介绍废弃线路板中有回收价值元素和有害物质分析的采样、制样及检测技术。样品经过分类采样、剪切破碎和高温灰化制样,采用样品全分析或副批混合样分析。通过提高称样量、多次测定求平均值的办法,火试金富集-重量法测定贵金属金、银。湿法王水溶解样品,碘量法测定主体元素铜。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定其它杂质元素,被测元素质量浓度在0~10μg/mL范围内与光谱强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9998。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=5),加标回收率为97.0%~102.5%。该方法简单、快速,有效地解决了线路板样品不均匀而难采样,以及硬度、韧性强制样难,金属易包裹难分解的技术瓶颈,测定结果准确,具有代表性。该方法适用于废弃线路板化学成分分析,其它废弃电子产品检测可参考此方法。 相似文献

The electrical interaction between two long, parallel cylinders each is covered by an ion-penetrable charged membrane immersed in an oil/water interface is investigated. The effects of contact angle, radius of cylinder, and membrane thickness on the electrical interaction force are examined. The results of numerical simulation reveal that the following conditions lead to a greater electrical interaction force: (i) a larger contact angle, i.e. a larger fraction of a cylinder in the oil phase; (ii) a larger cylinder radius; and (iii) a thinner membrane. For a fixed ionic strength, the electrical interaction force is insensible to the type of electrolytes in the water phase, in general. However, if two cylinders are close enough, then the higher the valence of counterions the greater the electrical interaction force. 相似文献

A continuous flow, microwave-assisted, parallel-capillary microreactor has been developed. Libraries of drug candidates were prepared on the milligram scale with this reactor by injecting plugs of reagents from separate syringes into common reaction capillaries, thereby producing discrete compounds in excellent yield and purity. This article describes the software suite GROMACS (Groningen MAchine for Chemical Simulation) that was developed at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, in the early 1990s. The software, written in ANSI C, originates from a parallel hardware project, and is well suited for parallelization on processor clusters. By careful optimization of neighbor searching and of inner loop performance, GROMACS is a very fast program for molecular dynamics simulation. It does not have a force field of its own, but is compatible with GROMOS, OPLS, AMBER, and ENCAD force fields. In addition, it can handle polarizable shell models and flexible constraints. The program is versatile, as force routines can be added by the user, tabulated functions can be specified, and analyses can be easily customized. Nonequilibrium dynamics and free energy determinations are incorporated. Interfaces with popular quantum-chemical packages (MOPAC, GAMES-UK, GAUSSIAN) are provided to perform mixed MM/QM simulations. The package includes about 100 utility and analysis programs. GROMACS is in the public domain and distributed (with source code and documentation) under the GNU General Public License. It is maintained by a group of developers from the Universities of Groningen, Uppsala, and Stockholm, and the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz. A new Schiff base compound, C13H9Br2N3O2·CH3OH, isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5- dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide methanol, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound comprises a Schiff base moiety isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene]hydrazide and a methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.464(1), b = 9.511(2), c = 10.901(2) , α = 92.940(2), β = 110.456(2), γ = 96.040(2)o, Z = 2, V = 814.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, Mr = 431.09, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.994 mm-1, F(000) = 424, R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1061. A total of 3284 unique reflections were collected, of which 2197 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 22.0(4)o. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H···N and C-H···O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ac plane. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has potential antibacterial activities. 相似文献
