分辨率达4096×4096象元,通过光学系统胶片上获得6.55μm高分辨率,飞点扫描方式灵活多样且可随意控制,通用于目前我国靶场所有的电影经纬仪和高速摄影机35mm胶片的数据判读。具有自动判读和半自动判读两种工作模式,自动判读的速度为5帧/秒,自动判读的精度为σ=±0.011mm,半自动判读的精度为σ=±0.009mm,测量数据可以记录、打印和显示。  相似文献

采用十字形双向拉伸的实验方法对两种汽车用薄钢板BH220和SPEN进行了不同 加载路径下的双向拉伸试验,得到了不同应力状态下的应力应变关系曲线,同时,根据单位 体积塑性功相等的原则,确定了两种钢板等效塑性应变从0.2\%$\sim$2\%的实验屈服轨迹. 结果分析表明:不同加载路径下板料的应力应变关系不同,随着加载比例由单拉到等双拉状 态,板料的硬化指数逐步增大;实验屈服轨迹呈外凸性,且以等双拉为界的上下部分屈服轨 迹不对称,随着变形程度的增加,屈服轨迹向外扩大,但单拉时强化程度最小,而等双拉 时最大. 对BH220和SPEN钢板的实验屈服轨迹与几种常用理论屈服轨迹的比较发现,Hosford各向 异性屈服准则的理论轨迹与实验结果最为接近,Hill48准则与实验结果相差最大,此外一 向被视为只适用于各向同性材料的Mises准则与实验结果也较为接近,其他几个屈服准则的 理论屈服轨迹与实验点相差较大.  相似文献

P3HT∶PCBM薄膜的快速和缓慢成膜过程能显著的改变异质结聚合物太阳能电池性能。通过调节旋转时间以及薄膜退火前的间隔时间,研究了P3HT∶PCBM混合薄膜缓慢生长所需最佳时间。结果表明,在转速800 r.min-1下旋涂薄膜,经过50~80 s的旋涂,接着放置样品薄膜30 min以上,然后再对薄膜进行退火处理,电池效率可以达到3%以上,而快速成膜的电池效率只有1.8%左右。合理的P3HT和PCBM相分离促进了相应载流子的跳跃和传输,是提高电池效率的根本原因。研究结果为准确掌控缓慢生长的混合薄膜提供了时间窗口。  相似文献
