We simulated the docking of α-lipoic acid (α-LA) in β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) using two models. We considered in this study complexes formed by 1:1 host–guest stoichiometry in vacuo and in aqueous phase, using PM6, DFT and ONIOM2 hybrid calculations. The results obtained with PM6 method clearly indicate that the complexes formed are energetically favored with or without solvent, model 2 (α-LA entering the cavity of β-CD from its wide side by COOH group) is found more favored than model 1 (α-LA entering into the cavity of β-CD from its wide side by cyclic group), the preference being greater in the case of ONIOM2 calculations. In addition, NBO analysis gives that mutual interactions between the donor and acceptor orbitals of α-lipoic acid and β-CD plays an important role to the stabilization of such a complex. Finally, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shifts of free and complexed α-LA were calculated by the Gauge-Including Atomic Orbital (GIAO) method and compared with available experimental data. The results of GIAO calculations were analyzed and discussed.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备出系列Eu3+掺杂和Li+、Eu3+共掺杂Gd2ZnTiO6红色荧光粉,并研究Li+、Eu3+掺杂对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌及发光性能的影响。结果显示,所制备的Gd2ZnTiO6∶Eu3+,Li+(GZT∶Eu3+,Li+) 荧光粉为双钙钛矿结构,属于单斜晶系(空间群:P21/n),大小为10 μm的无规则形状的颗粒。在395 nm近紫外光的激发下,GZT∶Eu3+的发射光谱展示出典型的Eu3+线状特征光谱,发射峰中心位于615 nm处,归属于Eu3+5D07F2跃迁。Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为0.07(摩尔分数),样品显示明显的浓度猝灭效应,其机制为电偶极子-电偶极子(d-d)相互作用。此外,研究还发现,Li+掺杂对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌没有影响,但是一定量的Li+掺杂可以显著增强样品的荧光强度。当Li+浓度为0.05时,荧光粉发射主峰强度增强程度最大,提高至原来的4.3倍,说明通过Li+、Eu3+共掺杂可以获得高亮度的GZT红色荧光粉。GZT∶0.14Eu3+,0.05Li+荧光粉的CIE色坐标为(0.631 1,0.375 3)与标准红光色坐标(0.670,0.330)较为接近,是一种潜在的LED用红色荧光粉。  相似文献

Processing of Carapa guianensis seeds to obtain oil on an industrial scale generates a significant amount of by-product, approximately 66% w/w, which is called cake and is a potential source of biomolecules, including simple phenolic structures. For this reason, studies were carried out on the chemical profiles of hydrolyzed extract from this agro-industrial by-product through High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) and Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS). These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product. The sample antioxidant capacity was determined by methods of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS+) radicals direct sequestration. The hydrolyzed fraction showed a total of 63.47% in the relative abundance of the total of compounds, standing out: p-hydroxybenzoic acid (39.19%) and protocatechuic acid (3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid) (5.62%), both from hydroxybenzoic acids and 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactic acid, (7.76%) hydroxycinnamic acids derivatives. In these results, the fraction rich in simple phenolic acids was obtained, attributing the prominent behavior of this matrix antioxidant activity, expressed by (IC50: of 16.42 µg/mL and 6.52 µg/mL for DPPH and ABTS+ radicals, respectively). The research demonstrated an alternative to applicability that involves sustainability from agro-industrial. These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product, generating a process capable of converting biomass into a bioproduct, consisting of bioactive compounds, in addition to adding value to the industrial chain.  相似文献

Lipotoxicity is defined as deposition of excess fat associated with an inflammatory response. Metabolomic analysis of fatty acids (FAs) can be a marker of silent inflammation. ω3-Enriched diet, celecoxib, and safranal may have a protective anti-inflammatory role. In this work, total FAs extracted from red blood cells and arachidonic acid-to-eicosapentaenoic acid (AA-to-EPA) ratios were assessed using GC–MS assay in single-ion monitoring mode. The study was conducted on 64 male rats divided into eight groups: I, controls; II, rats received high-fat diet (HFD), III, rats received ω-6-enriched HFD; IV, rats received ω-3-enriched HFD; V, rats received celecoxib with HFD; VI, rats received safranal with HFD; VII and VIII, rats received celecoxib and safranal with ω-3 HFD, respectively. GC–MS Gas chromatography Mass spectrometry was performed for analysis of fatty acid methyl ester. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to analyze serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) concentrations. A statistically significant decrease of AA-to-EPA ratio was observed in group VII when compared with the groups receiving HFDs. This group also showed the lowest serum IL-6 level and highest TGF-β1 level. In conclusion, ω3-enriched diet along with drugs (e.g. celecoxib) and herbal medications (e.g. safranal) may have an anti-inflammatory effect in lipotoxicity. GC–MS with single-ion monitoring is valid for the analysis of FAs.  相似文献

The reactions of the fluoride-ion donor, XeF6, with the fluoride-ion acceptors, M′OF4 (M′=Cr, Mo, W), yield [XeF5]+ and [Xe2F11]+ salts of [M′OF5] and [M2O2F9] (M=Mo, W). Xenon hexafluoride and MOF4 react in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF) to give equilibrium mixtures of [Xe2F11]+, [XeF5]+, [(HF)nF], [MOF5], and [M2O2F9] from which the title salts were crystallized. The [XeF5][CrOF5] and [Xe2F11][CrOF5] salts could not be formed from mixtures of CrOF4 and XeF6 in aHF at low temperature (LT) owing to the low fluoride-ion affinity of CrOF4, but yielded [XeF5][HF2]⋅CrOF4 instead. In contrast, MoOF4 and WOF4 are sufficiently Lewis acidic to abstract F ion from [(HF)nF] in aHF to give the [MOF5] and [M2O2F9] salts of [XeF5]+ and [Xe2F11]+. To circumvent [(HF)nF] formation, [Xe2F11][CrOF5] was synthesized at LT in CF2ClCF2Cl solvent. The salts were characterized by LT Raman spectroscopy and LT single-crystal X-ray diffraction, which provided the first X-ray crystal structure of the [CrOF5] anion and high-precision geometric parameters for [MOF5] and [M2O2F9]. Hydrolysis of [Xe2F11][WOF5] by water contaminant in HF solvent yielded [XeF5][WOF5]⋅XeOF4. Quantum-chemical calculations were carried out for M′OF4, [M′OF5], [M′2O2F9], {[Xe2F11][CrOF5]}2, [Xe2F11][MOF5], and {[XeF5][M2O2F9]}2 to obtain their gas-phase geometries and vibrational frequencies to aid in their vibrational mode assignments and to assess chemical bonding.  相似文献

Reaction between 5-cyano-3,6-di(het)aryl-1,2,4-triazines and arylhydrazines with the following aza-Diels–Alder autoclave reaction affords hardly available 2-amino-3,6-di(het)aryl-pyridines in up to 67% yield after two steps and in 75% yield for the one-pot way. HZSM‐5‐supported Brönsted and Lewis acidic ionic solid 1,3‐disulfoimidazolium chlorozincate materials ([dsim]2[ZnCl4]@HZSM‐5) were synthesized with various ratios (3, 6, 9, 17 and 50% w/w). The heterogeneous materials were characterized via a variety of spectroscopic techniques. Dual acidity of these materials was determined using specified techniques. These acidic solids were examined as stable heterogeneous catalysts for the Fischer indole reaction of equimolar amounts of phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and various aliphatic or aromatic ketones at 80–90°C in neat condition to produce substituted indole derivatives. The efficient 17% ionic salt‐loaded HZSM‐5 composite was easily reused for ten consecutive cycles with a slight loss of its activity. The recycled catalyst was further analysed using powder X‐ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometric techniques.  相似文献

In this article, we study for the ‐realization of the vector‐valued Schrödinger operator . Using a noncommutative version of the Dore–Venni theorem due to Monniaux and Prüss, we prove that the ‐realization of , defined on the intersection of the natural domains of the differential and multiplication operators which form , generates a strongly continuous contraction semigroup on . We also study additional properties of the semigroup such as extension to L1, positivity, ultracontractivity and prove that the generator has compact resolvent.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions is established for Schrödinger‐Poisson system of the form where 0 ∈ Ω is a smooth bounded domain in , , and λ > 0 is a real parameter.
